Hors Dom tom , les sms ne marche pas. Vous devez avoir un SIM Européen pour gérer vos services sur l’appli pour une seconde demeure en France, par exemple, avec votre SIM hors dom tom. Vous aurez besoin d’embaucher un gardiennage sur place avec une SIM locale. Aussi, depuis le magasin Apple, l’appli Française n’y figure peut-être pas. Cela explique le nombre de gens qui n’arrivent pas à se créer un compte. Dans ce même exemple, impossible de savoir si vous avez l’appli du bon pays: France pour surveiller une de vos demeure ds ce pays.

Poco serio
El login ya funciona mal. Cuando queres activar modos parciales, da error. Por el chat no brindan soluciones solo me “actualizan”. No justifica el precio.
No funciona guardián en IPhone
Compré la alarma por guardián o SOS y no puedo utilizarlo por tener un iPhone.. si tienen la solución por favor realizenla!

Very poorly engineered app. Takes forever to load up and often never does. Then it will just lose your biometrics making it imposible to log in. Worthless.

Since the last update, I’m required to enter my password every time I use the app. This is inconvenient and feels like a step backward. Even with the settings “keep session active” and face recognition “ on in the settings. Update: after reinstalling app, it started to work. It now recognizes my face.

Tried to log into the app and it blocks me with 2FA, that I didn't ask for. Tried 10 times to get it to send me a code and it doesn't send so can't log into the app. This is a terrible thing if you were away from your home and can't control your alarm!?

Have been trying without success to to activate this process. It worked when I had my iPhone 12 but now I have iPhone 14 it no longer works. So annoying. Have countless times tried to log out and log in but it won’t recognise my new device. I have all my old devices listed but can’t see to delete them to save any confusion in the hope that perhaps I had too many devices listed. Contacted Securitas but they say it’s the apps issue! Please resolve. Also when you click on the app page the app support button does not work! 😡
Não tenho notificações. Faltam avisos críticos iOS
Já corri todas as funções que encontrei relacionadas com as notificações tanto ao nível do telemóvel como na própria aplicação . Não consigo receber as notificações da aplicação. Não sei se é alguma limitação para o iOS ou se é algum bug. Também não está disponível a função de aviso crítico. Escrevo esta avaliação no sentido de melhoria futura . Obrigado

La anterior versión tenía horarios para abrir por ventanas. La actual tiene las imágenes aún más pixeladas, se queda pegada y las opciones de programación son peores. Es más lenta y menos moderna.
Sugerencia
Al sistema le falta la opción de desarme bajo amenaza ( en caso de entradera)

Depois da actualização de hoje a APP não funciona, horrível.

Deberian llegar notificaciones cuando se activa y desactiva la alarma en el celular, no solo por mail

From bad to worst!
The previous app was already awful and yes, they manage to make a new one even worst! I own 4 laundries all of them with Securitas Spain using this app to view the cameras and I can tell you is no good. Please make user the interface simple and the app stable! It’s crashing one a day.
Satisfied, but should have fidelity recognition
I am very satisfied with Securitas direct alarm services, which I subscribe for about 12 years. But company should have fidelity recognition for long time clients; maintaining , not increasing, monthly costs for them.

As atualizações referem sempre a mesma melhoria na App. Não se percebe. E continua assim. Há já mais de um ano.

Viene andando bien, lo único deberían actualizar que te avise en todo momento cuando se activa o desactiva la alarma, no solo si es con las llaves. Lo mismo si suena debería llegar una notificación avisando que está sonando para ser más rápidos al ver que pasa

needs more improvements
disorganized app, the old version was better. Photo’s take too long and you can only see one camera then you need to wait 90 seconds to see the next. By the time you look at 3 cameras your is robbed and the thieves are long gone!
Good app, but needs improvements
The Securitas app works fine overall, but there are a couple of areas that could be improved: 1. Smart lock logs – It would be very useful if the app showed which specific user opened or closed the smart lock, regardless of whether the alarm was armed or not. Right now, this information is missing, which limits the usefulness of the activity report. 2. Screen rendering on iPhone 13 Pro – The interface doesn’t seem fully optimized for the iPhone 13 Pro. The screen looks slightly short and not well adapted to the iOS layout, which affects the overall experience. 3. Worldwide Guardian Coverage. With these improvements, the app would be much more complete and user-friendly.

Não consigo ativar a entrada na app com o face id. Ativo a função e recebo o alerta que da próxima vez fica ativa. Quando entro novamente na app não tem ativa a função nas configurações. Cumprimentos
Desde que instalei o novos aparelhos o Scheduler não funciona
Aplicação razoável contudo desde que troquei os aparelhos nao consigo em nenhum telemóvel editar o sccheduler e em alguns dos telemóveis nem sequer consigo ativar o desativar o alarme.

The worst app I have ! Takes ages to open. And the only thing it has to manage is the house s alarms.
Integration
The app works ok. Some UX aspects could be improved. But, what is really missing is Homekit integration. That would real be 5*. I recommend the app if you have a Verysure system! No doubt.
