It keeps telling me to update, but it doesn’t offer an update in the app. So now I’m just stuck and can’t go any further. No way to contact tech-support for help. So thought a review might get someone’s attention.

Greedy Game
I have a love hate relationship with this game. I love to play this game; however, it is almost impossible to get any coins without putting real money into it. Win a level, no coins. Also, if you were not able to co plate a level you can buy 5 chances for 100 coins, that you never win, or you can watch a video to get three more moves, the problem… you only get the option for the free moves ever so often and it’s almost never when you could really use them. It’s so frustrating, I need one of two moves to finish the level and of course the only option is to purchase more moves with coins, they want you to buy.

Update 5/31-They finally updated the app and everyone above lvl 9999 can play again! Changed from 1 to 4 stars because it is a great game! Update: Still have not heard back from customer service about this problem. In the past they always responded right away. Not anymore! Seems lije they are avoiding their loyal customers. As a lot of others have written, this update you are requiring to even open the game is not available! I can’t even get to support to write in about the issue. A lot of us have spent money in this game and deserve to be able to use it! There hasn’t been any updates in over a year and now this! Please fix it and I will change the star rating.

If it’s one thing I hate about a game, is having that stupid little pointing finger showing you where to move, how to move and when to use a booster. I don’t need help in making matches. What’s the point of a challenge when you have the finger helping through it all??? Stupid like every other game. Needless to say I deleted it

I’ve been playing this game for a very long time. But I’m noticing the The levels are beginning to repeat. And I’m sick of it!!! Who wants to play the levels you’ve already passed over and over…. Upgrade the levels to something new, cause at this point I am over it!!! And I’m no longer interested in playing this game anymore… Fix it!!!
Flawed levels
I don’t like sometimes things are hidden and it won’t allow you to win some levels. 10755 the egg turns sideways and won’t fall so I can’t win this level
Updates: What is your Plan
Revision: Not a word from developer about new levels and/or a improved app. People have invested a lot of time and money here. You must have some loyalty to your users. Or, are you just trashing the game and all of us. Are afraid to be transparent about ending Sugar Blast at 12541? Are you afraid of losing downloads? Why did you never name this Angry Birds Sugar Blast. Why is this the only game that Rovio won’t acknowledge! Last update was June, 2023. No new levels, no clear communication from developers. Nobody is listening. A waste to seek clarification about Rovios intentions regarding the future of the game.

I cannot play unless I "update" the game. There isn't an update! I have emailed customer service & have not received a reply. Time to uninstall. It's a shame because this is a fun game.

I used to love this game. Now I will get stuck on a level for months, before I can pass it. I’ve spent money and I ended up having to continue multiple times to pass a level. That’s absolutely ridiculous. If a level can’t be passed without using 7, yes 7 continues, it should be a level. Having to spend money in order to pass is stupid. Now, this last week, I have logged in to play every single day and can’t get passed the “Day 1” reward. Usually I can get to day 3 before it resets itself. So I’m done playing a game that impossible to pass without spending money and getting screwed out of the rewards.

It finally updated beyond level 9999, and I’ve been getting multiple daily gifts (3 hours, 1000 coins) in a day. Weird.

Another Glitch
After a month of not being able to play because there weren’t any levels over 9999, I’m finally back and able to play. My last team never recovered but I was able to find another one. But, here we are again. Level 10755 has a piece that won’t fall so you can’t beat the level. No response from support. This is getting old.

Used to enjoy this game.
I have pretty severe anxiety and this is the only game I use to calm my nerves. I got to level 10001 and game stopped and said I needed to update and the only option is to click “UPDATE” but when you click update it opens App Store to show there is no update and the only option is to “open” game …..which brings you right back to the only option being to “UPDATE”. I paid for a season pass also so I’m owed money now. They don’t answer FB. And I can’t contact help thru the app cuz you can’t get past the “must update” window when you open the game. Not a very nice thing to do to people that play the game.

Really fun game
This game is really fun At first I did not recognise that I was hooked to this game but little by little I got on to new levels. But a little deceitful though making one of the characters look really sad that you didn’t get the level and make you watch a video or pay 100 coins but I only have 80 so when you have watched an ad you have 3 moves left then when you have 0 moves left it’s the end of the game or you can pay 100 coins! Ps creator can you please explain how you collect the chocolate eggs!????? Overall though it’s really fun!
Fun? Not really.
This is another one of those games where initially it’s very easy to get through levels and win a few prizes but as you progress just becomes annoying and no longer fun. You win prizes here and there to help you through the harder levels but they are few and far between and you use them very quickly. So then you can either buy more items which I never do or delete the game which I generally end up doing. Two stars mainly for the graphics.

If you pass level 10,000 a dialog says to update. Game hasn’t been updated in over a year. Copyright is 2021. Luckily I didn’t buy the Golden Ticket or I’d have paid to be locked out. No response from any support channel. Shameful!
Seems more fun than the bird version
Only been on it for 6 levels, which is further than I could play the bird version for. It’s enjoyable gameplay
3 More Moves Bug
So I love the game, it’s great, been playing for some time now but there is one thing that has been bugging me for a while. When you fail to complete a level it offers you 5 moves for 100 coins or 3 moves if you watch an advert. The issue is, the first time you click the advert to get the 3 moves the app crashes, none responsive so you have to close it losing your progress and start again. Please fix this as I’ve come so close to finishing levels and only needed 1 more move just for this bug to do me over. Otherwise it’s a 5 star game.
Won’t load...
I love the game but I got to level 1012 and now the game won’t load at all on my iPhone. I’d previously got to level 600 on my iPad and had the same problem so deleted it. Any fix available?
