Random video ads stop gameplay
Why are ads playing by themselves, locking me out of gameplay? I did not agree to watch these ads. I do not want to watch these ads. Will you be paying me to watch these ads? You get paid by the advertiser, so will you be transferring these funds to me and the other players? THE ADS HAVE NOT YET BEEN ADDRESSED!!! Avoid this game. It is not worth the trouble.
Is this game still active?
I have been playing for many years, and there has been no new quests for a few years. Is this game actually still being updated, or is the way it is now all it will ever be. Plus, if it is still active, it would be nice to be able to buy gems with coins. I’ve got approx 12 million coins, but only a few thousand gems. Overall, a fun game!

Some of the items are not working. Eg: under decoration, the item street pavement & paving stone are not functioning. When drag out, no function. Pls fix it.
Game is at a halt
I love playing this game and I find it really fun. but i completed “great temple” months ago and it’s not letting me move on to “ancient sands”. please fix this. not understanding why this has not been updated in YEARS
Love This Game
I played this game many years ago. Unfortunately, when I decided to start playing again, I inadvertently chose the wrong level I had last played. Anyway long story short, I had to start all over again. But hey, I love a challenge. Will continue to play, but it will take a long while to get back to the level I had originally gained. I also have two other games I’ve been playing for a number of years, so I have to juggle time between them all and real life. It’s a good thing I’m retired, lol! This game keeps you busy with so many activities to do. You’ll never be bored! Thanks developers for such a great game!!
Tengo problema con el juego
I still have the problem that when I want to move a building the game closes and I no longer have space to continue buying houses./Sigo teniendo el problema de cuando quiero mover un edificio se me cierra el juego y ya no tengo espacio para seguir comprando casas

Minor bugs
I love this game however things in my town has been deleted on its own. I’ve tried putting the items back but then it says “error “ and something else I’ve deleted the game 20 times tried to get help with it but nothing seems to work.

Great Game
Good games to play if you can get the parts to complete what you need to do. It is hard to get the parts to complete anything and I’m on level 39. Trade Island and Township make hard to enjoy the game.
Looks like they just gave up on this game
I have a reached a point in this game where there isn’t much to do anymore. They won’t update the travel islands or open more of the map. I’m sad to see this game go I’ve been playing it for years and it’s one of my favorite games but I think they just gave up on this game. The last update was a year ago
Needs more instructions
Just started playing. Took a long time to figure out! Then, you open surprises for 5 gems to get 3 back…makes no sense.

Minus a few issues - Great Game
This is a fantastic game. I have thoroughly enjoyed, however, there is a bug where I can not complete Norman’s quest with paving stones. It will not allow me to place them and they don’t even show up when I drag them onto the area. If this could be fixed then this game will be a five stars. Great story, good engagement and very addictive.
Could love
I would love this game if I could play for more than 5 minutes at a time. Everything takes way too long to produce. I don’t mind paying a few bucks, but I’d have to spend $100’s to get anywhere.

Love this game
I love this game. There are a ton of things to do, challenges, tasks, ways to make extra money. The only reason not for 5 stars is that I’m maxed out and it has said new island coming soon for the past 3 years. Would love to continue but it’s almost as if there never was intention of continuing the game.
Slow moving game
It’s a slow moving game, unless you buy diamonds and coins. Not really worth playing if you’re required to spend your own cash to advance.
Ok but
This is an okay game as it takes for ever to build up any cash or gems without buying them and the island game has been stuck on a finished island for 3 months now. No clear instructions on how or what to do.

I love this game but sometimes I lose my coins from trade orders and the islands are locked. How are we supposed to get coins to clean artifacts

Too expensive
It costs too much to advance in this game. Also, not enough room on the island to include everything. If you want to expand it…another money grabber. Also to expand the houses. Too much money again… people don’t mind spending money in small increments but not for each item or to advance in the game. As I said, the island is way too small to begin with. I love the characters and the storyline but we are not millionaires. I also agree with the review made regarding Panda island. Like are you kidding me? Fix the main islands issues first. Get rid of Panda island it’s stupid.

Been playing this for ages now and nothing new ever seems to happen? Does it ever get updates? When is the island Ancient Sands going to open? same old quests seem to get rolled out … shame coz I like the game but it’s getting boring now ….

Love this game but 1 issue
Love this game and have been playing for a long time now. But when are you guys going to open up the new levels for the adventure map? It has said coming soon for months now. I’ve spent quite a bit of money over the past year. I would like to keep playing but I can’t seem to advance and it has been a really long time. I’m sure I’m not the only one having this experience. You might want to fix this before people start moving on from the game because there is no further to go

Great game love building this town on an island. It helps mind stimulation. However I have been waiting for the Chapter 2 professor islands to update. I would like to know if the game is not going to be updated so I can delete it and free up space on my phone?

No story/game progression anymore!
When is chapter 2: Professors secret going to be available?! Only one island (which I have completed a long time ago!) is available and the rest just say coming soon! This has been this way for over a year! I have been unable to progress for over a year! Please sort this out otherwise your game will just be ‘dead’. You constantly update the game for fixes or events but not the actual main story! 🤬

I am making no progress now as the additional levels on the islands are still not available. Other than that it’s a fun and addictive game
Is there any point in not deleting this game
The game is great for maybe a year’s play. After that it’s a frustrating blend of repeated events, warehouse full of stuff you can’t place as there’s no space left, locked land that would surely be a treat for long term players and would probably generate new income as players would have something to actually do. I have spent money on this game which is unusual for me but it’s all been a waste of time since my game is now in limbo for these reasons. The developers also make Paradise Island which has the same frustrations but at least has virtually impossible mini games for diversion!

I really enjoy the game. I like how the market is running now, as well as the crops. The need to update so frequently is a tad annoying. I don’t bother with the panda island or the tropical plant challenges, I just focus on the main game itself. Producing enough glass takes ages though.
