It’s not working anymore
Every time I tried to add some thing to my cart, it shows the message “ Uh oh! Some items have sold out and were removed from your cart.” I tried everything and nothing works, I had to buy my stuff on the browser.
Amazing App, Please Add Spanish!!
This app is amazing! The products are great, and the overall experience is excellent. My only suggestion is to add a Spanish language option. It can be difficult for Spanish-speaking users to shop when the app is only available in English. Adding Spanish would make the app much more accessible and improve the experience for many customers. I hope you consider it. Thank you!
Unnecessary costs
Absolutely the last time I’ll ever shop with them again. First of all, I have discovered their prices are nearly double what the official retailers charge, which is already a huge problem. On top of that, their shipping fees are outrageous, I paid close to $100 for express shipping, only for my order to be delayed anyway. But the worst part? After all that, I was hit with an import duty bill of nearly £100 before I could even receive my items. I honestly can’t believe that with such a high delivery fee, import charges weren’t already covered. In the end, I’ve ended up paying nearly half the cost of my entire order just in hidden fees. The whole experience has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing. The added costs make it absolutely not worth it. You’re better off buying elsewhere.

Everything was fine, now it's chaos
Before the application worked wonderfully, now it doesn't even allow me to enter the search engine to find a product since it shows that there are no products with that word (I searched for “Stray Kids” and nothing appears). I went to the menu because the new product launches appear and I found the SKZ album among them, I clicked on it and the same thing as before appears “No Product Found. Oops, we couldn't find any results matching your search. Try a different keyword.” I've been like this since March, and it's already July 2024 and nothing has changed, not even my previous orders appear.
update fix
i love the app i’ve been using it for all my k-pop orders and it’s very trustworthy however i’ve been unable to access recently saying they have a new update but in the app store there’s nothing to be able to update. please help fix this!!
bad service
I will never order from COKODIVE ever again, I order a hoseok and namjoon mots picket and it came damage and I was super mad the fact that I had to pay around 60$ for a damage item. And my last 2 orders don’t get deliver to my house and I have to pick them up at fed ex which I i don’t get way since my first package got delivered to my house and now I have to waste my time and drive all the way to fedex.

I love the app but the app keeps saying I need to update it when the developer is the one that need to fix the update cause it shows to customers when they look through the sources before downloading it

Nothing loads
Nothing loads!!!!! I can’t even edit my cart and in the website

Tried to navigate to a way to change the currency to GBP but was unsuccessful. Until they add GBP auto-convert I’ll stick with the website.
Disappointed
My package took weeks to arrive after the initial delivery date. I understand though- covid-19 happened and all. When it got here, I ordered the MOTS deco strap and MOTS ot7 BTS picket. Everything had good packaging. I thought it wouldn’t be damaged. Had 5 layers of bubble wrap. The picket however has folds and creases all over the bottom half. Too many, I couldn’t even count them. I’m devastated. Also, it says “free shipping” right? It’s not free shipping. First, the items are over priced (a way to cover the shipping) but I ALSO HAD a shipping fee??? $10+ for shipping. I didn’t even select anything special for shipping. So I don’t even know.

Everytime I am trying to pay by PayPal in the app. It always load during payment and May do it or never do it. I have to get out of the app to make a payment. I once did two order of the same thing by accident. I prefer the website to do the order.

I ordered my gfriend album from here months ago and forgot to right an review by to LOVEEEE IT I pulled yerin and nothing was damaged the poster was beautifully paged no holes no rips every thing was just perfect i recommended u downloading this in for not sure about amazon ect!!!

Bangtan Bomb was amazingly fast
This was my first time ordering from this place and I was pleasantly happy when my order arrived in 7-8 days. I was shocked since I ordered it on hobi’s birthday and it arrived so quick. The box came in great shape and my bomb was in great condition. I was so amazed that it was quick since I ordered something else that day and it was from California and it took two weeks. I live in the states. Amazing!!! Will buy here again. :)
Not working
Have been trying for the last few days to use the app, but won’t load and has a notification box come up saying there’s an update, but then I click and there’s no update… you guys to fix this app.. was working beautifully before all this.

Absolutely amazing
Cokodive is my absolute FAVORITE site to shop at. All of their merchandise is authentic, which is extremely comforting knowing what I’m getting is legit. Every thing I get related to kpop I get from here. Not to mention the speed of delivery, even with covid my packages get here within 3-4 days.

This is literally the best place to buy kpop albums, or other official merchandise. They have fast shipping, and if you have a question with something they are very quick to respond! I love this app, and I hope anyone who see’s this review will for sure buy off of this app. Everything comes straight from Korea too!!!

I seriously got nothing but pure disappointment so I would have to think twice if anyone buying from them for the first time ....🤷♀️
Pricing
I’m just looking through the items they have and they’re a bit pricy!! I saw other reviews and they said that COKODIVE pricing is affordable but it’s not. I saw that the BTS uno cards were $24.95. That’s expensive for a deck of uno cards at my local Barnes and nobles they’re like $7.00. Maybe lower the pricing a bit and my parents might just let me get things off the app😁thank you
