a bit buggy after latest update.

Would have given it a 4 as I’ve been using this for a few months and loved it recently it’s become a bit unreliable. It keeps losing my favourites. I get tons of info about what I’m eating, which helps keep me motivated. BUT… it’s announced to see every favorite disappear. Site is fairly good about responding so don’t hesitate to give them feedback

Does not offer export data

Does not offer export data which is very important for a diabetic to share with the doctor. Fix this before i could continue using this.

Good, accurate but slow

I like the app. But when submitting a meal, it can go cold by the time carbs are calculated.

Last update does not work well.

App was amazing but the last update does not work effectively. Searches for meals do not work accurately either (stats for meals). Would be nice to export the food data inputted. Update of August 18th, 2026. There is more outages now where information continues to be lost as well as slow to load.

Laggy

Its pretty solid app i have only been using it for a few days, so far its been alright just very laggy. Other than that its seems good

Enjoying it so far

Great tool to track meals, water intake, calories. Recipes and information about specific foods helps my understanding of specific types of food and how I should incorporate it into my meal planning. Like how easy it is to use.

Good idea poor execution

It’s a great idea, but they make it awkward. You have to jump through all these screen screens to get to take a photo of the food, which is obviously the point of the app, but that button is inaccessible. It also takes too long to calculate the carbs so the food wouldn’t be hot if you sat and wait for it.

Solid

Great app with a solid UX. Feature request: Please add an ingredient-level nutrient breakdown to the "Insights" section. Currently, it only shows totals per meal, but seeing the specific source of nutrients per ingredient per meal would be incredibly helpful.

Not so great

The app gives useful overall views of daily numbers, but nothing on specific meals. It’s not intuitive, when I click on a meal it should provide a summary of the nutrients it only gives me a chance to select the main nutrients which it does not even show.

Puzzled

I’m trying this because it sounded great but I can’t update my dietary restrictions after initial set up. I did choose diabetic as one of them…but it offers all sorts of of carb-heavy meals under inspiration and has my targets set far too high for a diabetic. I’m hoping it’s a glitch that will sort itself out. I’ve read that the photo process is cumbersome…I’m hoping not, haven’t got there yet. I’m also seeing there’s a “subscription” set to expire 10 days from now….no mention of anything yet and the app doesn’t mention payments in the App Store (as is required to expose up front) so we’ll see. Seems very sketchy and I’m concerned about having provided access to personal data now.

Awesome App!

I’ve only used the App a few days, but am so impressed with it. Besides entering your food intake, and water intake, you can take a picture of the nutritional information or scan the barcode and it will calculate it for you. When eating out, you can upload a picture of your restaurant meal, enter info on what you had, enter the restaurant and it will calculate your meal for you. Amazing!

Useless

App makes very little sense and offers no value whatsoever. The photo option creates an entirely inaccurate analysis. Another AI fail.

Wednesday dinner

Most of the time I’m happy but like today it skips over the description so it’s not going to be accurate. You don’t even know what this is!!!!

I want to love this app

There are so many good features in this app. I love the focus on the Mediterranean diet. I love that it attracts protein, fiber, vegetables, nuts, seeds, fruit, etc.. that definitely helps me stay focused on eating well. I love that I can take photos of the foods I’m eating. I love that it searches the restaurants I’m at. However, the calorie and nutrient information is off so much of the time. I use this information to help me portion control through the day. However, that’s very challenging when it’s most often underestimates, calories fats and carbohydrates.

Love this app

I downloaded this app several months ago and wasn’t loving it. I started using it again a couple weeks ago and I absolutely love it. I love the challenges and the fact that it rates my meals and most importantly the ease of posting. Small bug on sleep has been fixed. This app is amazing

Who does this?

You seriously need to ask what sort of thinking is behind an app like this. A dietician recommends this app to me. He demonstrates it. Awesome. I download the app. It wants my email… the email I provided previously. What email? I go to the Rx web site. NO hint at all about how to get involved. None. Bunch of bafflegab about how wonderful it is. NO meaningful or helpful info. . Here’s an idea for the geniuses behind this… have a section…. do you want to get involved? Here’s how. You’re welcome.

Excellent app with many great features

My favorite features are being able to take a picture of what I am eating and how the app assists me in carb counting, how each week it summarizes how my diabetes is doing and recommends where improvements can be made through challenging me to try new things…. There is too much excellent features I can’t limit them to just a few!!!
