I have had this game for a very long time on my Nintendo Switch But then a few years later, I got this game on my phone There is someone who I play it with and last night was her very first time checking it out thank you for creating such an absolutely amazing game it keeps crashing on my switch. This is a very new bug that occurred in the recent patch. Can you please fix this? Thank you. I have a suggestion that might be good for me and for other people as well can you please add screen reader support and if people don’t want it on they can turn it off in the settings personally for me I would love it on because I have no vision can this please be for all devices including the Nintendo switch I just want to say to you thank you for creating such a fantastic game. You deserve all of the love. I found this game in 2021 and have fallen in love with it since I’m currently playing this game on my Nintendo Switch at this very second I am in the Valley of Triumph. I just want you all to know I love you. I first discovered this game on the original Nintendo Switch in 2021 when I was only 11 years old, I am now 17 and I adore this game please thank you for just a wonderful journey. I’m on mobile and it’s good animation and such but it won’t let me into the actual game- I can only enter the little art thingy with the Picasso sister or whatever, I played for 30 minutes - an hour just trying to get to the actual game and failed.

7年目にもなるのに初期の頃からあるバグやその他様々なバグが未だに治っていない。バグの事を書くとサポートに報告してくださいって言われるけど聞き飽きた、そういうことでは無い。とっくにみんな問い合わせてます。 今回のログイン出来なくなるバグも「アンストしたら治ったって報告来てます」って、それで垢消えた人とか最初っからになった人も居るのに危ないやり方を公式が更に広めて危機管理能力が足りてないです。 バグが多すぎて長いことやってきたユーザーはまたかってなってるけど、バグ多すぎて慣れるって普通おかしいですからね？いつまでインディーズゲーム気分なんですか？ユーザーに甘えすぎだし舐めすぎ。 復刻する予定は無いと言ったアイテムを復刻したり当時の値段より安くして復刻したり等もやってる事がやばい。 復刻する"予定"は無いって書き方も紛らわしいから辞めたらいいのに。 「復刻する可能性があります」又は「復刻する可能性はありますが今の所そのような予定はありません」って書けばいいのにずっと受け取り方次第な書き方をしている。 私自身も長い事Sky遊んできましたが運営の対応に不信感を抱いてから課金もしなくなりました。 とりあえず早くインディーズ気分から抜け出してちゃんと誠実な対応が出来るようになってほしいです。

This game is and always was delightful scenery slow paced, calming and adventurous. One of the biggest faults is the size of memory space 3.09 GB is quite high!

Good game but theres stuff
The game has a nice story, especially with it’s beautiful landscapes and atmosphere. But two big problems stand out. One, theres the pressure of the constant grind for candles just to get accessories for your characters (which can make you burn out pretty easy) and the IAPs. They are so unreasonably expensive and most items that people like are behind things like season passes. But, overall if you ignore those downsides, its a beautiful and pretty okay game.

This is my favorite game on my iPad. I love the scenery and how cozy it is. Dear Van Gogh is going great! Suggestion: pls make a season of eras! (Taylor Swift ) if you make it, can you make her guitar as her own personal instrument? Or maybe her voice!? Anyways, to the glitches ( I think they are glitches? ) I am usually playing my piano on sky, but the pitch out of nowhere changes! It’s so annoying! Pls fix this! Maybe a lock pitch button? Anyways, to the next one! Today, I was going on sky, but then I heard this buzz! sound and it kicked me out of the game! I don’t know what it is, but this has happened more than 5 times. Ether ways, this game is the best game in the word! Peace out!✌️ps, WHY did u change the age group?! I’m kinda disappointed about that.😉🤦♀️

I give up. I spent money on this game, but rebooting every time I want to play is ridiculous. I played for six years. I tried to get support to fix this, but I'm done. I do not recommend starting this. I can no longer sign in without deleting the game, and reloading. I have told support. They are not very supportive, as I've reported this multiple times. I have spent real money playing this game for six years.

