I sent money from Jaiz acc to my other bank, I was debited immediately but never recieved the money in my acc. There’s absolutely zero chance of getting access to the customer service. I hope this help and no other person will fall victim of this app and bank. Again do not bank with this people, have been trying to access my account for the hours.

Kindly return biometric, it’s stressful to press password and username every time

The app doesn’t verify NIN easily and keeps giving error messages that the NIN is not linked to mobile number. But same NIN has been used to open other accounts online

App update
It’s quite unfortunate what is going on with the recent update of your App. For over a month i haven’t been able to access my account from my phone and i keep wondering what if i had only this account? And clearly you see it is a business account? You have failed in supporting me!

Please kindly do something on your generate transaction receipt, if someone do transaction and download or share the receipt, the receipt will not download or share complete, it till remain half down because the information will not show. Also please so a corporate account login on your app also, so that we the company owners also can have easy access to our account
Inefficient features on app
Lately, the application features have not function optimumly. Transactions history not showing & incessant failed transaction unlike when the application was newly upgraded to its new outlook.
Login details input
Anytime someone wants to login, one has to be inputting username and password. Why not just make it that if you've logged in before on the same mobile phone, all you need to do subsequently is to input 4 or 6 digits login pin only or face recognition/fingerprint, instead of username and password every time. It saves time.
Update this app!!!
For about 2 years now I have been trying to use this app on my iPhone 7 then my iPhone 7 plus. But it failed to log me into the app! Kindly update this and allow us to use the app across the iOS uniformly. Thank you
Wrong update
Whoever recommended this update is wrong. The updated app automatically initiated 2fa for transactions to cards which was never enabled and couldn’t also be removed. App stuck on failed after attempting transfer and can’t return back to Homepage until close. Difficulty in reaching out to inapp support. Bad UI design. As a developer myself, this update is not efficient and optimized. The previous one is still far better interms of functionality and speed. Hope this is resolved ASAP
I have to uninstall and reinstall on each use
The app keeps logging me out and I have to always uninstall and reinstall to use it. It’s really frustrating. Please fix it. I use an iPhone 13 and this thing is really really bad.

Showing sender name in mobile app
Jaiz bank as been the best commercial bank to me as a Muslim, but the only issue I have is that in transaction of people that send money to me, I can’t see the sender name, only transactions reference number is showing! Please kindly replace the reference number with the sender name…

The version 3.0 has been logging me out, can’t quite make transactions without deleting and reinstalling for over 3days now.

You Need to work on the app properly, I must uninstall and reinstall before I can log in . Else it would show you’ve been logged out pls log in till forever
Suggestion on Loan Features
Hello Jaiz Bank, Well done to the design team for this update — it looks amazing. I’d like to suggest the addition of a loan repayment schedule module alongside the newly introduced loan balance feature. This would enable customers to easily track their repayments and have better visibility into their loan progress. Thank you for considering this.

ThE WORSE BANK IN THE HISTORY OF BANKING
Here's a rephrased version maintaining the original words: "This bank called Jaiz Bank is one of the worst and most useless banks in the history of the banking system. The government should intervene and seize their license for life. Since opening an account last month, I've experienced issue after issue. Transfers take 72 hours to credit, their app is a nightmare, and customer support is a disaster. I've been trying to transfer money for 3 days, and when I contacted customer care, they said it's due to maintenance, but they can't even tell me when it will end. What kind of bank does maintenance without informing clients or providing a timeline? If nothing changes within 24 hours, I'll be taking my complaints online."
New update 3.0 interface not so seamless
Well done for the effort put into the new version 3.0 but the version before this is better and easy to navigate. The black and green colors were really attractive and the biometric login was just a wonderful idea but right now with this 3.0, I don’t like how it looks, I really do not think it’s user friendly compared to the previous interface.

Possible incompatibility
Please update the app. Last update was 3 years ago is such a long time. My app looks like it’s incompatible with recent software because it’s not opening anymore. Please look into this. It’s very discouraging.
Card validation issues and Poor services
Some of us are frequent users of this mobile app. The former app was better with transacting. The new app had improvements like being able to download statement. Other than that it’s terrible and makes transactions stressful. 8 out of 10times when I try to transfer, its either request cannot be completed at the moment or after putting the last 6digits of my card, it says card validation cannot be completed at the moment. How long does it take to fix such issues for crying out loud?

Improvement is still needed
It’s quite unfortunate that after taking more than three years to come up with this update, there are still notable glitches in the app. e.g When you hide the balance and you want to login afterwards, the balance will appear and when you buy glo airtime of 1,000 you get 100 naira. Crazy stuff
