Horrible customer service.
I made several attempts to close an account I have with them, but they kept toying with me and asking me to keep filling the same Indemnity form which I've filled up several times and submitted. Finally they said my signature and my wife's is wrong. They'll do everything to frustrate a customer to keep an account with them! Awful, manipulative lot!

Too frequent re-enrolment
You need to review you app security. Too frequent need to re-enrol for spurious security breaches.
New device
It’s an excellent exciting App you guys did well by giving us this great innovation however it seems like when ever one gets a new device ie a phone n download the app on it to continue enjoying the service then he will begin to have problems with log ins and his transaction limit would suddenly be changed n it’ll be difficult to be corrected that’s the experience my wife is currently facing with the app since after changing her phone last month and also at present I intended changing my phone but scared of running into the same issue.

Transaction history is not easy to see. No way to manage debit cards etc

I like the verification process, but it is annoying that I can not transfer more than 125,000 Naira in a day for the first transaction. I have to wait 48 hours for the usual limit to be restored. It is trash. Why all the verification if you won't allow people to use the app to transfer money as required? They are held for 48 hours. It is pure nonsense.

All banks and their apps have issues time to time but I’m always confident that Gt resolves mine in a timely manner and without much stress usually from the comfort of my home and office lol. I can’t put a price on stress free resolutions of issues. Big thumbs up to your customer care too
