It works.
Signed up for the patient portal with a staff member over the phone, was sent a text with in a few hours to finalise my account. Prompted to download the app, able to log in and see the images from the scan I had done today.
Needs much improvement
Feel data safety is not sufficient. Viewing scans & reports not easy. You can’t use web browser. This alternative is very poor.
Not uploading correctly
Hi, please improve the uploading of the images. Your images are NEVER uploading correctly and missing heaps images every single time. It does not take 24h to upload if other companies, such as Exact can upload all within the next hour.
Appointments
This app should include the ability to look up upcoming appointments otherwise you have to ring a check
Works perfectly fine
No issues signing up for my account, scans viewable straight away after verifying my birthday. Even includes scans I had 3 years ago! Nice job tech team :)
Doesn’t work
Hopeless doesn’t work as per all the other reviews, password creation doesn’t work then locks account
Absolutely a pain in the proverbial to use
How hard can it be! Setup account, verify, view. Not with this app. Terrible signup logon process, glitchy, won’t go back to summary results. Could we focus on customer experience please!
Useless!
Somehow this app is even more useless than their website. After 20mins of logging in and having to change my password every time I have given up and delete this app. Don’t bother

It doesn’t work at all. Don’t waste your time downloading it
Glitchy and unhelpul
This is the glitchiest app. It doesn’t load, says the password is wrong and when you finally get in, the scans won’t load. Incredibly frustrating when you aren’t allowed to take photos in the room. This is the only means to receive scans and it DOESN’T WORK! Sort it out.
Unreliable
Cannot access old images, wheel of death trying to load. Initial screen take you to download the app while on the app already. Too many glitches for this to be anything good. Do better….
Worst app, doesn’t recognize password just entered.
Fails to recognize the password just entered and proceeds to lock me out of the account just created. The operators at the clinic whom performed the ultrasound were fine, but the access to the images and the app is beyond bs and needs an overhaul of policy so that clients have easy instant access to their images. Booking well in advance to avoid this clownery at, the less expensive but far better quality option, of North Queensland X-Ray.

Unable to have the App open regardless on how I approach it
Disappointed
I’ve provided feedback and nothing happens. The app is so slow to load pictures if at all. Really disappointing considering how big QLD X-ray is and how much you pay at each ultra scan appointment. Don’t bother downloading, such a waste of time. Very frustrating.
