Infuriated farmer
I’ve played this game for just over 3yrs in the uk, this week has got to be the worst worldwide for glitches, can’t even get on farmbay at the moment!! You loose gems , can’t get on chat, loose stock , attention please wait is now all the time worldwide so don’t be palmed off its yr internet , such bad management not replying to feedback emails complaining of sooooo many glitches, game needs updating and fixing please sort it out

I’ve gone through the stages of the mushroom game and I’ve done it only to be told I’ve run out of time. They should make the land more easy to get other than that it’s enjoyable although you need to buy lots of rubies to get through the game
WHY SO MANY CHANGES
Why has the game had so many changes in the last few weeks? Were these really necessary? Frozen animals only give one item now instead of the four/five. Animals were taken away again after being increased? Rubies are harder to get on the spin wheel now. When game updates instead of receiving 20 rubies, we now get 5. The mine now takes 9mins approx between mining instead of the 4 approx. Order board doesn’t hardly give materials on completed orders anymore. The island helps have been taken away and replaced with gifts which are mostly useless gifts, very rare money is in a gift. Extra shelves in the production buildings have increased in rubies. Why is land really expensive to open up? Do we really need to put real money into a game to get ahead, some of us can’t afford it. Surely it should be all about enjoying a game and not about money. Why the changes?
It’s a good game overall but the changes this past couple of months have made it less enjoyable! You can’t help friends by feeding and watering you can only gift them once a day pretty useless being a part of a co-op when you can’t help unless you sell to each other! Mario and his balloons I have never played since the update as it’s too many items that need to be made and yes you have 24 hours but unless you have the slots I would personally have to wake up to bake just to complete one (as I’m at work during waking hours and only play in the evenings) so I don’t bother anymore it would be easier if you could trade on the market to fill them or it counted what you already had in your barn(which it doesn’t)and the milestone rewards you have worked for aren’t as good now either. It seems as it’s such a popular game going on public reviews/opinions that it now is being changed for profit purposes! Make changes that help us play a fun game instead of making the changes specifically for profit people often spend money on stuff they enjoy because they want to not because they have to!!

Xmas event
So Xmas is just days away and i didn’t get my Xmas event not fair as others got it disappointed in this game as has become boring no event and can’t do regatta due to them making it 5 tasks a day i can’t do that due to work. Seems like they just want this game for people who can sit on it all the time.
Good game
This is a good game. Needs some patience. A lot of different things to do. Love the islands. The order board is ridiculous though. I am level 41 and barely ever get any orders that are actually doable within a logical timeframe. I don’t need orders that 12k. I need orders that can be done for the materials and the regatta.
Keeps crashing
Since the update a few weeks back the regatta is harder and the game keeps frequently crashing gone on today and it won’t even load up shame because there seems to be quite a following, I love playing but I’m starting to lose patience with the issues and constant crashing.

I had an issue with the starter pack but it was all sorted very quickly. It’s not the speediest of games but it’s enjoyable.
Why no Christmas or Easter

Hi, I’ve just wasted about 8 diamonds finishing cornbread for my task in the regatta. I needed one! So used diamonds to make it quicker, that didn’t do anything, so I kept trying it til I’d rushed 4 cornbread through and it still hasn’t registered as done....how am I supposed to finish my task?
Great game to play but underhanded playing issues
The wife put some steel in the market stand for me to buy, she told me she’d put it in & I pressed the button straight away only to find someone else had bought it. Absolutely no way can anyone do that without having some sort of insider help to buy good items, or maybe it was someone who has something to do with the game? It’s the same when I click on something good after the market stand has refreshed, all the good items have been bought (surprise surprise). Sorry but you’re only getting 1 star for the underhanded insider people

To earn and progress etc Starting to lose interest as it’s just taking too long to progress spending weeks trying to get up a level and as friends don’t help when you need it then why bother having them as i helped them a lot yet get nothing back in return so why bother having friends when they do nothing to help back prices on items could be a better if they were a bit cheaper and selling items could be a bit higher but it won’t happen

I love playing this game , but getting really annoyed that I complety the story targets to go to next stage then it goes back to the start once on the last level to start next chapter

Game has a lot of potential, but don’t bother
No point in downloading and starting to play. The lack of barn and silo space will drive you insane. It wouldn’t have been a problem if upgrading was easier. All the items needed for an upgrade is kept in the barn, taking up a huge amount of space. The oil and resin needed to upgrade is not forthcoming, despite numerous board orders. So you have to keep all the other items needed in the barn until you have everything ready. That wouldn’t have been so bad, but these items take up almost a quarter of your barn space. Totally ludicrous. The game has great potential, but the developers have chosen to make it needlessly complicated with the barn and silo space. In addition, if you like support in a game, it doesn’t exist. They don’t acknowledge receipt and don’t reply either. I like to spend money on the games I play. In this game I can’t, because the items purchased will need to go into an already full barn and silo, meaning that you are then stalled in game play until you have the space sorted out. I’m deleting. Had enough! When I read on the forums that these issues have been resolved I’ll resume play and happily spend money. This is a great fun game with so much potential, but the developers have made it needlessly complicated, taking all the fun out of it.

TOTALLY RUINED THE GAME
Where to start? I don’t know if you even ready these, as you never even acknowledge receipt, but we are totally disgusted with the new regatta. We are 4 VERY active players who have worked hard all week, and are STILL trying to finish and hold first place, With 6 hrs to go.and will spend 30 gems each. WE USUALLY FINISH ON WEDNESDAY! We have deleted TWO THOUSAND tasks! Why do you keep sending tasks of 160 when we all know that you have to do 300s to win a race! Faulty
May times the collected items that actually take hours to do so, does not count. Have to start over again sometimes three times. This issue has been mentioned before. Somebody should take a look at it. Otherwise enjoyable game, except the frustration when you complet the tasks and need to start over...

I have a Facebook group, Farm Bay Players Community, so many players are very unhappy with the game. I have written to support lots of times, so have many other players, no reply, isn’t this what support are supposed to do? Help, support and advise? Yulonzo need to sort out this game very soon, it was very enjoyable when I first started playing, now it’s a joke!
