What people like

- Customer service staff are very helpful and sweet
- Orders ship quickly within two business days
What they complain about

- Shipping costs are high and not free
- Address entry is confusing and error-prone
- Payment issues and double charges occur
Great app
Love the company and the app works great
My Fav
I love all my Sneakers! Best shoes money can buy. I’ve been buying for many years.
Cordialement, Un client.
FLAGSHIP EXCELLENCE
Yesterday was AMAZING. The staff at the SOHO location were AWESOME. Everyone was super sweet, attentive and genuine. They deserve recognition for their exceptional customer service!! I will definitely tell a friend to tell a friend.
NFC?
The app doesn’t scan the NFC tag in the shoe as advertised.
Lame.
Other than the fact that you can see all Golden Goose shoes - not a fan of the app. Shoes came with a passport and says to scan NFC tag but my phone doesn’t even authenticate. 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼
Kostenlos promo code error
Kostenlos free delivery promocode doesn‘t work at check out.
Eazy Peazy
Easy to use and navigate!
Shipping fee- ridiculous
I can’t understand how a $645 shoes charges $28 for shipping when most of the companies offer free shipping for cheaper orders. Ridiculous
Authenticity
My first pair of golden goose sneakers I was able to authenticate with NFC wireless technology, just hold phone near right sneaker and get a message that they are authenticate. My new pair, can’t do. I’ve emailed GG, no response. There should be something on the app about how to authenticate sneakers.
No Satisfacction
I did not find everything I was looking for. there is no way to contact you
All i need
Since the first pair i got, until the day i pass out, this would be the only brand i would buy, and i will order thru this app its easy effective and quick, they ship in two business days, i have like 8 more on my cart, i have bought 3 at the moment in less then 2 months, i cant stop
The most appalling app
For a premium brand the app is appalling. Doesn’t recognise addresses and the counties are definitely not as you would expect. Made a horrific shopping experience. Doubt I will be back and am more likely to shop elsewhere!!
Confusing
I purchased a new pair of GG. Inside the box was the Golden Goose Passport. The QR code brought me to the App. It said the shoes have a wireless technology that when scanned by your phone authenticates your purchase and makes them collectible. Either I have a fake pair of the App isn’t working?!?🤷♀️
Qualité à revoir
Les caoutchoucs des bords se décollent. Très decue
Phenomenal
These shoes will change your life!!
Pessima!!!
Americans buying the most? Cater to our size
Please make a men’s shearling shoe The site is not that great. Need better clothes for the money.
The LAB Experience
I really wanted to register for the LAB experience feature but it would load that part of the the app
Amazing
I really love Golden goose…. The best shoes ever !!
Double Charges You
All US banks will flag your order as fraud. The app will double charge you! It’s happened twice to me. You don’t get your money back on shipping either.
Paiements
I love golden gooses
So good quality
Golden Goose App
Super easy and quick!
Awesome
Love it very smooth and easy