I’ve never been more frustrated at a game/its merch shop before than when i found sky
1. theres a high chance of losing ALL your progress if you dont tinker around in the settings and find out you can link your account to google, apple etc, which, almost happened to me! the game kept glitching me out whenever i tried to play and i had to delete it and install it again, which would’ve totally deleted my progress if i wasn’t curious enough to check settings, it doesn’t have an easy way to open chat logs if you’re on mobile, the game is clearly favoring pc players i fear, the game keeps making my friends disappear by sending them in different servers than me even when im HOLDING HANDS WITH THEM!! 2. i recently got the sky x aurora keychain and i scanned it ONLY TO FIND OUT that the voice you get is TEMPORARY?? that’s INSANE!! usually when you buy something for 60 USD (i could’ve gone on a whole shopping spree at my fav shop with this money, by the way!) and you scan it, it is linked to your account and the rewards you get are PERMANENT because you’re supporting the company by buying from them, but not for this game! when you scan the keychain, you get THREE minutes with the voice. THREE. MINUTES. there’s no NEED FOR THIS! it makes you scan the keychain over and over again and there’s a cooldown. FOR WHAT???? if it’s to encourage players to take breaks from the game, it sure is motivating me to never play the game again! also, let’s be honest, you aren’t trying to make your players take breaks, the candle system makes that clear (20-21 max candles per day, that system’s clearly designed to make you play every day to get more candles) tgc, you’re a MASSIVE company, i got over the blatant paywalls because i got used to them, but this honestly just makes me not want to play your game anymore
A really weird bug in the game!
I already finished the whole game now and am now collecting cool items and looks from spirits. Now for some reason when I try to open the game it shows me the, « That Game Company » and then switches off! Please fix this bug Sky, don’t disappoint me! 🙏 Until then, I am rating you 4 stars.

思いやりに溢れた世界で仲間と楽しもう←その思いやり溢れたプレイヤー達は既に運営に呆れてしまい、見切りをつけて辞めてしまってる。 バグやサバエラも数年経っても標準装備だし、課金回りも杜撰。未成年でもバイトや小遣いを貯めて頑張ってアイテムを購入してる者も居る中でこの失態を重要視しないのは疑問。 3億近くのダウンロードがあるみたいだけど、実際のアクティブユーザーって1〜2%ぐらいなんじゃないの？だとしたら課金ユーザーを蔑ろにしてまで新規がそこまで定着してないって思う。 ユーザーから数百万ドルの利益を上げてる企業がこの状況じゃかなりお粗末だな。 それとbot回答の翻訳が…とか理由にならない。意見に耳を傾けようとしない何よりの証拠。

This is good but..
The graphics, the game mechanics, the soundtrack, the overall lore, is amazing, the goal of the game is also quite nice, but like most amazing games sometimes it’s really glitchy. Like right now, I cannot open the game, it keeps kicking me out, not able to get past the loading screen. And sometimes if I don’t touch the screen for a while, I cannot move until I leave the game and rejoin. But overall this game is really nice and I recommend it a lot!

Le jeu à des graphics magnifiques, un game play super intéressant, dynamique et original, des vêtements pour la plupart vraiment beaux et surtout un world building super intéressant. Le seule point faible de se jeune c’est que je trouve le potentiel mal utilisé l’histoire manque de clarté ( bien qu’on peu en deviner les grands lignes) également certaine quête d’esprits sont Incroyable ( je conseille : entre deux ambres et la saison du souvenir personnel préféré ) alors que d’autres sont parfois terriblement ennuyeuse ( je pense au lanterne cassé ) Malgré tout j’apprécie le fait qu’on ne soit jamais vraiment seul aussi les collaboration sont tous absolument incroyable, le rapport a l’eau et au feu son super intéressant ainsi que le contraste entre la lumière et l’obscurité, je recommande se jeu fortement. Clairement mon jeu mobile préférer !
