Notification sound
There is no sound when the order is received in your application. There is no notification sound option in the in-app settings. I registered in your system, but I haven’t been able to order for a long time. An order is coming, I can’t hear it because there is no sound and I can’t get it. When this is repeated for the second time, the application closes automatically. You also know that we use many delivery applications at the same time. We can’t order because yours doesn’t make a sound.
The app needs a lot of advancements and improvements
The app freezes so much when completing a delivery, and you have to wait for at least half a minute and sometimes 1-2 minutes until it loads up the next drop off. Another note is that driver is not free to complete separate delivery unless it is in order. For example: I went to a building complex that has building 1000 and building 2000. and I had 4 deliveries and their order was not in sequence. Like I have to go building 1000 drop a package then go building 2000 drop a package then come back to building 1000 to drop another one. This can be easily fixed when giving the driver the freedom to choose which drop off he or she can do first. Like Amazon GPS system
Good looking Trexity app
Thanks for updating the App and it looks amazing. It’s so easy to follow.
No instant payout
Shouldn’t be waiting almost 2 weeks from the time I completed a delivery to claim my money and the support here is terrible

Support and app is worse
Trexity does not value its drivers. My account was suspended without a proper explanation, despite my efforts to complete deliveries and follow instructions. When drivers raise concerns about unfair pay, excessive return distances, or delivery-related issues, those concerns seem to be dismissed. The company appears more focused on getting routes completed than on treating drivers fairly. A platform that relies on drivers should listen to their concerns, communicate transparently, and investigate issues fairly before taking action. My experience has been disappointing, and I would not recommend driving for Trexity based on how I was treated.
Terrible
Don’t waste your time you barely make any money on here
Garbage
They are absolute garbage! With optimizing the delivery route. The pay is even worse. I had to drive over 250km to get $120 the gas prices are crazy right now about $2/ ltr. The pick up locations are usually 20-30 min away and the last drop off for the route about an hour or two away from your start location. Both of these commute are unpaid.
Bad review
This Application was garbage long km less money without no contact location bad serice they don't look down the driver complaining. They don't good admistration impossible distance or kilometres again absolutely it's an fair I will recommend the canadian government to close this app as soon as possible.
