I bought glossy clays (in game money) and now after updating I can no longer use them because it's behind their rediculous paywall. Do y'all remember when you paid for an app one time and didn't have to pay monthly? This is ridiculous.

I have been playing this pottery app for several years. It is very good with a lot of nice colors, patterns, items and challenges. I Love the social aspect of the app. Love the glass update. Well done.
Need to pay to continue quests
I enjoyed it even without VIP until I realized quest progression is impossible without paying for certain patterns. They say under peopleās reviews that VIP is āoptional,ā but I donāt think it counts as optional when it is required for game progression.

Ive had this game downloaded for about two years now and and Iāve only made it to level four, full of ads, the challenges never makes sense ,insane to not be good at registering when I make an exact replica whatās being asked. Not really relaxing when i have to watch an ad and paying a subscription for game seems soooooooooooo dumb i would never. Anyways the games is definitely gone now donāt waste your time itās just a money grab.

Same old same old
Several years ago I loved this app but nothing has changed here in over a year, itās been a year since there was something new. Same old patterns same old clays same old colors, same old EVERYTHING, I got tired of paying $50 a year for the same old stuff, I got tired of seeing the same artist being show cased all day everyday and the creators arenāt very professional.
Lack of colors
I love this game, it is very relaxing, but the lack of colors if you don't have the VIP subscription does annoy me sometimes. I just want more colors without having to buy a subscription. There may be more options when my level gets higher but I don't know.
Subscription service is totally unsustainable
Game is lovely but I donāt get the subscription aspect. If it were a one time purchase I would have bought it by now, regardless of price, but the way it is I wouldnāt put in a single dollar to something I have to renew. Digital ownership feels more and more like a scam these days.
Cannot use gloss pottery
Hi im an old user of your game. Long time ago, I am able to buy and then use gloss pottery to create. However, as i recently downloaded the game again, it is now marked with a star, which means it is for people who must buy some something in the game. And from then i cannot use it. I want an explanation that i did buy it before it become āspecialā, so why i cannot use it anymore

Almost great! Good and better than most!
The other pottery apps are FLOODED WITH ADS! I appreciate the devs not doing this here. Without the subscription, Iām not sure this would be as fun and creative feeling. a but With the subscription/one time fee itās nice. You have to āworkā to shape the clay vs it being a 3 second shape cartoon process. The decorating is fun and for premium members, you get a lot of options for clay, colors, decor etc. I donāt love the Gemstone type decoration because they look too cartoonish and cheap. The āglazingā process is not as satisfying. If I could combine the glazing brush of the Pottery Inc (I think thatās the name :/ ) where the glaze goes on and looks wet while the wheel spines, I would be in HEAVEN! If they could somehow add carving for accents, shapes and indentation styles (my favorite to paint) with pottery wheel tools, using a sponge, wooden modeling etc (probably a big ask and not at all the devs fault. Iām just picky about the experience and UI) but if they had those and post-painting by hand with acrylics or glazes, I would likely keep my membership and pay more!

Love how creative the community is on this app :) art with constraints is so fun. Unfortunately, I put it down for several months and when I came back, 90% of my patterns and colors that I saved up in game money to purchase are no longer purchased and it shows that I need to re-buy all of them š¢ very discouraging.
Unfair Ā£Ā£Ā£Ā£
You can only go as far as level 6 unless you pay overĀ£3 weekly. Do NOT spend on vip items during if you except the free 7day trial as they take them back unless you intend to pay weekly. I feel this it totally unfair as they were paid for in exactly the same way.
Subscriptions
I love this game, but I wish the extra colors and patterns was a one time payment. I can't continue with any quest pots without a subscription but I can't justify paying for it. Very unfortunate :( Otherwise great game, I love it

As someone who doesnāt use in app purchases- who also has loved this game for years- Iām unable to play it anymore. I understand that the economy is changing, but this is just greedy at this point. Every pattern, color, and extra costs money. Itās getting ridiculous at this point.
Trimming Pots!
I have been using this app for a few days and I love it! Itās probably the closest you can get to making pottery on your phone. The sounds are calming, very few ads so youāre not taken out of the calming experience. I only have one suggestion: A trimming feature after throwing pots would be amazing!! Extra detail on the pottery and calming sounds :)
Couldnāt progress without VIP
Iāve played this game for awhile and made it all the way to quest #62 I prefer to do the quests as itās hard for me to create something I like the challenge of trying to match it perfectly. I couldnāt get past this quest without having VIP. Iāve tried every workaround and there is none to be able to get the 4 stars. And Iāve seen on Reddit that this specific quest has been a problem for years now. I donāt want to have to spend 9 pounds a month on a game just to be able to pass one quest. And I donāt want to do the free trial as then when itās cancelled I wonāt enjoy it as much as there isnāt as many options and colours. I love this game itās a great distraction for me but I wouldnāt recommend it as youāll only get to this point and be just as disappointed as I am. VIP should just be an extra perk, not mandatory as thatās where you will lose a lot of players. wish you would fix this issue but I imagine you wonāt as itās been the same issue for a long time now. really am gutted I loved this game.
Overpriced & Forced Upgrade
I'd be willing to pay for this app, but nothing close to what they ask for. For example, i'd pay a one time fee to purchase colours or patterns, but they don't offer that and it's a ripoff to pay a subscription for those kind of assets. Plus the monthly fee is way too high. You'll get locked out of any advancement at quest 62 which requires subscription access for the patterns you need to complete it. It's a nice game and i'd keep playing except that it's getting boring without new content or the ability to advance for a reasonable price

