Euro Kids International Nursery, Maysaloon is a wonderful place for children. The teachers and staff are caring, patient, and very supportive. I really appreciate the warm and friendly environment they provide for the little ones. The activities are fun and educational, and they help children develop their confidence, communication and social skills. The teachers give individual attention to each child and genuinely care about their well-being. I’m very happy with the overall environment and the way the staff interact with children. Highly recommended to parents who are looking for a safe, caring and positive place for their child’s early learning journey. ❤️

Unable to Scroll Through Older Updates
One issue I’ve noticed with the Illumine app is when I try to scroll back to view photos or updates from previous months. The app keeps automatically jumping back to the most recent posts, making it very difficult to browse older updates from the teachers. It would be great if this scrolling issue could be fixed so parents can easily view past photos and activities without the app resetting to the latest post.
Delay in reflecting of activities
Some activities happen at 3 pm ( example ) they start to appear in notification or in the page after lot of time

Constant Rating Requests & Poor Performance
It’s hard to recommend an app that repeatedly asks for ratings every few days while still struggling with basic performance. The app is slow, frequently lags, and often freezes when writing longer messages to teachers. Nothing is more frustrating than spending time typing only to have the app become unresponsive. Please focus on improving the app before constantly asking users to rate it.

Issue with live streaming on iphone15pro
I have been using your illumine app for parents given to me by childs daycare. It is running App version 363. Issue that i am facing is that whenever i try to see live stream for my kid, i am unable to see. I can only see 3sec of clip. I am using an iphone 15pro & the reason given to me was that it is the iPhone compatiblity issue. Request you to please look into this & resolve this if it is some major issue of your system.
ACH needs work, no feedback option
My daycare recently switched to illumine, so I had to set up ACH payment in the app. I did not provide the leading zeros and so it did not go through. My bad, but the resolution was poor. They sent no alert indicating a problem with the bank set up. Other vendors use a technique of debiting a few cents to test out the set up, Illumine just continued to flail by sending me three additional invoices to the same bad #. When I attempted to fix the info there there’s no way to edit or view, and if you add a new one, it looks exactly the same as the old one and you can’t be 100% sure that you’re deleting the bad one. Kind of a nightmare, still not fully resolved. The daycare center was also unable to manually fix, on their end everything looked paid. My baseline for service is if I was at a cash register, I would get this resolved immediately and with little hassle. Last, the app has no feedback for the app itself, so I’m leaving feedback here.

Why does it need full permission to photos to just save photos?
Why does this app need full permission to download and save photos? “Add photos only” should be sufficient. The developer needs to justify this change. It did not ask for such permission before but started happening today.

Live streaming stuck all the times. not at all helpful. UI is also very slow and takes too much time to start the app.

The worst user experience for parents
This app requires a thousand clicks to take any action. And multiply that for each child you have. Notification preferences also don’t save. This has been the worst app I’ve ever had to use.

1-Click Scan QR, not 2!!!
Literally the most used thing in the app should be one click button from the main page not two. I don’t need the ID card so just make a second button for that if someone needs it that much. NEED A SINGLE BUTTON SCAN QR, it is used at least two times every day during pick up and drop off.
