I was happy with this app using it for Apollo group tv I renewed my subscription and then suddenly I get a pop up blocker that keeps me from being able to use it. There is no way to reach anyone . I paid $144 for the year and Apollo says I was scammed.
Great app just wish I could download
No complaints. Better than on my TV most times but wish there was a download option for on the go
Nothing loads
There’s shows/ movies that they provide that only show pitch black and audio. No picture. What’s the point of uploading it if there’s nothing to show. Also on the sports live. It’ll say this event has started, well okay show it to me then. NARUTO has hundreds of episodes and none of them work. Basketball and soccer has started and football will start toon. I need to watch it or I’m going to cancel this.

I’m not here to complain about nothing I’m just curious to know when y’all are adding the movie “Obsession” since it didn’t take y’all much time to add “The Amazing Digital Circus: The Last Act” (overall like this app just waiting for a certain movie to be added is all👀)
Not working
I have had this app for 3 years and now it’s not taking my password or letting me log in and I paid for it wht the hell its going on wit this app and when I scan the code it pulls up a color code I want my money back asap
Love it but can be glitchy at some times and the language
I love this app it have new stuff that hard to come by and it’s an great app overall but the down side is that sometimes the movies or shows can glitch and freeze at times which is not good and you need to fix the language because I try to watch cyberpunk 2077 and it won’t go to English and I can’t watch the show but I do like that i can watch all the stuff in one app is a plus but overall I would recommend this app not to a lot but to some people so it’s not to popular and get taking down but love the app just fix the stuff an make it better
Great app, poor settings
App itself is awesome but once you stop using the app, you have to delete it and reinstall it…. Come on programmers, fix this glitch!
Get it together
The app was fantastic until it transitioned to this new “enjoy time” bull. Now things lag, freeze, don’t play properly. It’s just a headache. Fix these bugs asap please. What’s the point of making my account “new vip” whatever it’s called if everything lags now? Get it together start up or I’ll find someone who has.

Not able to watch anything using data!
So why bother having a mobile app if we’re not able to use data? This is just awful. Fix it!
Fix this please
For some reason, there is this weird glitch were if you try to watch a certain series on this platform, it’ll only play the audio and not show the actual episode and only shows the series thumbnail, it didn’t do this before but now it does for some reason. Fix this immediately as soon as possible.

It’s great if you know how to use it properly
A lot of reviews are based on services and not the app itself. Most of them talk about buffering and lag etc. These are written by people who don’t understand how this works. The app is a great interface for a playlist when plugged in. If you have a good service you will have a good experience, and vice versa. Great app, I’ve been using for several years now with no complaints.
Apollo TV to Startup Show
Previously had Apollo Tv which worked great. Was forced to transition to the startup show app and now I either get a spinning circle on my television or playback error on iPhone. Very unhappy that I can’t access the subscription I paid for. I’ve deleted, cleared cache ect to no avail.
App is not working
Please fix the app, it just keep crashing and the logo is like blinking. Thanks
2.6.0 not working
2.6.0 is not loading on my AppleTV. It just endlessly pulses the startup show logo… previous update was working. Apple TV Model: A2169 TvOS: 26.5 (23L471) Please fix
Works but sometimes breaks
It stops in the middle and doesn’t let me continue and sometimes even rewind it to make it go back to the start of the episode even when I’m using a VPN

No bueno
Not working on the phone or the television after I paid for the subscription and had to change to a different setup. Looking for a refund at this point. It’s been a little less than 30 days and NOTHING WORKS
One Piece
I have noticed that their isn’t one piece on this app, their are a lot of fans fighting to get the anime so I advise adding it, that will attract a lot more customers quickly.
Great on my iPhone useless on my iPad
Love startup show, but watching movies and tv shows on my phone is not for me, it rarely works on my iPad, I get a frustrating amount of error messages and no matter how much I uninstall and reinstall it’s just shockingly bad.

Good app but has cons
I had this app for almost 3 years overall it’s good for movies and shows although captions never work on tv but on mobile it does. This app isn’t really good with live tv. When there is football matches they are always delayed by like 20 minutes and sometimes they don’t even air it on start up. Other than that everytime I log in on my tv it always says to update it but never works, I realized that just ignoring that pop up everything still works good. Overall 3/5 for me since sometimes live tv dosent work or it is just ooo delayed and also because captions don’t work on tv.

Nothing bad to say about this, been using it on a FireStick and Apple TV. Great developer, you don’t see this every day, thanks a lot for creating such an app. Please consider including either another player that can do frame matching on tvOS, like KsPlayer, or an option in the menus for this, live tv is unwatchable due to this, when using multiple frame rates from different regions.

Perfection
Perfect interface, the customer service is just impeccable, and it’s so seamless. We bought a new Apple TV after our old one was fried. Only to find out Startup Show was taken off the Apple TV menu!! Unfortunately, their other app interfaces are hard to maneuver, over engineered, and I worry I might have a virus on my TV seeing the black app with a red “X” logo. Definitely will miss this for tv’s
I wish there were another option
This app is supposed to work without a WiFi network. I have never been able to Watch anything other than with WiFi. Yes, I have toggled the WiFi only switch off, still doesn’t work.

Okay, I think I’ve figured out the VPN issue…
I had the same issue as many of you, it kept saying use a vpn when I tried to put in my M3U address. I managed to get it to work by deleting the app, turning on my VPN to the USA, then installing it again. This time it accepted my M3U address, anyone else who’s had this same issue, give this a go.
Doesn’t work
Works well for my wife’s phone for my phone won’t go past the log on screen keeps resetting back to log on screen over an over again.
Horrible on fire stick and iOS
I’ve been using this app for some time and the last two weeks, there is so much buffering and timeouts. I only use it for movies and tv shows, no live tv, and am getting so frustrated. Speed test on app is lucky to show double digit download speeds, when I have almost 1 gig speed. I wish they would do an update and fix the issues.
