Idea
So I like it but maybe have it so there is a custom koi pattern maker *free* and you can paint your own pattern. It would act like a base so you can breed it with another of the same pattern, so like a normal koi pattern.my other one is maybe have a hard mode, where you have health that slowly regenerates, and you get more health the higher your level is, and there could be predators that can be eaten if you out grow them. Just an idea, it would make the game better.
Really fun but needs improvements
I love this game so much!!!… but, i wish you didn’t have to buy all of the special koi .i wish you could just get them from progressing through the game also, they should give you more stardust from awakening your dragons and decorations shouldn’t cost so much stardust and mood gemstones shouldn’t cost real money 💰 overall it’s a great game 😍😍😍

I love this game it is the best you can I can you don’t have to say girl stuff and it’s really pretty challenging and it’s like really fun I love it I recommend getting a scan the Cue fish are so pretty especially the dragonfly Fish 🫶🏻🐠🐠🐬
The new version puts everything behind a paywall
Huge fan of the original. It required relaxed patience. This new version immediately made everything a pay wall. My first egg required a pearl to even be hatched. My very first one. There was one speed boost for the entire pond. All others were pay for. Very disappointed. I deleted this with 15 minutes after seeing the set up.
Please Offline Mode
Personally Zen Koi is one of my favorite games and I’ve played it for sooo long But i beg of you guys to make an offline mode for this game 🥺 I am aware of the Existence of Zen Koi Pro but from reviews i saw that it was not the same as Zen Koi 2. So please add Offline mode on Zen Koi 2 in which we DO NOT NEED TO PAY! Because so many games have offline mode and you don’t pay for such simple feature!
Loud jarring music?
This is supposed to be a relaxing game, what’s with the loud hating music that just randomly starts? Really annoying.
Love the game but.
I love this game it’s so fun and relaxing and definitely makes you lose track of time but what’s the point when you’ve collected pretty much everything like there’s no new fish no new updates nothing. Then you want people to go buy the pro version for like 6 dollars a month which is ridiculous especially cause you don’t have majority of the fun mechanics that this one has and you just tell people to come play this one but you never update this one. You guys should really update this one and give new patterns and stuff instead of expecting us to buy the other one and then telling us to play this one cause the pro doesn’t have what this one has. Also the point of it being “pro” is the fact it has all the features of this game and more. Not taking stuff out of it. And making a whole different game.
Amazing game
I have never made a review for a game before now. No game has been enough for me to do so. Enjoy this review and get the game☺️. This game has been my go to for many years even when zen koi 1 first came out . It’s a very relaxing game, yes it can get repetitive but I love setting goals and seeing all the collections I have completed. I do hope there can be an update to let us play with the dragons more and make cool designs with the stars instead of kicking is out after it’s competed. Did I mention this game has no ads unless you want to watch some for pearls??!!!! You don’t need to spend thousands of dollars if you don’t want to, just relax play with some fish and dragons, enjoy your time 100/100 recommend this game.Thank you for reading all of this and have a great day/night.☺️
I hate the puffer fish
I can barely even catch it because when even get little near it. It just puffs up so I can’t even do anything also 20 pearls to unlock 1 slot also this game loves money so I do not recommend

…but I remember this one time where I needed to get the upgrade in the middle of the pond when I was still young in real life…I cried…don’t ask.

Swimming around in circles for 25 minutes each stage of each fish trying to find where to take the stupid gems is not fun or enjoyable.

It's fine I guess
This game is so painfully repetitive. It's a great game, for the first 10 minutes. But then over and over again you're eating the same fish, in the same order, in the same environment. It's agonizing.

Not saving progress
Since the last update none of my progress is being saved. So all the swimming and levelling up is lost. Very disappointed.
Good game
I remember playing this around when it originally came out years ago and didn’t think it was still around much less the second version. Still very much the same game and enjoyable. I will say I have to dock a star because I have a personal peeve with the second type of puffer fish that harms your koi. There’s simply too many of them and it’s impossible not to get stuck on them constantly if you’re fish is at a lower level still, even at higher levels they’re really annoying while trying to breed with another fish as the other koi will just swim right through them. Otherwise it’s a chill game.
resetting the game
this isn’t possible under any circumstances (either hard or soft!), the game somehow manages to correctly load an *old* save game despite *NOT* being connected to either facebook, game center, apple icloud etc… thus anyone wanting to reset their game must do so via a new device, save *that* first, then redownload the game onto the old device… and even then it might still not be possible - personally, i am not going to spend €200 or its equivalent to buy a new device just to reset my progress in this game… already lost all the stars (and my respect) for this tedious way of ensuring players are *not* allowed to reset - i give it back 1 star (bringing to 2-star rating) for at least being relatively smooth in gameplay & animation… in conclusion, if you don’t mind small mistakes becoming extremely annoying problems *long term*, then here’s a game for you! otherwise, there are way more games where simple mistakes can be reverted (though it may necessitate at least deleting & re-downloading the app, but at least that option exists to reset the game progress)

Good but don’t like new update
I really like this game, very relaxing and entertaining. However there seems to have been an update that changed the color of the water in the pond but also made the symbols much harder to see. I sometimes like to swim around and find the symbol myself without using the button that takes me right to it but now that’s almost impossible to do. Please fix this and I will rate 5 stars.

I have been playing zen koi since I was little,when I ascended my first dragon I was so excited and wanted to play with it I was disappointed when I found I couldn’t. I wished for years I could before I found this game. The second I saw the zen koi title I was excited but nervous it would be a bad cash grab, I was wrong. The playable dragons was a literal dream come true for me and the feature of playing the dragon is something I never would have thought of, it’s AMAZING 💜💜 luv it thanks to the creator(s) it’s part of my childhood now. That’s more calming than anything i thought a game could be🪻💜🦋💜

I come and slow load this game every few months and the “some files are taking longer to load” always pops up on the spot I’ve left the game over night before and it won’t work plz fix this issue

To start, yes im writing a paragraph. Im finding a bunch of “dum/temporary“ games. Not that their bad btw! But just something to waste some time, and rating them for fun. First off, love the game, super smooth graphics and, shockingly NO MANDATORY ADS!!!! This is something ive never found before, i can see why this game could help with stress, but thats not my reviews topic. But, no games are perfect I find this game a bit repetitive and boring, also its very hard to eat the pufferfish because they have 300 degree eyesight or something, its always fun seeing the dragons though! Honestly devs, if you read this, just maybe add a bit more interaction with the dragons, lessen pufferfish eyesight, and add something different every now and then. Thank you!

When other koi successfully breed with me it wastes time the annoying other koi keeps on following me

Wish I could be played offline
I love this game but I really wish it had offline playability. When I have no connection the game gets stuck on the loading screen and won’t start up. I don’t see why it needs a connection to be played. If it was offline I’d rate it 5 stars.
