Help needs to be easier to contact
I now have 2 privacy choices, which I did not need or want, and 2 prime video choices, and I would like one. I also would like to know how to cancel all of my preferences in the preferred channels. I paid for this, but I am really unhappy with this problem.
iPhone remote
Tired of losing my remote this is working much better for me.
Update won’t allow me to use power button
After the recent update in May 2026, I haven’t been able to use the power button. Every time I press the power button there is a pop up to pay for the service. Now I have a useless remote app with no power button.
Good
Nice
Partially Works
Not all buttons worked even after purchasing subscription. I got a new Samsung TV now it works even worse. Channels aren’t showing up no matter what I do & it keeps saying it can’t connect even though it’s showing it’s connected on the TV. I sent an email but never got a response. Just wish the developer of this app would help.
Great When Work Very Glitchy
When this app works it’s great 80% of the time it does not work and there’s no way to fix it. It just decides to work when it wants to. Restart phone, restart TV doesn’t fix when it’s not working. Each time you go to raise or lower the volume or use in any way you have to re-give permission with you actual TV remote that came with your Samsung TV
Love it
Easy to set up and easy to use is very convenient.
No works
No works at all
J.T.
Saves time scrolling
It’s okay
You have to repeatedly allow access on the tv
Great Sometime
Sometimes works, sometimes not. With that kind of reliability, Ive decided to cancel after 2 yrs. I am tech savvy, but got tired of troubleshooting buggy apps a long time ago, and now find myself walking away from applications that are buggy instead of seeing it as a challenge like I used to. I would prefer a refund since my renewal was just in February, but the developer doesn’t do that, so my subscription (although I cancelled it) will be available until Feb 2025. ATTN DEVELOPER: If you read this perhaps you could suggest some causes for the constant loss of ability to use the app. Otherwise I am requesting that you refund my subscription in full.
Really surprised
Works great after two days of usage. Have not figured out all the options and adds, happy since channels, volume, and guide.
Worst Remote App
This App is ONLY good when using the free version. Please don’t waste your money paying for the upgrade because none of the additional features work! Trash!!!
Samsung remote
Works excellent!!!
Remote doesn’t work
My TV won’t connect to this app was working until I chosen to pay the one-year description
A bit wonky - but works
The is functioning but I have had to ‘allow’ the connections between my mobile phone and the TV so many times it defeats the purpose of bypassing the actual remote. Every step (button push) requires picking up the physical remote, click ‘allow’, then back to the phone app > repeat every time.
A great app
The app is one of the best apps that work with your Tv and it is easy to get it hooked up with your TV it don’t take nothing but three minutes till get it hooked up to your TV if I can give it a 10 star, it would have the 10 star
Not great
Always disconnects from tv. Constantly have to find physical remote. Very inconvenient
well designed but has a few glitches
i encountered the problem where the scan found my samsung tv, but would keep bring up the scan again window. i discovered that force closing the app and then restarting it allowed the app to be used normally. Then somehow I changed a few of the shortcuts to the same tv app, and i now can look only change all of the same shortcuts at the same time as a group, and can no longer change those shortcuts individually. i have 3 buttons currently set to tictok, and if i try to change one to PBS, all three change to PBS.
So far so good
I was skeptical of downloading this app, however, it is so far working perfect as a matter of fact faster than my regular Samsung remote that came with the TV. I will update if there’s any change.
Good App, but…
I like this app very much but unfortunately I get no answers to my questions.
Large mirror
Very nice to do business with this person, would not hesitate to do business again
Remote
Never worked useless
Samsung Tv remote on iPhone
A great app you can do everything that you can with the two remotes that come with the Tv and you always have you phone near you
Silliness
If I could find my physical remote, I wouldn’t be using this app. Asking me to authorize using my physical remote is just plain silly. You’ll do well to get rid of that silly feature.
Falla en la conexión
A cada rato se desconecta de la tele
Updated: constant disconnect solved
The below problem went away after I made my first review. Not sure if the developer fixed it but I didn’t do anything special on my end. I’m much happier with the app now. ***Works great only problem is I constantly have to use the other remote to re-approve using this one. Which means if that other remote died, I wouldn’t be able to use this app. So it’s not a true replacement.
Needy and begs for reviews
If every time I hit a button you request a review , guess what?
Bien
Se desconecta si la dejas de usar, es un poco molesto conectarte a cada momento
Pleasantly surprised!
Easy install and ready to go!
Unable to connect to TV
Unable to connect to TV
Samsung remote
Best remote control I’ve seen on an app
Cannot connect
Paid subscription but does not work
Smart Samsung remote
Got it set up on the first try, this comes in handy as a backup plan. This is a bomb app.
Great addition
Love this. Why did I wait
