Ne fonctionne pas
Bonjour l’application ne fonctionne quand je clique sur mes 3 intentions de prières. Ça me met un écran blanc. J’ai un iPhone SE 2020 et j’ai fait toutes les mises à jour.
Très bien mais ne fonctionne pas toujours bien
Communauté superbe pour laquelle je prie et qui prie pour moi. Cependant comme beaucoup de fois, ce matin, je ne peux pas me connecter « service unavailable… » c’est dommage.

L’application plante tout le temps !!! Et pas moyen de contacter quelqu’un pour savoir ce qui se passe, et remettre l’application à fonctionner. Même le site internet est inaccessible !!!
Great Idea
This is a great idea for an app. Allows one to pray and to have intentions prayed without it being too intrusive and impingement on one’s time.
App inutilisable
L’application est tout simplement inutilisable : impossible de me connecter que ce soit avec un compte déjà créé avec des identifiants Apple ou Google, j’ai tout tenté. J’ai également tenté de faire mot de passe oublié : je ne reçois jamais le courriel, j’ai contacté Hozana qui ne répond pas. Même problème sur l’application Mac Book.
Time stamps
While I love this app and the contents of it, there seems to be an issue with the time stamps. If I start a novena today let’s say April 15, it says I started it on April 14. I’ve reached out to the support team but I’ve not received any help yet
L'idée est magnifique, mais la technique gâche l'expérience
Le principe de l'union de prière sur Hozana est une démarche formidable, mais l'expérience est malheureusement gâchée par des erreurs de serveur de nom (DNS) trop régulières au démarrage de l'application. C'est frustrant pour un outil quotidien. Sachant que les mêmes équipes sont derrière Hozana et Meditatio, ne serait-il pas plus judicieux d'intégrer cette fonction d'union de prière directement au sein de Meditatio ? Cela permettrait de centraliser l'expérience sur une application techniquement plus stable, tout en veillant à laisser cette fonctionnalité totalement gratuite. En espérant que ces soucis techniques soient vite résolus.
Hozana App
Unfortunately it no longer works properly. Issues: no updates to the prayer count after I hit “Amen”, it no longer confirms in a green box on the intention page that I have prayed for an intention, and the contact form to report these issues has an error message. I have deleted and reinstalled, no change. I am using an ipad, and it used to work perfectly. I have tried both the website and the app, same issues. I hope it can be fixed, it is a wonderful idea and a wonderful community.

Creating this app, is crucial for the modern era we are in. With all the busyness around you personally and the whole World, we all need our Lord savior to be much closer to us. Our Mother Mary and all the saints are with us always. Most Wonderful App ever.

Loved this until they updated it. Now the text is too small to read easily, can’t zoom in, can’t select the text for text-to-speech app.
Réel support de prières, mais pas de notification téléphone
J’utilise l’application depuis presque un an et j’en suis très satisfaite. La pluralité des neuvaines proposées en fonction de la période de l’année m’a beaucoup aidé dans ma préparation aux sacrements de confirmation et de mariage. Je ne mets pas 5 ⭐️ car les notifications sur téléphone ne sont toujours pas disponibles et je pense que c’est un réel manque

Je suis incapable de me connecter. J’ai supprimé et installer à nouveau l’application, rien ne fonctionne.

Won’t stay in English
Seems like a great app but every time I try to download it it’s in French. I change language to English and everything on screen changes to English, but once I hit Join everything goes back to French.

This is a wonderful app that really does assist in building prayer community. That said, I sometimes find it challenging to understand how to use the app. An example would be if you can put in more than one request on any specific day and if so l-how to do that. Overall easy to use and provides opportunities to receive information that might encourage you in faith journey. It's really worth getting!
The app quit working
I really liked the app when I first downloaded it to my iPhone but it stopped working. All I get is a white screen.

J’avais l’habitude d’aller sur la page web avant s’installer l’application et Hozana est juste merveilleux. L’union d’une famille chrétienne partout dans le monde. Des prières, des réflexions, des pensées, des neuvaines qui m’aide à agrandir ma foi et me rapprocher davantage de mon créateur. Je ne peux plus m’en passer.

I have tried using this app twice, and both times all I got was a white screen.
Good App
I like the app a lot as a millennial trying to stay connected with my faith I enjoy the sense of community, the different prayers, reading and retreat you can do with the app and then sending emails is also a great plus. 1 thing that I don’t like is the category of the app it’s categorized as social media and I feel like it should be Lifestyle or faith it’s not always fun to see my screen time saying I was in social media while I was in the app praying. Additionally I feel like before if I lost my wifi connection I was still able to read what I was on it but now since te latest update it goes away once you loose a bit of connection and that can be a bit annoying when I commute in the train and temporarily lose service.
Crashs

Bugs
J'aime bcp cette app. Il ya par contre quelques couacs : - quand on clique sur un lien qui mène vers une autre page hors app, on atterrit sur la page mais il est impossible de revenir à lapp. Il faut la fermer complètement et la rouvrir. - les audios avec soundcloud ne tiennent pas le cell hors veille. Et dès qu'il se met en veille, l'audio (qui prend déjà un certain temps à s'ouvrir contrairement aux vidéos youtu.be par exemple) s'arrête. Il faut donc maintenir le téléphone actif pour être capable d'écouter complètement l'audio. C compliqué vu qu'on essaye de se concentrer sur la priere... Tout ceci pour améliorer l'utilisation de lapp. Merci de nous aider à prier Que Dieu vous bénisse Gaell
