Worst customer service
I pinged in whatsapp regarding a query. After 2 hours an agent pinged me, hardly waited for 2 minutes and closed the chat. Customer can’t open WhatsApp all the time…. and to reply immediately. I will review once again when the cake is delivered.

Don’t trust them they are team of Fraudsters they take payments showing many things on their website, but don’t deliver on time at all, I placed an order for my friend’ birthday, a day in advance and but their customer support not only lies but also shows wrong real time data on line, I have reported them to National Cyber Crime, India 🇮🇳
Horrible app
Totally spoiled my rakhi festival by not delivering my product and didn't responded to my messages when I tried to contact them wasted my money time and efforts. I will not recommend this app to anyone you will just lose you money because they will not respond or update you.

IGP — WORST & MOST UNPROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE EVER I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with IGP and the way they have handled my order. I placed a Rakhi order well in advance from the UK to India for my brother. I specifically selected his birthday as the delivery date because I wanted the gift to arrive on that special day and make him happy. My brother even stayed at home the entire day, waiting for the delivery. Instead, at the end of the day, he received a message/call saying that the order could not be delivered due to some issue. Now it has been a week, and every single morning I have had to waste my time having pointless conversations with their customer support team. The same copy-paste responses are given repeatedly, but nobody actually resolves the problem. After all this frustration, today they finally agreed to provide me a refund — but only in their IGP wallet. This means that even if I no longer want to use their service after this terrible experience, I would apparently be forced to keep my money within their platform. Still, because my brother’s happiness matters more to me than anything else, I thought, fine, I’ll reorder the gift anyway. I was willing to give them another chance just for him. But after about an hour, they came back with another excuse. They told me that they had checked with their team and that they could no longer even provide the wallet refund. Instead, they would “try to deliver the order within 24–48 hours.” At this point, I genuinely don’t know what to say. One week. Multiple conversations. No proper resolution. No accountability. Just the same copy-paste replies every day. What makes the situation even worse is the lack of proper customer service. There is no accessible phone number for customers calling from abroad. My brother even tried calling from India, and the number was disconnected. This is not how a professional company should treat customers, especially when people are ordering gifts for important occasions and trusting you with something meaningful. I ordered this Rakhi with love and planned it around my brother’s birthday because I wanted to make him feel special. Instead, this company has turned what should have been a happy occasion into a week of frustration, stress, wasted time and disappointment. I have completely lost my trust in IGP. I will be sharing my experience across review platforms and social media so that other customers can make an informed decision before placing an order. Customers deserve transparency, proper communication, accountability and actual solutions — not endless copy-paste responses and excuses. IGP needs to seriously improve its customer service and delivery operations. This experience has been absolutely unacceptable and, in my opinion, one of the worst online gifting experiences I have ever had. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CUSTOMERS’ TRUST FOR GRANTED.😡😡😡😡

Very pathetic customer service
I had placed 2 orders for Mother’s day but mistakenly chose incorrect delivery date. IGP customer service is so pathetic that there is no way to reach out to customer support for help. They do not have any helpline number and the only way we can reach out to them is the WhatsApp chat. After sending multiple chats, their assistant confirmed that my order will be canceled and I will have credits added in my IGP wallet. I accepted the cancellation terms and confirmed it to be canceled. Even after all this my order shows out for delivery and it really makes no sense in receiving the order when the special day has passed. I have sent multiple emails, chats but it is very frustrating to see that they have poor cystomer support. Their app doesn’t even allow to resched the orders.

Horrible experience
I had a deeply disappointing experience with IGP. Living outside India, I trusted them to deliver a special Mother’s Day gift to my mom. I carefully selected a time slot when she would be home, but the delivery arrived over 10 hours late. To make matters worse, the bouquet was in terrible condition—wilted and far from what was advertised. My sister called their support line over 10 times without any resolution. I reached out via WhatsApp—no response. I even emailed, and it took three full days to get a reply. Worst of all, I tried to leave an honest review on their website, and they removed it. We had sent a Rakhi to Italy and we paid all the price before and they delivered the parcel was late and they did not tell us about the extra charges made by them and we are very unhappy

This is a review of their service rather than the app. Have used them 3 times and they have managed to thoroughly disappoint us on the 2 out of 3 orders. What was delivered simply did not match what was ordered. Avoid.
