Cindy Hanson has exceptional customer service. She is polite and courteous also she very knowledgeable and helpful getting what you need and addressing your concerns and she emphasizes things that you find uncommon and do her best you overcome anything that’s a hinder to you and your family.

Doesn’t show you your upcoming year’s policy or price
Difficult to log into: passwords expire & then difficult to change. Worst thing is that you can only see your current policy & price. My next year’s policy starts in 3 days, but the app will not show the policy or its price until after the current one ends! How stupid is that!?

Alerts still don’t work! Shows alerts but you can’t archive them or acknowledge them. Seriously it’s 2025 and I still see same problem since 2022 Don’t work. Try to even archive and still displayed as either not being reviewed nor archived
Poor functionality
I cannot find where my card information is stored. We paid online and the app says it is paid, but the money has not taken out of our account. I have two alerts that I have archived, yet they still remain after several days.

I'm very happy I chose Universal. My experience over the years has always been a Great one. I've never had any issues with my policy, nor my account being breached. Whenever I call, the agents are super professional..... VM

I received a notification about my account. I can’t find it anywhere or how to get to it. The site is very user unfriendly if you are looking for any correspondence.

Web account docs access
Website and access to “web account” is a nightmare. Very convoluted. Still can’t access docs I need
Maybe I’m missing something…..
I am unable to find a way to pay my bill online through the app. That is pretty much the only thing I would like to use it for, therefore it feels nearly useless to me.

Horrible service, horrible app. Everything I upload seems to disappear or the adjuster can’t find. No way to see necessary files.

I was trying to make a payment with my debit card on the app, but I couldn’t do it. If I was you guys I make it easy. A lot of people not use checks or money orders anymore. Please change it.

I have notifications set in the app and still not getting them. No payment reminder which is why I downloaded the app in the first place. I get a phone call the day AFTER payment is due.
