Funktioniert perfekt
Frage mich warum hier so viele teilweise alte und schlechte Bewertungen stehen, allerdings funktioniert die App bestens und zeigt was sie soll. Man kann sie auch von Deutschland installieren und nutzen (entgegen der bei mir erschienenen top-Rezension).
Doesn't work
Just sits on "authenticating your device" forever. Searching for help on the Fidelity site is useless; no way to report a big.

This app has come leaps and bounds from the last review I had posted about it. Almost 7 months later and it’s usable, dare I say user friendly even. There are a lot of competitors with a more intuitive interface but this will do. Well done to the developers. A bit more in improvements to match some features on competitors and you will have done great.
Hangs on Aunthenticating Device
Forced update this morning, now can’t login, screen stays on the Authenticating Device indefinitely

Diese App scheint nur in UK zu funktionieren. Ich hatte das selbe Problem. Von den gezeigten Funktionalitäten ist die App wohl nicht schlecht, jedoch sollte in der App Beschreibung angemerkt werden für welches Land die App geeignet ist. Hier sollte Fidelity mal dran arbeiten. Mit der App "MyFFB" (Depot App der ehemaligen Frankfurter Fonds Bank, die von Fidelity übernommen wurde und jetzt FIL Fonds Bank heißt) funktioniert die Einsicht in das Depot und die jeweiligen Fonds einwandfrei. Die komplette Verwaltung mit allen Features ist allerdings weiterhin nur über die Webseite möglich. Aber für die Basics ausreichend. Bewertung erfolgt etwas "freestyle" da ich diese App zwar nicht testen konnte, die App aber im jeweiligen Land wohl funktioniert. Und von den gezeigten Features wohl ganz passabel zu sein scheint. Und nur mit einer Bewertung kann diese Info in AppStore gepostet werden. Also einfach die App "MyFFB" suchen und installieren und los geht's mit dem Fidelity Depot.

Easy to use. Made a change in investments and changed my address. Didn’t use calculators, but good to see they’re there.
Does not work
Stuck on authenticating - will not open - deleting the app going back to website - don’t waste your time installing
Very handy
The application is handy. You can access your pension information quickly. I consider that some features are hidden and have difficulties to find.
Biometrics log in
When, when, when are you going to fix biometrics log in. I’ve been in contact with support for what seems like an eternity and it never gets fixed with each new update

Absolute CON-artists
I was introduced to these criminals by a compnany that I worked for. I payed into this company’s savings scheme every fortnight. Now I have left the company and have requested to take my saved money as a single payment (leavers payment) it’s like it’s a ghost company. If you manage to get through to them on the phone no one can give you a straight answer and just clearly reads the lies off of the website. I wouldn’t wish this painful, non-communicative, unprofessional and ridiculous ‘investings/savings’ plan company to a terrorist organisation let alone my worst enemy. Joke.
Works well normally
Has worked really well for the last 2yrs. For the last week though I haven’t been unable to login hope this is just a glitch that is fixed soon
Stop removing functionality
Every update you seem to take away the predicted fund value area. This is the ONLY reason I use the app.

Unable to login via App
The app just sits there spinning whilst trying to load and eventually times out. I thought they might have fixed it by now but still completely useless. Can access via web instead with no issues

On the whole a good app, but right now I can’t access it as it is telling me to update - but I can’t appear to do so!
iPad usage
On my iPad the app occupies a small area of the screen the size of a phone. I would like it to utilise all of the iPad screen for easier viewing.

No way to verify email
Trying to verify email. I receive the code but there is just a blank screen nothing to key the code into….

For such a big fund manager this is a really poor app with a substandard UI and lots of bugs (particularly with login).

Latest update is bad
Can no longer see my retirement pension value. Used to be very easy to find on the app. Current value and future estimated value. Please restore this.
Login Needs Addressing
Once in I like this app and unlike a lot of others functionality is built in without taking you to their website but as you’ll see from many reviews logging in each time can be frustrating due to a very buggy implementation of 2FA. On the subject of 2FA it would be great to have other more secure methods such as TOTP or passkeys considering it’s a financial service.

Logged in successfully
Updating my review as it was totally my fault. I was using the wrong Fidelity app and website! Log-in was super quick and easy and I can find the information I need for my plan.
Setting up account is near impossible
Inputted all my data multiple times, if you go off the app to get confirmation number from email or text it then freezes when you open it again and you have to start again. I can got to the end multiple times and it then says sorry something went wrong please try again.
