Error in app while registration
I have been facing the same issue with the TimePay app. Earlier, I was using it regularly without any problem. However, after reinstalling the app, it is no longer opening at all. I have tried multiple times to launch the application, but it keeps failing every time. This is very frustrating, especially since the app was working fine before. It seems like there may be a bug or issue related to the recent update or new regulations. I request the TimePay team to please look into this matter urgently and fix the problem as soon as possible. Kindly release an update to resolve this issue so users like me can continue using the app smoothly.

When I tried to recharge my Airtel number, the transaction was cancelled, but the money was debited. They said it would be credited within 3 to 5 days, but even after 6 days, the amount hasn't been credited.

Passcode and UPI Pin
I have recently changed the passcode and it landed me to activate all the linked bank accounts and credit using debit card or adhaarcard to reset the upi pin. I don’t wanted to reset my upi pin but there is no option to skip and therefore not able to use this app.

I recharged my my using TimePay for 199, money got credited but still on pending it’s been more then 24hr no refund or nothing.i had to recharge using other app still my money is not refunded.bad service I want my money back🥹
Very crashy and slow app
Only good for real cash back directly defaulted bank account. But many time received also try luck next time. lol, fix your app like CRED premium type.

I have done a mobile recharge through this app and the amount got debited but the recharge is not reflected on the device.On the history section its showing success but while we click on the payment that shows success,there its showing Failed ,I have mailed this issue to the contact team ,none replied till now.Also there is a issue while contacting through application,I’m not able to type in the fields that you give for contact us area.

Rating: ⭐☆☆☆☆ (1/5) This app used to be incredibly reliable, but the latest update has completely ruined it for anyone using an older smartphone version. Ever since updating, the app refuses to open entirely, and the UPI services are completely inaccessible. It is incredibly frustrating to be locked out of your own financial accounts just because you aren't using the absolute newest phone on the market. Backward compatibility should be a priority for a payment app. If you are using an older version of Android or iOS, do not update this app, or you will be left stranded without a way to make payments. Developers, please optimize the app performance for older devices and patch this bug immediately! This needs an urgent fix.
