Cardio Sculpt
This class rocks! Ricardo does an excellent job at teaching this class. His energy, enthusiasm and encouragement is remarkable. He makes spot on adjustments to students positioning of feet, hands and body that are extremely helpful and he does it with a smile and an encouraging thumbs up!
Unreliable App
The app does not consistently work to book classes. On more than one occasion, I have lost a class credit due to app issues. This app makes me reconsider my membership.

Good setup, but why do I get reminders for classes I cancelled?
History erased
I recently moved and changed studios. I was shocked when I looked at the app and it had reset my lessons completed to zero. I want my 500+ lessons back!

No meaningful updates in years
No ability to filter or favorite by class level, just type. It’s the number one needed feature and it hasn’t been added in all the years since this app was introduced.

This app is hard to use because the font is very small and gray.

I love my Pilates classes and my studio, the APP is super easy to use, sends notifications, but I wish that it: 1.) advised if you’re out of the 12 hour window when cancelling a class. Sometimes I do it quickly and don’t realize the time. 2.) allowed you to see the history of classes taken - it does keep count, but I’d love to know the name of the instructor and type of class taken when I look back.
Was good
This was a well functioning app until Thursday May 7. App has stopped updating completed class total, doesn’t send out surveys anymore, and doesn’t award the class points it’s supposed to. I’ve tried signing in and out, deleting and reinstalling, and resetting my phone and nothing has worked. History notes that I’ve attended more classes than my completed class total. Come on, let’s get this fixed bc the club is no help and I’ve been properly signed in.
Classes vs Schedule
This would be 5 stars if I could book a class from the schedule calendar. I see a day that I haven’t scheduled. I click on that day it highlights but then nothing happens. Why can’t it flip to classes so that I could actually book it. When I had to do now is go out into classes find that date and then do it. It just seems so backward in such a simple thing to make it so much more functional.
Aventura & Hallandale
I joined Jan 20th, 2026. I love the simplicity of the online booking & check in via the CP app. I’ve completed 89 classes today. I travel “a lot” so I’ve taken advantage of my club pass in other states. The staff at Aventura & Hallandale have always be super chill. Hats off to your team players at these locations!
Tried to cancel
Club Pilates charged me after I cancelled my membership not happy at all…no way to cancel on the app and I called on the phone to cancel over a month ago and I have been charged again this month…

Could you add a feature when you have booked a class to show if there’s a waitlist even though you’re in? I’ve canceled a class at a later date to book one closer, only to find that the one I had canceled has a waitlist and my chances of getting it are slim. I would rather cancel a class that doesn’t have a waitlist, but nothing indicates that right now, so it’s literally gambling. And for the price we pay for memberships, that’s super frustrating.
Loved instructors Poor management
I was there for four years I liked my instructors. Until early this year someone charged me for merchandise I did not buy. All because they had access to my account while I was in class. I was livid and although instructors were sympathetic. No one could help. So I left. It was not right and Who knows how many times this happens!! They refuse to govern me back the money and I was robbed of that money.
Why do I have to sign in every time with my password?

Nice intro Truth is, I am a certified body harmonics mat, instructor 2011 Loved Ellen I am doing this for myself not to get certified for reformer. It was a really pleasurable experience and I bought a membership. I will add another start when I take a few more classes with other professionals in the industry at your location thank you so much. Unable to book
No longer tracking in class on watch.
I really liked this feature, but it’s tied working a few weeks ago. I have uninstalled and disconnected extend from watch, reinstalled and connected and it just won’t start when I try to start my current class. It only tracks attendance with 0s for all the values. At first it appeared to be working, but now it either starts and stays at 0 for everything, or it won’t start when you try to press it. I hope there is a fix! I’m using an iPhone 17 max pro and Apple Watch 9.

Crown point Indiana studio is soooooo good! The owner is on it and the instructors are phenomenal. I feel so loosened up when I leave Pilates! Highly recommend !

Attendance not correct
Nearly all of my classmates are experiencing inaccurate attendance numbers. Some off by as much as seven days. Those of us trying to reach a milestone class have to continually check with the front desk to find out where we are. This is a national problem as studios around the country are reporting the same thing.

Password will not save
Every time I have attempted to sign into the app, it says that it is not valid. Then I have to change the password. This makes me less inclined to even look at a class schedule, let alone sign up for a class.
Perfect needs one thing
Needs a dashboard at the beginning that shows the classes you have signed up for, otherwise perfect.
missing features
When cancelling class, it does not give option to remove from your calendar. When booking a class on a wait list, it does not identify what position number you are on the wait list. I liked the older version app.

Regret
I regret joining Club Pilates. Caused a shoulder injury. Needed to pay $35/month to put membership on hold. 5minutes late and cannot take the classes. Too expensive as well!
Add calendar syncing
Calendar syncing to users device calendar (e.g. Apple calendar) would be very helpful, without having to manually do it for each class. A calendar subscription would be much better

App issues
I’ve had issues with the app not working well on my Apple Watch. I wasn’t able to end my workout, so I deleted the app and re-installed it. Now it won’t record my workout at all.

I was pleasantly surprised at the level professionalism. From the front desk and the teachers. The studio is clean well equipped and i love the choice of music
