Horrible
This is the worst experience I have ever faced. Their app has a bug that doesn’t send the sms verification but still allows you to ship. I have an order that I tracked and it reached my city but because of the bug with the sms , the company could not call me and then she shipped my package back to buynship, I have sent a few emails but nobody replies . So now I have wasted a few hundred dollars and will never get it back or get what I bought. This is a waste and I wonder if it is fraud.

運費非常非常非常非常貴，因為海關問題沒有寄出貨物App內完全都無顯示，是寫信去問才得到回覆的，但客服都會耐心地回答問題，這點很棒，回覆時間也蠻快速的，但運費收這個價格，我覺得應該可以服務再更好一點，之後應該不會再考慮使用這一家
Fine for the service -2 stars : bad for app update
I only want to do simple thing with my phone and it forces me to download and upgrade app or quit - every time. Why don’t I just use your website then? Very bad user experience on app release arrangements

operation is quite bad
I bought few items in black friday and I couldn't get the items yet. all experience is disconnected and hard to track where the items are. It's bad experience and I would use amazon/shopee rather than using this. and they removed all my history. I am very frustrated.
Prior message for on the day delivery
Thanks for rushing to distribute packages after custom. Would appreciate if there are messages to inform that there is J&T delivery that night coz I always have to shower head to toe again after receiving the dusty global package after 9pm. Overall the office staffs in B&S are always helpful whenever I have enquiries about the package weight

They purposely round up the weight of packages to charge us more , their third party courier is very slow and inefficient

“To protect your rights, please record video while unboxing”
the service is very slow. you need to chat with the staff to get the item moving. the fee is not that cheap they will unwrap your item and use a cupboard to wrap it up again with tapes. it will have “To protect your rights, please record video while unboxing” yellow stickers on your item. i get 2 wallet from Amazon Japan and they unwrap them and place in a paper bag and post it. when i open the paper bag, if i am not careful the wallet will fall out. i ordered 2 Yamaha HS8 speakers from Japan and they rewrappes them as well. the 2 speakers are not small speakers, they cost me $218 SGD per speaker to deliver to SG. the speaker are new from Yamaha and yet they still unwrap them and wrap with cupboards and tape. I ordered a doorbell from USA and when it reach their HK wearhouse, they told me they cannot sent the item as it has battery in it. They hope that i will stopped the delivery and they can have my door bell. instead i get DHL to deliver to SG.
Good but can still be improved.
The app UI is good overall but can still be improved. I hope for the next update, a bookmark feature will be included so that users can save and easily come back to products that they would like to purchase. An automatic translate to the user’s native language would also be very helpful.
Online payment option is broken!
The app is fine, but the new default online payment option is straight up broken. Apple Pay fails, different cards fails, manual card entry also fails. Then I get a SMS from my bank saying one transaction went through anyway, even though the app said it failed. That’s not just annoying. It’s risky. Until this is fixed, I’m switched to pay on delivery every time.

Everything is great except for…
I like everything about BnS except for the fact that you have to make two addresses if you want to choose either DDU or DDP. This is honestly bad UI. The best way would be is to have an option before checkout to choose if the user wants DDU or DDP, not to separately make a new address that has the option of DDU or DDP. Any good developer would have done this.

Useful and reliable
Have used this service for years. Very dependable and useful as an expat living abroad.
Cheap but extremely unreliable
Delivery of packages were delayed with no updates from B&S or even the courier. Only when they were prompted did they do a check on the reason for the delay. Ended up having the package “completely destroyed” by the courier. B&S did not even ask for evidence of the “completely destroyed” package and just accepted it as is. Nonsense company.
Convenient but
Been using them for years and have been happy how convenient their service is. I just really hope they can improve on timelines. Shipments from US to PH takes like 3 weeks or more.

Notification options
Kindly make options for notifications and not just a blanket on/off. I would like to receive order status/update, and not the marketing notification (too often). Other than that, good app in general.

Terrible CS support, mishandling of orders
I say forget about the app when the company is thrash. First time using their service and the last time. I consolidated and ship my order but they got it mixed up with other ppl order and had to return to their main HK warehouse to sort out again. More than 2 weeks taken and NO UPDATES from them. It seems their CS are all from HK and their communications (in english) are limited edition. Don’t be fooled by the low rate ($7 per lb). The process is slow and you have to wait for your items to route from other countries warehouses back to their HK warehouse before you can request to ship back to yourself.
Easy to use but need update frequently
It’s easy to use However, it needs update a few times in a month. It’s also cannot be used if not update. Of course, it’s for the security, but still annoying!
Good but not Best
I have used this until now but at first it was good but now i have 3 packages missing, didin’t make on their warehouse even it was said delivered via USPS tracking. I don’t know if their warehouse is known around the area or there other people receiving some packages there in behalf of your address. Hope you can investigate this. Thank you!
