What people like
- Really helps sharpen your vocabulary skills.
- Very relaxing way to pass time.
- Fun challenge for all age groups.
What they complain about
- Ads interrupt you constantly and loudly.
- Rejects common words but allows weird ones.
- App gets stuck on ads or levels.
Mr.
Learning new words. Very relaxing game. Thank you.
Repeating Same Level
The game seems to be stuck on Level 4924
This game is pretty good except for a major annoyance
This major annoyance is especially annoying when doing words quickly (like I do) It will accept weird words most people wouldn’t think are real “DAIS, LOCI, BEREFT, DEERS, METS, LIMN” and there are a few instances where a plural form of a word is accepted, but the single isn’t (or vice versa) “BUM, TEAT, FETE, DUD, WAD, etc” and it has the tendency to reject very real words (or words that might be slightly offensive?) “DRUG, SWIG, REDS, GREY (but takes GRAY), INFO, ANTI/ANTE, LETS, RET, ERE, OVA/OVUM, BOOR, the list goes on and on and on”
Anette
I used to love this game but now the adverts are driving me crazy so I’m deleting it
Too many commercials
An excellent game but the commercials are too long and often difficult if not impossible to clear.
Mentally stimulating
Easy combo of letters can be the most difficult.
Stuck
Can’t play.
Limited word choice
This is a fun game to play but there are too many words that are valid dictionary entries that are disallowed to make this annoying. The range of words need to be extended to include legitimate entries. This game uses American words and needs to have a UK version.
Annoying
Doesn’t accept many common words which I find extremely annoying. And when does it get more difficult? Only redeeming feature is that the ads are not intrusive. Deleted!
Needs a dictionary
I love the format but just can’t understand the logic this app uses to decide what it will accept as an English word and what it won’t. Way too many disallowed, but perfectly common, words.
Word scramble
Fun game! Hate ads!!! Nothing is free 😝
Stuck
I can’t even play the game. It’s stuck on an ad, and won’t go to the game
Impossible to click No to advertised games
Way too many advertisements to buy other games and even when your not interested they make you go through different screens and ask you a three times to get the advertised game
One small change
I really like the layout of this game. But there is one small change I’d like to see and that’s the letters on the bottom of the screen. I’ve played many word games on the App Store and never had a problem reaching the letters. But for some reason I have trouble on here. If you could consider moving the letters a little closer to each other that’d be great, especially for people with smaller hands who have to swipe to the other side of their phone. If this is changed, I’d definitely give a higher rating. Thanks.
Superb
Great way to relax and keep the brains working.
Music during ads
I used to love this game and played it daily. The ads were fine, silent but I did look at them. Now they come on with screaming music. I’m so busy trying to mute the sound before it annoys everyone that I don’t see them anyway. Hate the app now.
Review
You don’t give enough points for solving the board
Mind refreshing
This is suitable for all age groups, if you have lost touch with your spelling bee then this is the perfect platform to refresh your mind and also learn of new words.
Ms
Unfortunately, I had a stroke 18 months ago. This has helped my memory greatly, AROHANUI
Awesome
It makes you think
Where Do These Words Come From
Its a nice game to play, but some of the words you have to look for are words not used in everyday spelling, which makes the game slow for me, trying to work out the odd words not used in day to day speech.
Great game
I am truly enjoying this game Elliott :)
Charge
Don”t charge. But stop BEGGING,it”s so annoying as are your commercials
Mike
A pleasant game ,just started ,expect it to be quite challenging Farmer,mike2 Really enjoying the game and still able to handle it at almost 80 years old .Very suitable for young people to sharpen vocabulary and learn to recognise and spell correctly and quickly. Your game has a true value of assistance to The community Thanks Farmer mike 3
Fun but riddled with ads
This game is a unique concept and would be fun to play if there wasn’t an ad after almost every round. This led to me uninstalling it almost immediately. I get that you want money, but a better monetization strategy would be fewer ads which incentivizes the player to keep playing, so you’d make the money eventually, and then more.
Fantastic game
Absolutely love this game found it a few days ago can’t stop playing it ok one or two ads but can’t fault it give it a go you won’t be disappointed if you like word games
Addictive
Beware this game is so addicting
