Need a fix
Really like this app helps me find genuine profiles closest to me. But there is a issue recently I cannot open my iPad for some reason. I guess it is updated since then please fix the issue so I can enjoy the app again thank you.
Continuous connection error
After receiving an email, advising I had a match, I opened the app but couldn’t get in due to a ‘server error’. I closed it and tried again… Nope. This time I was advised there was ‘no internet connection’ which is nonsense. Everything else is working perfectly. I’ve been trying now for 30 minutes, and it’s the same with their website. No access at all. The same thing happened yesterday too - I couldn’t get in for 3 hours. Incredibly frustrating and, once I eventually gain access, I’m probably going to delete it.

Nothing Elite
Been on the app for 2 weeks hasn’t come across a single Millionaire , not even a thousand airs.. literally most profiles are taxi drivers and the app limits who they show you per day. You also cannot respond to any messages or anything unless you pay a $99+ membership . Sorry but save your money and go reserve an uber your driver in sure in this app

High Cost, Poor Usability, and Questionable Ethical Standards
This is one of the most expensive dating apps on the market, yet its usability is extremely poor. It’s riddled with bugs! Core functions such as viewing likes, messages, and navigating the interface are unintuitive and unreliable. I have spoken with multiple users—particularly women—who consistently report difficulty using basic features, which fundamentally undermines the value of a paid service. Feedback to the development team has been met with defensiveness rather than accountability, which reinforces the impression that monetization is prioritized over product quality. The app aggressively pushes premium subscriptions while delivering a buggy, frustrating user experience. More concerning are the platform’s ethical standards. The app allows—and implicitly encourages—the use of AI-generated, heavily altered, or outdated photos that misrepresent users’ real appearance. These practices are not meaningfully enforced against, seemingly because they boost engagement and subscription conversions. There is no verification of photos to ensure they represent what the people look like NOW on the platform. The result is an artificially inflated perception of profile quality that ultimately erodes trust in the platform.

It this app is a scam, they collect information as SSN, connect with credit score third part services and cancel only female accounts after collecting subscriptions. Wondering what they do the men left there with all information exposed.

This app's algorithm mainly attracts people from overseas, which is unrealistic. While I am not an expert in these apps, I could never understand how matching works here. It is not worth the money, in my opinion.

Have been using this app for years but I haven’t find one quality person. Most of them are fake and old pervert men that only look for young or sugar baby. The service miss leading and for some reason I didn’t do anything wrong but they blocked and ban me out of the app. Wouldn’t recommend this app, period!

Really disappointing. Most of the potential matches are from the US or Sydney, NSW, very little effort put into profiles or photos, and I fail to see why they charge premium prices for a service they seem to have no desire to curate.

Horrible app malfunction
I recently received 26 messages of which I cannot view due to a software glitch which reads “slow or no connection please try again”. This app needs works and MM refusal to fix it has me leaving it for good.

There are too many fake profiles on here. Pictures stolen from the internet and wannabe millionaires. Anyone with a brain can look at a picture and tell that it is a screenshot stolen from the internet. Also, AI generated photos. 🙄🤦🏻♀️😂 Omg! The older men still looking for 18 year olds. Pathetic! 🤢🤮 Finally, when you match with these profiles the person doesn’t even send you a message. I’m too attractive to waste my time sparking the conversation first. Boring! 🥱😴
