Good until it’s not
I’ve been really enjoying the game however as you get into the higher levels, it seems that the bots really make out better with special cards. Constantly losing against bots that have two star cards and skip cards where I don’t have any. I have to pay for them if I want them I’m not really doubt any randomly. I’ll get one or two here and there makes it really frustrating.

I was today years old when I noticed that the Winner when multiple players Phase out is the one who actually goes out regardless of scores. THIS IS TERRIBLE! Rewarding someone with more overall points is akin to a Participation Trophy. FIX THIS!!! And then you’ll be a great game!

They really push you to buy the ad free version. I never minded the ads before but now some of them are lasting over 5 minutes. It makes me not even want to play.

I really hated to have to cancel this game I really liked it. I have played it for the last couple of years, but when I tried to play it today, they would not let me play until I signed in through Facebook so they could share my information. I don’t want to share my information so I had to cancel it.

I love phase 10. I play the physical card game with my family almost every game night. i really wanted to love this app. But playing on the journey is nothing but frustrating and impossible. The generated cards it gives you will make no sense. i understand it's a luck of the draw kind of game, believe me ive had my share of bad hands in real life. but the computers will phase out without you even having a chance to draw a card/play a turn. i'm on ridiculously low levels and it keeps happening over and over.
The actual card game part is fun
Why does this game have to include 9 other games inside it? It’s like this app is 20% phase 10 and 80% other garbage designed to entice you to pay money.. for things that have nothing to do with the actual card game you download this app to play.

But Its bots, not people and it freezes during an add and if you click out of the frozen add, you lose 10 points. FYI , it takes 5 points to play a game……

Computers constantly get good cards and finish right away. You’ll get the same number card multiple times making it frustrating.

everything was fine before I reached level 12. now the AI just wins in the first turn on repeat. if you want business and a playerbase make your game playable.

The game itself is fine and fun. But the amount of Adds in here are unreal. It makes it completely unplayable…..

fun game, until you’ve waited 25 minutes to play one round just for a bot to complete the game before you’ve even gone. happens constantly and truly the wait time for energy is just insane

Bots are too difficult
this game is literally impossible to level up on. the bots somehow have crazy hands dealt to them with exactly what they need while I have to keep drawing until they win. i’m guessing it’s a $$ ploy but i’m not buying. app devs can deny but it’s unfortunately true. it’s not normal or fun to be stuck on the same level for days. loved this game but it’s too frustrating, hope they fix it. would’ve been 5/5 otherwise

HEAVILY rigged in the NPCs favour! The game is very clearly a major money grab! It's designed in a way that the progress of free to play players is EXTREMELY limited! You could be stuck on the same level for WEEKS! And you need an absolutely insane amount of gems to get wild and skip cards to help you progress! It could take weeks or even MONTHS to save up enough gems to be able to progress through the game! It's so frustrating and takes all the fun out of the game! The forced tutorials on the pointless events are just as annoying & frustrating!
Fun but unrealistic difficulty
I had this game a while ago and couldn’t remember why I got rid of it… I remember now 🤦♀️. The concept is fun (I enjoy the card game) but the way the bots are set up is unrealistic. I can play the same level 10 times and 80% of the time the bots have the cards dealt to them to go out within the first couple rounds. You don’t get to play and then just fall behind more and more each round. You need to constantly reset the level to even have a shot at completion. I really enjoyed this game, but I wish it was more playable than it is.

17 Levels im Tropischen Dschungel fehlen nach Update
Leider konnte ich nach dem Freischalten vom Korallenmeer die letzten 17 Levels (war schon bei Level 73) vom Tropischen Dschungel nicht mehr zu Ende spielen. Ich kann dort nur bis Level 30 scrollen. Das finde ich sehr schade. Hätte ich das vorher gewusst, hätte ich mit der Freischaltung vom Korallenmeer gewartet.
Facebook nightmare
This would be great if it didn’t ask you to sign into FB again and again and again. Need to play on airplane mode or not at all.

In the game I finished the last phase in the same round as a computer AND had a lower amount of accumulated points, yet the computer won because I guess it finished the phase quicker than I did in the last round. This is NOT how the rules of the game are. This needs to be fixed.

I love the game. However I hate the ads. Especially the long ones. Which I always seem to get when I don’t have a Lot of time. May have to delete and find some other games for when I just want to sit for a minute to unwind.
Rigged, and CS system doesn’t make sense!!
It’s definitely rigged, you should not have to expend your entire energy cache on trying to get 1 move in before the bots go out. I mean come on, it’s absolute bull that the bots can go out and end the round 10 times in a row before you can even make your first move! Absolutely rigged and a money grab. Also, the mechanism for submitting feedback and reporting bugs doesn’t make sense. They say you have to get the ticket ID from the feedback submission after you submit the feedback so you can continue the conversation.. but you need a ticket ID to view the conversation… the ID you can only get from this hidden conversation. It’s like making an account, being told to access the account you need a temp password, but the temp password is being stored only in the account, the account that you need a password to access. How do you expect people to view the past conversations about feedback they submit if you don’t give them access to the details needed to access the conversations??? It’s a paradox, you need to provide the ticket ID outside of the app, or make it visible and not necessary to know the ticket id to see the ticket submission.
Fun game but run out of energy fast
The game is fun but you can’t play long as it takes 5 energy to play one round and only restocks to 50 while away. The bull rounds can be very difficult to beat while other rounds are exceptionally easy at times. Bonus games are fun to play but no time or reason as to when they end and nothing tells you when they will end. A time to completion of the bonus games would be beneficial.
Sooo fun
I just started to play this game yesterday and I already love it. When u first join the game it helps u understand how to play. And when u get the hang of it you will love it and if u forget how to play it has a button where it will tell I how to play again. I’m already on level 15. It’s easy and fun this is my new favorite game to play. And u can play this game if you’re bored or need to do something. I love challenging games and this is it but not to hard but u need to download this game its sooo fun.

Only got to level 15 every level has been like pulling teeth except for maybe the first 5 levels. Doesn’t matter how many stupid “phases” there are or challenges the “computer” player has the cards immediately in possession whether it’s 5 or 6 star cards and one actual card or whatever they need to beat you down as soon as you start a game. It says relaxing to play that’s laughable. The only thing that made me feel relaxed is deleting this dumpster fire. Don’t waste your time unless you like trying to win against impossible bots. I truly mean impossible too. You get dealt hand after hand of literal feces while they just magically have every card needed.
Fun game, but feels like it doesn’t want you to play
Like a lot of the other reviews here, I actually really enjoy playing this game and it’s very addictive. However, the AI characters definitely get the advantage after level 15 and the fact that you have to use 5 lightning bolts per round, not per level means that you run out of energy before you even finish a match. I understand it’s a big driver to get you to spend more money on packs with lightning bolts. But having a level with 6 phases, at 5 bolts per phase you need 30 energy points just to play one level. It’s so frustrating when the game is actually very fun to play, it feels like it doesn’t even want you to keep playing.
ENDLESS TUTORIAL
Why is this tutorial so long and so slow??? Why do I have to wait for ages for the “OK” button to appear?

Love this game but the mini games involved are too much. They force you to go through the steps of them and are a huge waste of time/piss off. I just want to play the actual phase 10 game without so many interruptions, thanks.
