Frustrated but still believing
RIP off site with same attitudes
After paying monthly for Zoom Pro for over a year they take my money but downgraded the account and despite emails they have done nothing and I suggest you look elsewhere instead of wasting your money with Charletons
Very nice
We can do so much things in this app. I can do classes regularly. Sometimes it fails, but it’s functions are very nice.
Crashes in iPadOS 15
Used to work perfectly, no longer works with iPadOS 15. Disappointed that quite an important app hasn’t been updated for iPadOS 15.
Good
Really nice
Zoom switching
Seamless - works brilliantly
Useless
Keeps showing iPhone in work meetings
Almost good, some shortcomings
As far as my experience, it is a good app for conducting meetings and online classes. The shortcomings that I faced are the lack of facility to see the attendees while we share the screen and direct option to download the attendance report.
App not working with latest update
With latest update app isn’t working correctly. It keeps on redirecting for pwd and other authentications. Please fix.
Lots of features for conferencing but a more consistent sound required
Thank you Zoom for providing such a brilliant app. My only complaint, could the sound quality be enhanced to accept musical instruments? For online music teaching the sound often drops out and if you play a second instrument at the same time, it disappears completely . This app is helping musicians to teach online but it could be improved to convey music sounds.
Backgrounds.
I've been using zoom since lockdown and found it on the whole to be good. My thinking now is, why can users not use pictures on their own devices as a background?
I rate zoom a one because..
It wouldn't let me SIGHN in or anything like that the same thing happend to my friend and it were all glitchy and funny with my friend as well we also planned to do something on zoom ٩😡۶!!

Fantastic
Automatically Signing Out after a few days
Although the app is okay - does what I expect it to do, I hate it when it signs me out when I’m in a rush to join a meeting. It says it did so due to my company policy but I don’t understand why it has to do it when I’m about to join a meeting. I’ve to login again TWICE and have to put in the password and MFA. Very unintuitive so please fix this.
Ok
Has some loading problems and lots of errors

Yes
Avoid using this app at all costs and any others related to this
They ban people out of nowhere, with no evidences, error 1132 being their favourite and no further update on claims are being given.
Review

Excellent Service
I have been using Zoom for groups since lockdown began. I have always been a group member so I have never had to set up a Zoom group. However, I have never had a problem and whenever there’s been a hitch like frozen camera it’s been resolved very quickly. Therefore I can honestly say that in my opinion Zoom deserves five stars and gives an excellent service. I think it is an amazing App. I am still blown away by the fact that I can see somebody on “television” and be able to speak to them. I thank the members of the Zoom team from the bottom of my heart for inventing such an amazing piece of software (I think it’s called software but I’m not very technical!). I am housebound I need to have psychotherapy. If it weren’t for Zoom I would not be able to have any. I therefore say that Zoom has saved my sanity!!! USE ZOOM you will NOT be disappointed!! Thank you so much Team Zoom!!

Espetacular
Zoom meeting
Not happy as not able to get in to meet as fingerprint wouldn’t work and Apple ID didn’t have a section to put the code number in - needs to be made easier for novices over 70 - want to send but all nicknames used!!
Great app.
Add profile pic. Option in ios 12.

Zoom worked well for about 4 months. However now it just continues to repeat ‘the host has another meeting in progress’ and will not allow access. I have tried for over a week to get to my meetings with no luck and I cannot find your customer service link to speak to anyone. I suspect the problem may be that my Zoom app is registering the date and time incorrectly. It now 2020-11-1, 1046hrs. My Zoom app registers 2020-10-31, 5PM. I have the distinct impression that you don’t actually WANT to help customers as there is no clear direction to customer service apparent on the app. I have already uninstalled and reinstalled Zoom- it worked briefly and now it is just circling the drain. I will be asking friends, students, employers to switch to Teams if this is the best you can do. VERY POOR!

In this iPhone 6 the account is not working
Talking over each other
I have just made the point (again!) during a meeting that, unlike a 1-to-1 phone call, a group call can only have one person at a time being heard by the other participants. So many people still jump in without due recognition of that constraint - many of them are still in the ‘having-3-conversations-at-once-in-a-crowded-bar’ mode of thinking and quickly cause chaos and/or confusion. While it is in the nature of technology to progress by leaps and bounds when there is enough demand for improvement, is this multiple-voice issue liable to change any time soon? (asking for a friend, of course! 😇)
not what is says
this app’s description says 4 plus but i entered my real age and it said i’m not eligible this lies and it is not 4 plus

Amazing and great help to elaborate my business
Fab
Great medium tO work & keep in touch
If this is supposed to be easy.....
It certainly isn’t! Download Zoom and the ‘fun’ begins. Why can’t this just be a new account? What was all the BS about not matching with a school account? My phone number is not recognised, I need to sign in to my Microsoft account (why?), password not recognised, can’t use that password, enter a code sent to my email address, blah blah blah! FFS Finally found solution....in case you were wondering. Give the app 1 star and write a fair and reasonable review. If anyone actually reads these then maybe you would respond. I’m sure your technology will tell you who I am, where I live and what my inner leg measurement is!
Virtual meeting
Will improve with use. Well done first time round
