Battery killer
This app completely drained my phone battery, on a couple of occasions i saw it drop by 20%. And it’s not possible to do anything offline to try to save the battery. The tours were good but the app really needs to be changed so that it doesn’t wipe out the phone.
Fourvieres
Guide simply does not play
Unless you arrive at the location designated, which would have been fine except it’s GPS is awful. You could stand exactly at the pinpoint location and it still doesn’t work — at least for iPhone. A waste of money - I can’t believe the Lyon Tourism Center recommended this
👏🏽 bravo !!
Cost?
I am sorry but I want to know what it is going to cost me before I agree the subscription. Please be upfront. This looks like an app that I could use and enjoy but I feel that I have got myself in a closed loop - I won’t agree until I know the charges - I can’t cancel until I have agreed.
Excellente appli
Super! Top !
The music during bus tour
Who the h in their sane mind decided to go with this repetitive worst music between bus stops that is imprints in your brain forever. Screw the devs
Thieves !!! Avoid!!!!
They charged my account but didn’t send me my tour!!! No customer support to contact !!!
Oops.
I gave a 1star review. The owner called and addressed my issue of the app not being a steady verbal dialog . Thank you. We are going tomorrow.
Fraud
To use the self guided tour, we were required, after purchasing, to use a third party app which would not accept the QR code or the numeric code. After requesting a refund for the download we did not use nor able to access, we were denied a refund. Do not waste your time or money on this unreasonable product.
A Good Walking Audioguide
Got this as a gift & we finally tried it yesterday. It was informative & fun. Took us to ways that otherwise we wouldn’t know about, whilst telling us the history behind the places we walked past. Would definitely recommend it for anyone who is looking for a self short walking tour. Keep them coming team Rewind. Looking forward for more things from you guys!
This company is a scam
They don’t activate the tour until 2 days after it’s supposed to start and then try to tell you it worked the whole time. Screenshot everything if you decide to use this, you will need it to file a fraud case with your credit card company later. Also, impossible to delete account when you want to after going thru a bad experience with them. They are so fraudulent and incompetent!
Top !
Audio tour does not work
Only works with earbuds apparently So completely useless since we did not bring our earbuds.
Street art
Un vrai découverte aidée d’un guide parfait. Bravo, très chouette
Unusable
Unusable
Très bonne expérience !
Visite de Fourvière très intéressante ! Audio guide parfait 😉
Impossible
This app is impossible to use. Don’t bother
Great app
Amazing content. Only problem is that if I want to access a guided tour, I have to be on premise.
Not user friendly
Very disappointed as we purchased panier tour and received a confirmation number GYGBLK2QLW62 but were unable to access the tour through Get YourGuide. Now we are leaving and wasted our money. I would appreciate a refund. Cheryl Martin.
