They put charges without your consent, and they try to play their non refundable policy. They are abusing people are distracted to still money.

Match does do a good job removing fakes accounts quickly. But I’m then left with no one to chat with.
Swindlers
This app continues to get worse. They sent an email for a discount and I DID NOT accept but they began billing me anyway. Customer service took over a week to reply and they said “we see you’ve been sending messages, so you’re ineligible for a refund”. Yeah it’s the person I’m talking to and hence DONT NEED a paid subscription to talk to them, I’ve been talking to them through the app for months with an INACTIVE account! Maybe hire employees who’ve made it through 2nd grade. Never again.

It’s a scam
They offer discounts to lock you in for multiple months. Little to no members in your area. Then when you quit they keep your money for future months paid for. Should go out of business soon.
Suggestion
It is frustrating to constantly swipe left on dozens of profiles, only to find they show up in front of me each time I log on. Perhaps put a button that permanently suppresses that profile once and forever.

Some logistics are off
In general, I like Match and I would suggest it to my friends. For a gay man it’s a very good app and the patrons are of good caliber. Several things though are off. I get a lot of profiles that come through that are not part of my preferences, and even my preferences that I have stated are dealbreakers. Also as a gay man, it’s very disconcerting to receive female profile ads and also some straight male profile ads. This can actually be dangerous, so I hope Match takes a little bit more notice of this. Otherwise it’s a good app. Another thing I tend not to like is that there’s no way to simply reply to someone and say you’re not interested. You have to click the like button, which can fool the other into thinking that some like connection has been established when in fact that’s not necessarily true.

My biggest issue with this platform is that they upsell you at every turn. Stuff like that gets annoying. I wanna purchase a membership for a period of time and have free use of the platform like everyone else.

Repeat views
Amazing how many times I can see the same profiles that I’ve previously passed on. At least. I don’t see the scammers again that got through to have profiles, that have tried to con me out of my money. Bad enough Match did. And remove the active people. Or give us a filter to remove them! You should hire me to filter out all of the scammers using your sites. I can’t believe you let them all through. You guys must be getting a cut of the action.

I spoke with Brianna about some dating tips which the app provided, they received the call very well and helped me boost up my confidence and gave me a very good advice on dating tips. I can recommend 10stars for the tips they are providing.

I am using Match to meet people around my area, with Missouri. Most of the people that show up our way outside of Missouri no matter what my distance says. That’s ridiculous.

Wish they had better screaming
It’s really heartbreaking when you find this person that you think is a good match. Then you go off the site and tell she needs $1000 for equipment. My recommendation is don’t go off this site
Matches and profiles sent to me
I have to say that I am very disappointed in match, because they send matches and profiles that are far out of my desired distance, even lots from the United States and that’s unrealistic when you live in Alberta Canada another thing they send age out of preferences I would love to be able to look at all of the profiles within my hundred kilometer or a mile radius instead of you sending me a few here and there. I know other gentlemen that are on match and I have yet to see their profiles in my pics. I am very disappointed.

Hard to judge a person by their profile when most men are not being true about their ages. Pictures are old and some are only separated or looking for a good time , not a relationship. This has been my findings anyway.
