No communication no retour-label
Otrium seems to care more about making money than providing good customer service. Their communication is unclear, they don’t respond or take responsibility after the garments are sent, and they show very little respect for their customers. This has been an extremely disappointing experience. Be careful with your return, they never send the return label and never answer your emails

Medium blij
Leuke winkel met mooie merken en prima spullen. Alleen merk ik dat het soms best lastig is om snel iets te vinden dat echt bij mijn stijl past. Ik ben regelmatig lang aan het zoeken voordat ik het juiste artikel tegenkom. Daar ligt voor mij echt een kans. Platforms zoals Vinted doen dit slim door veel beter te helpen met persoonlijke voorkeuren, stijlen en vergelijkbare items. Als jullie daar meer op inzetten, bijvoorbeeld met stijlfilters, aanbevelingen of inspiratie op basis van eerdere zoekopdrachten, zou het shoppen een stuk makkelijker en fijner worden.
Alleen nog maar AI modellen
Was altijd een hele fijne outlet app. Helaas gebruiken ze nu alleen nog maar AI gegenereerde modellen. Het is griezelig en je weet niet hoe het kledingstuk echt valt. Heel jammer…

Otrium é un Outlet con una varietà di Marche, il problema é la qualità, non sempre alta e le taglie sono un pó più grandi. Poi ci sono le spese di spedizione un pó alte. Mentre, il personale, molto cordiale e pronto a risolvere eventuali problemi.

I’ve bought all my Paige jeans from otrium at a fraction of the cost! You get them delivered two days later and when they don’t fit it’s easy to use the return label to get a refund. Really pleased with the service so far!

Love the concept but this app needs help
A b corp less waste, amazing concept and generally the app is great. But because you cannot review/provide feedback, when things are not as described or don’t fit as described one can only return them and pay for return shipping which is often not really what is good for the planet ( shipping, packaging etc) and they do email so often pushing consumerism. Fix those two things and it would be five stars
Was nicer in the past
Hardly any additionele discount, therefore too high prices. A lot of polyester :-( and hardly any nice clothing that’s wearable for now.

Great Experience
I was really impressed with my first Otrium purchase. I ordered an AllSaints backpack on the 20th December assuming it would not arrive in time for Christmas due to postal strikes and the fact that they use Evri to deliver. However, I opted for parcel shop collection and it was dropped off on the 23rd. It was well packed and the bag was excellent quality at a fraction of the normal price. Excellent all round!
Used to be great, not anymore
This used to be a brilliant place to shop. Lots of choice and great deals. Now, there’s barely any choice, delivery is £9.95 and there’s a platform fee! You’re actually charged £2.90 for using their app. So you need to add nearly £13 to every order. Such a shame.
Ihr macht euch kaputt
Die App ist gut, gibt Nix zu meckern. Dennoch ballert ihr mich jeden zweiten Tag mit Mails mit 25% Rabatt zu. Ich muss ehrlich sagen, dass juckt mich gar nicht mehr. In der Regel, kaufe ich ab 30-40% Rabatt ein. Da selbst der günstigste Outletpreis immer noch Marge beinhaltet. Lieber weniger Mails und dafür aussagekräftig.

Fabulous but not always in size.

Am on my 5th or so order … never disappointed. Have sent a few ‘experimental’ things back but generally if I like something on screen it’s exactly as I’d expected and I keep it. Delivery quick, sending back and refunds dead easy, and deals all over the place. Exceedingly happy.
It is a shame!
I love this app for shopping, and did lots of shopping from otrium, but recently I released if you live in the UK, you do not have lots of option to chose even for the brands which is from the UK, they do not update it. But if you change your country from the sitting you can see many new and nice clothes which if you live in the UK you do not have access to buy! It is really a shame!

Versand und Rückversand kosten je 7€, weshalb sich kaufen manchmal nicht lohnt und riskant ist. Wenn man am Ende nur ein Teil behält, kann man 14€ draufrechnen und im worst case ist man 14€ für nichts los. Und zur Rechnung: In der App kann man sich keine Rechnung anzeigen lassen und in den Paketen liegt auch keine bei. Und da Preise dynamisch sind, hat man, sofern man keine Screenshots gemacht hat, keine Ahnung, wie viel man für einzelne Teile bezahlt hat… Wenn man eine Rechnung anfragt, bekommt man immer schnell und freundlich geholfen. Frage mich nur, wieso das Kunden nicht ohnehin zur Verfügung gestellt wird. Das ist echt ein Manko von Otrium allgemein, nicht nur der App. Die App ist an sich klasse und die Lösung einfach in eine Webseite oder App integrierbar.
iPad versie??
Grote fan van de winkel zelf… maar zwaar irritant dat ik het alleen maar op een klein iPhone schermpje kan doen. Wanneer komt de IPad app of gewoon een website variant….?
Shipping & platform fee is almost £10!
They do have a good selection of products but the shipping and platform fee is absurd! Plus the codes never seem to actually work!

Problemen sinds laatste app update
Sinds een week kan ik geen items meer aan de winkelmand toevoegen, en de winkelmand met eerdere items kan hij niet meer openen. Zo kun je hier dus niets bestellen
Great selection but can’t checkout
Otrium have a fabulous selection of designer clothes at very discounted prices, but when trying to purchase through the app it gets stuck when you go to checkout so cannot proceed with purchase. I had to buy my item through the webpage in the end.

Every time I start shopping I have a sign (that I can’t delete) telling me to get the New App which I can’t get anyway. So I am giving up. You see what I mean? Now they refusing my Nickname which is my genuine Nick Name.

Sides for suiting is very confusing
All sizes for suiting such as trousers for many of the items show as 131 or 140 or 143, I have no clue what sizes those are and I can’t therefore order. The items on the site are however good.

Hallo, ich finde die App an sich super. Leider tritt in letzter Zeit ein Fehler bei der Listenanzeige auf. Es werden immer wieder die gleichen 5-6 Kleidungsstücke angezeigt und es lädt keine neuen. Wäre super, wenn man das beheben könnte und endlich wieder normal shoppen könnte!

The worst UX
Totally waste of time. App displays sizes even though the product is out of stock. The most basic UX is forgotten in this app. Looks good though!
Competitive prices
So far, I am very pleased with the bargains I got from Otrium - you can’t beat their prices especially on Reiss items. Just a bit of work to be done about your choice of courier company - Hemes; they are terrible.

Incomplete order money was not returned for nom-delivered tiems
I ordered 3 items, 2 of them were not delivered. Two weeks passed but money was not returned to my bank account. I tried to reach them multiple times nobody came back yet.
Very poor customer service
Very poor customer service I order for the first time from this website and they didn’t provide me with a tracking number and finally they email me with the recent taking from me course for both shipment and return of the item without providing any information on tracking number out without responding to my several emails to their customer service asking to update me with a tracking number so I can I track my item

Been ordering off Otrium for close to a year, service and delievery, iv never had an issue with, you get 60 days instead off 30days to return unwanted items, great site
Sizes / stock not updated
Have previously used and was great for discounts (hence 2 stars not 1). I’ve now deleted however as the listed stock on searching is never accurate and therefore just a waste of time.
