terrible matchups
Whenever I play at a certain time, like at night, the game becomes extremely unfair as it pairs amateur cats against pro mice, and amateur mice against pro cats. I hope this can be fixed soon as it is very frustrating to play a game where I already know that I will lose.

Feedback for the overall game experience.
I played this game for years now and I have several thoughts on this game. Firstly , I would like to extend my gratitude to the creators and it’s support team as this game have a nice concept and the mechanics are generally well thought out. However , I believe there are a slight issues here and there. I would like to address the matchmaking as I have experienced ‘bad’ teammates. I strongly believe that when you’re playing as a mouse, teamwork is crucial and important in victory thus , I believe that there should be a report button and a heavier consequence should be put in place for players that are either AFK , intentionally losing and generally bad players. Secondly, SSS skins should be more accessible to F2P players, it’s just not fair and just to allow only players whom pay to have attractive skins. I played for a few years and the best skin I ever got is A skin . Do you think it’s fair that a player that stayed loyal to the game for years could only attain an A skin while a player who play for a few days and use his wallet to pay should get an S skin ? I believe the creator and it’s team greatly appreciate loyal patrons as well . Therefore , I strongly suggest that S tier skins should be more accessible to F2P players. You can either place it as a reward for the pass or a reward in some quest. Thirdly , as you know , I have emphasised my loyalty to this game For years throughout my message thus, I strongly believe that this game needs a big update or regular update as I haven’t see any big changes to this game at all . I suggest you can add new characters for mouse or new and interesting game modes that actually have people playing in it. I would like to once again thank you for taking the time to read and better the experience of users of this game, and I really appreciate it. Lastly , I really hope this game would add more mouse as it has been years since new characters are added. Thank you !

I used to love this game so, so much! But when I accidently deleted it and downloaded it again, as I went into the game, it was stuck on the loading page! I kept opening and closing the app and even restarted my phone, but it did not work… please fix this bug, I really miss the game! 🥺😔☹️

This game is fun, but it takes too long to wait for matching! After matching, you have to wait even after choosing your character! It’s so annoying! You have to wait for a long time! In addition, when waiting, you can’t delete people who are offline. Bye, it’s a waste of time for the friends who chose to invite you to play.
Stars issue
It’s good and fun but it’s very hard to get stars for skins. It’s also very disappointing when I tried for the magic mirror many times but I could not get the skin.

Michelle skins are hard to get!
The game is awesome and super entertaining but please make Michelle skins easier to get for those who doesn’t use the diamonds ,it is a bit unfair to me that you have to use money to buy the gems in order to get a single Michelle skin so can you at least make an A skin of Michelle easy to get without diamonds ? I find that the game is really hard to play and the opponents are really unfair as the opponents are too strong for my league. Would not recommend playing this game ever again as the game is rigged and the more you play the more you lose.

Seriously ever since u bring in Zuri, the music and dancing is making this app disconnect. So lag and keep hanging whenever someone uses Zuri in the game. Pls remove it or change ur system

The game is fun, i already play for months…but the thing that i don't like is that sometimes the opponents/enemies are always hard to defeat..so i suggest to make a fair team so there is still a chance of winning :D
