the size chart of this portal has always been bad. the size they mention on the website never matches the actual product and then u just get into a loop of returning it and they don’t give you refund and you just are forced to buy other smaller things that don’t fit you and the loop just goes on…

I find it too expensive, though the collection is too good no doubt still you guys don’t even give any coupons or discounts. I did so many purchases but no single discount, please work on this.

Extremely disappointing experience with Miss Mosa I placed an order worth over ₹10,000 from Miss Mosa and was extremely disappointed with the quality of the clothes I received. The quality did not meet my expectations at all, so I returned the items on 16 August. It has now been 15 days, and I have still not received my refund or an exchange. The customer service experience has been even more frustrating. WhatsApp appears to be the only way to contact them, and every time I reach out, I am simply told that I am “in the queue.” Despite contacting them regularly for the past 15 days, I have received no proper response, no clear update, and no resolution. For an order of over ₹10,000, this level of customer service is simply unacceptable. Customers should not have to repeatedly chase a brand for their own money or spend weeks trying to get a basic response. Very disappointed with both the product quality and, more importantly, the after-sales service. I would strongly recommend being cautious before placing a high-value order with Miss Mosa.

Bad quality, terrible customer support
The brand cannot be trusted. They deliver incorrect size, bad quality products and then refuse to exchange or take them back. Their customer support is terrible and makes it impossible to reach the brand, intentionally designed to rip off consumers. Don’t buy from them.

Terrible Experience
Their products are of extremely poor quality and the fitting is terrible. Not a single dress or clothing item I received met my expectations. On top of that, their customer service is very disappointing and causes unnecessary inconvenience to customers. They do not provide proper refunds, and the prices they charge are not justified by the quality of their products. It feels like customers are being overcharged for substandard items. Overall, the service and shopping experience have been very frustrating.

Writing this review after my very first purchase from Alamode which has left a good impression. First of all I would like to thank the team at Alamode by Akanksha for fulfilling the order in such quick time. Such good services really make the shopping experience enjoyable. The quality of the garments is very good. Appreciate the comfort and fit and feel of the fabric. The app is good and easy to navigate. My only suggestion to the team would be to add a few lines of description about the products in the app as that really helps while buying. Thank you.

Absolutely terrible experience. Both products I ordered were of incorrect size despite following their size chart. Their replacement process is extremely frustrating: • 100 pickup fee • Refund only via gift card • No working customer care number • Only slow WhatsApp responses In my case, I was travelling soon and their chat support confirmed that replacement would be shipped immediately after pickup. For 5 days, they kept assuring me that tracking ID would be shared and the replacement would reach in time. At the last moment, they suddenly refused and said they will only issue gift card due to courier issue. This was never agreed upon. They delayed intentionally and then forced store credit instead of refund. No response now when asking for refund. Avoid ordering from here. They are scammers.
