Takes too long
Takes too long to load and it actually gets real frustrating when I need to turn of my tv or lower it down. Last time it took a whole 7 mins for it to load, and I have 5G internet
A good substitute
My 1 yr old lost my original remote so this works fine but only for a bit because I don’t dig the zoomed screen
Now this is a remote app
so much better than any other app out there if you need to download something for any reason. it is for sony and i like how it looks just like my old remote. it has a one time VERY inexpensive charge IF YOU want to pay it. You can use the app for FREE if not and there are so many apps that are “in app purchases” which is a very short trial and then an astonishing amount of money to continue using. Thank you so much Sony. I’m so glad I found this remote.

Takes too long to connect
The app works fine for my Sony Android television, but takes forever to connect. Until then, I cannot turn my tv on or off or do any other functions until it’s done “building” and this is very annoying. It’s taken 15 minutes or longer waiting for it to connect. It takes me way less time than that for me to download a better app and delete this one. I’m out!

Remote works well other than the fact that when you turn on the tv with the remote app, then try to continue use, it glitches and app has to be restarted 2-3 times before functional again

Junk. Cannot use keyboard (the only reason to have it). Endless loop: device must be synced - enter key (provided by app) - select keyboard- type letter - device must be synced. Repeat……
How remote works
It is very nice, but ad is coming again and again, please do something Because the ad are coming too much, so please do something. So these ads will be stop not come again and again, okay thank you and I really love this remote Sony company. I really love this. Thank you.
Works when it wants
I personally only use the app when I absolutely have to it doesn’t always work and has ads basically every time you close it and open it back up, like it’s nice when you don’t have to turn on the tv and can’t find your normal one. But don’t bank on it working every time

The tv, Sony will not perform at all. I need to remove this from my phone and cancel the subscription. I have had it about 10 minutes and it is totally useless./// i have been charged $120. Dollars from someone on the App Store. If it was not you I apologize. I have serious issues with my Sony TV. I can turn it on from the blue ray player the new remote from Amazon doesn’t work. The old remote from original perches doesn’t work. Your app doesn’t work. I had to get one from Apple.

Bruv, why does a tv remote need ads like when I was using this app my remote for the tv wasn’t working properly so I downloaded some apps to use and this was one of them and THEY USE AN PNG IMAGE OR SOMETHING FOR THE REMOTE… like u have to use the buttons on the image to use the remote. And guess what… THE REMOTE (the remote that was a png image) WAS DIRTY! Well I guess cuz they got it off of google or something but still. It did the job tho so yeah. Like 2.5 stars but it doesn’t let me do that so I just did 3 lol.

In the UK using via sony bravia tv and once it syncs (had to follow step and never needed code) then it just worked after a restart. Defo going to get the ad free version