I used to play this game as a kid, and loved it!, so I thought Iād have fun coming back. However, the money-hungry developers made the game difficult to level up without paying for a subscription. Subscription!! Not even a one-time purchase!! In order to complete the daily quests, many of them require premium patternsāannoying, but whatever. However, I just got to quest 62 which is unable to be completed without a premium pattern! Total nonsense! I think playing the BASICS of the game should be FREE, and additional colors, patterns, etc. could be purchased for a one-time payment. But the BASIC MECHANICS of the game should be able to be completed for free, or else it ruins the fun of the game! Iām a broke college student and thought I would be able to reminisce on my childhood while also playing a relaxing game, but that doesnāt seem to be the case! Shame!

Why nothing new?
This is the first app review Iāve written, and Iām writing it because I really love this app and Iām also really disappointed in it. I love how creative it allows me to be, and enjoyed completing the achievement tasks to level up and gain new patterns. However, Iāve got to level 9 and have realised thereās no realistic way to attain level 10. The achievement tasks are not refilled and the ones that are left are literally impossible (like the 5000 coin one) or involve chasing thousands of likes and follows rather than anything creative. There needs to be renewed tasks where achievement is tied to creativity. Additionally, Iāve become aware that if I did manage to reach level 10, the only new thing I would gain access to is one more pattern. Why is there nothing new added? Iāve seen reviews and comments where people have made really good suggestions, and you thank them for their input and say youāll consider things, but nothing has changed or been updated. Itās an expensive app with many vip players paying weekly, and it appears nothing is being given back. Regarding the subscription, Iāve also been told that if I cancelled my vip status and remained as a non-paying non-vip player, I would lose access to the vip patterns and colours that Iāve purchased with coins earned in the game. Iād assumed that as Iād earned these they would remain in my inventory, but it seems that access to them is the main bribe to keep people paying. Iāve never come across a game before that effectively stalls its playersā progress. Itās bizarre. As I said, I love playing - but thereās now a tinge of disappointment attached to the game for me which may limit my future engagement with the app. Itās a real shame as youāve got something good here, but you seem to have given up on being creative with it yourselves and are just using it as a ācash cowā. If you really do believe in what youāve created here, please put some work into improving it for your customers.

Scammed me
I bought the glossy clay using the in-game coins and I could use it like normal, until when I checked today and found that they'd put it behind a paywall and I had to pay actual MONEY to use something I'd already bought! Total scam!

Good game but subscription = -3 stars
This game is very fun. The auction thing is a bit broken since they prefer pot size to how decorated it is. I love the social media feel and how you can follow and display your things. Idk if this exists bc I just started playing, but add maybe spouts and legs as a decoration, and maybe add a glass sea through clay. Subscription is very expensive, and basically lets you have loads of colours, which Iām really surprised I need to pay 50 pounds per year just to get a nice shade of pink. I understand that the game company requires funding, but this is crazy. And all the famous artists have the premium. Itās a pay for fame kind of thing. Please make it not a subscription but a one time purchase. Maybe allow all things to be unlocked, but it takes a while using xp? Itās not fair having your art run over by people who can afford to pay.
Enjoyable and then expensive
I really enjoyed this. The feedback loop of making something pretty and it āsellingā was a lot of fun. I enjoyed working to get to level 3 but then to learn that if I want more than the basic colours I have to pay - and itās not cheap! Makes me want to delete the whole thing.

Google sign-in crashes on iPad. No way to recover existing progress. Very frustrating for long-time users. Needs urgent fix.
I've been playing for a while.
Although I'm only level four, the game is still extremely enjoyable. Alot of features are locked because you need to reach a certain level threshold to unlock them. It's constricting not being able to create the best pots I could if I did have all the features unlocked. It takes a lot of time and effort to level up, even getting to level 4 is quite hard and I congratulate all the people who are above my level. Overall the biggest flaw of the game is the level system, if everything could be unlocked with something else I think the game would be a lot better, the fact you can't unlock stuff with something like coins instead of levels is the only reason I give this game 4š!

Iāve enjoyed playing, but hit a point where its become very difficult to progress. I donāt want to grind to level up in a game like this, especially if Iām paying for the experience, as itāll just take the joy out of it. So disappointing, Unusable without Premium
I used to love the first version of this app when I was a kid, and would play this for hours. I was so excited to play this again as an adult, but unfortunately every app thinks they need a premium subscription version? This app takes that mindset but to the ultimate. Literally every paint color is premium besides a few. Most of the patterns are premium as well. Unleash your creativity, but for only $50 a year!!! Like what? WHY does a pottery app need a SUBSCRIPTION? Yāall are so money hungry itās actually disgusting, and Iām deleting because itās not worth what I do get for the free version.

I was really enjoying this game at first but then the quests that you have to do became impossible unless you paid their subscription to unlock everything. So now I have to delete as I can no longer complete any quests. Such a shame.
half of the stuff i want to use is behind a pay wall
Itās a very relaxing game, cures boredom very easily but the only thing i really canāt get over is that most of the stuff i want to get is behind a subscription for Ā£7.99 a week. I find quite a lot for a game about making vases, bowls and mugs. If they just make it cheaper or put only luxurious stuff behind a pay wall it would be better but besides that itās a good game!
