Help!
Game will not open. I have played it for years and do not want to delete and reinstall and lose all my history. I was working on the Jigsaw Sort game and had to quit before I finished. Now the game will not open at all. Can you help me? Please? I deleted and reinstalled, but it will not open.

When add comes on- does not go away. If you sit it out, it restarts. Worst program ever!

Great as long as you go for the paid, ad free version. Save yourself the extensive loss of life by deleting it now if you’re not prepared to pay.

I like the app but I like to play sudoku while I listen to my podcast. The adds that pop up at the bottom of the screen while I’m playing sudoku cause my podcasts to pause and it is extremely frustrating.

Way downhill
I have loved and used this app for probably 7 years at this point and while the adds have always been slightly annoying, they have been bearable. You’re newest update pushes more adds that are harder to click thru and basically force you out of the app to other apps. The interface isn’t as easy to navigate and all the extra graphics suck.
Good but annoying ads
Game was great and then they introduced ads at the end of completing a sudoko board. I don’t play any of the other games. I’m now looking for a new sudoko app.

I am about ready to delete this app. The app itself is great, but the ads kill the joy. I get ads before and after the game, I get ads to earn an extra chance at the game play. But, ads during the game, ads that kill the radio app I’m listening to are just too much. It’s too annoying.

Have had this app for years. Now had 30 sec ads (on top of an annual subscription) which is annoying. But the ads now won’t close. No x. Have to force close the app. Canceling.

I love this app but I loved it more before the update if I recall correctly there weren’t any bugs to be fixed in the first place

The ads in this game are awful. Sometimes they won’t even close when you click shut on them. This forces you to close and reopen the app. I’m deleting it.

Bring back landscape/horizontal view on iPad
Experience is terrible now when using the horizontal mode on iPad. Forces you to play in a vertical/portrait mode so the numbers are in a row instead of 3x3 keypad.

他の方も書いてますが、１０分くらいプレイすると熱くなってしまい、休まないと続けられません。 iPhoneが古いせいかと思っていたのですが、買い替えても同じでした。
Overhears the phone sometimes
Love the app and the functionality, great look and feel and additional games The app keeps the phone on indefinitely. I use Sedona to sleep and every so often I fall asleep and wake up with my phone overheating. Wish it would let phone sleep after 10-15 minutes of idle time :/ that’s why it lost a few stars for me

I miss the old version that offered several games in one… I played for years cycling between the different games ands out of no where my app updated and all of my games are gone 😭 I wish I cared less but it feels like it’s ruining my life

Buggy ads
The actual sudoku gameplay is just fine, but the ads are really buggy. They never play long enough to skip them - the ad just freezes, then I have to close and restart the game.

I get that ads pay their bills…. BUT, I see repeated ads with statements like “your phone is infected with X viruses”….. And today, I got a notice to update this app. But it was an ad, to trick me to download this game. I am so done. I deleted this game.

Cultural Cluelessness?
I truly enjoy this app and have an annual subscription. However, I just finished the event designated “Chinese New Year.” The graphic revealed when all puzzles are complete shows a family with clearly Caucasian features drawn standing with Chinese lanterns, implying they are celebrating the Chinese New Year. Yes, the world is a melting pot of cultures and the holiday can be celebrated by everyone. However, wouldn’t it honor the Chinese culture more to depict at least ONE character with Asian features and skin tone? I’m Caucasian with dear Asian friends, and your use of this illustration just made me uncomfortable due to its either deliberate or clueless cultural bias. To the developers of this app, can you please consider reviewing and updating your event illustrations. You can do better than this. BTW, most little kids don’t play Sudoku so, could you also consider using graphics aimed at a diverse age group, instead of the current “children’s book” style illustrations you currently use. I wish you every success and encourage ongoing improvements to the Sudoku Joy app.
Pretty decent
Pretty decent game. Not TOO many adds, and a good way to play Soduko on the fly. Not the greatest app ever, but, it does it’s job well, without being overly annoying or having to pay for it. 3 1/2 stars
Easier on eyes
Haven’t found anything too different from other Sudoku, other than it is easy on the eyes. Have not yet tried the game bundle yet. Hope it is as good as Sudoku.
Highjacking ads
While playing this game my browser would open occasionally and take me to a web site claiming that I won an IPad. Phishing scam. Shame on people like this.
Good but potentially, could be the best!
I debated whether to give it 3 or 4 stars, but because it is very good and a lot of work has gone into developing this version of Sudoku, I've given it 4. The fact I have not given it 5 is because I think it needs to be a stand alone Sudoku, minus all the other unwanted games, also as a pro version where I personally would gladly pay for (at a reasonable price of course), to be rid of the infuriatingly silly ads. This would then meet with all the Sudoku enthusiasts approval I'm sure, as Sudoku is all we want! I think it would be nice too if I could play music from my own library in the background whilst playing Sudoku. A colour pallet maybe, for more theme choice. But the one thing that really prevented me from giving it 5 stars was the fact that to get more hints, you have to watch a video ad, really mean is that! As if there isn't enough silly ads interrupting and breaking ones concentration as it is. It should be that you are awarded hints as you solve the puzzles, maybe every 5 puzzles. When I see these changes made in an update, I'll up my rating to 5 stars, as this Sudoku version has the potential to be the best in the field by a country mile! Would like to see a response to my review from the developer too.

Sudoku Joy turned Sudoku Scam
I have been playing on this app for YEARS. I loved it. Best and most simple sudoku layout, daily challenges and never too pushy on their adds. But I am so sad to say I have to uninstall the app. Every time I play now at some point during the game it forces open my internet tab and onto what is clearly scam page saying “I have won” with a fake Amazon logo. Sorry Sudoku Joy, I will miss what your app once was.

I’ve been playing sudoku joy for years.. it’s the only app I haven’t gotten bored with and deleted.. I even paid for no ads.. AND THEN my app crashed, every time I would try and get on it, I would just kick me out.. so I deleted the app and reinstalled it.. BAM, start at level 1 for every thing, all my stats gone, points gone.. I was over level 100 for a few games.. I’m so frustrated I can’t decide if I’m keeping the app or not because I’m so angry..

I came across an ad on Facebook about a circular sudoku game. I thought it was interesting and would be a new challenge. I clicked on the ad and downloaded it. Once I opened it, it was just like every other sudoku game. This game is not how it’s advertised on Facebook.
Too few mistakes allowed!
Why have a limit to the mistakes- it’s half the fun to find out why you’re going wrong and to put it right! Limiting mistakes just ruins the enjoyment.
