I can’t cancel my subscription
Great app but it’s been an uphill battle to cancel my subscription. In the app when I click on ‘cancel’ it automatically opens a draft email with text to have it cancelled. I received a response that suggested I should cancel in the app, which I tried. I haven’t heard back from the initial responder. I no longer want to pay the fee. Can someone please assist me?
