Waktu menunggu terlalu lama
Dear kopken, saya itu termasuk pelanggan yang loyal dan setia sama kopken. Namun, pelanggan juga bisa kesel dan lama-lama berpaling jika standar pelayanan yang diberikan untuk layanan pesan antar tidak diperbaiki dengan baik. Saya pesen kopi dari pukul 19.36 status di 20.24 driver menuju outlet dan driver pick up di 20.41. Belum lagi driver ke rumah itu sekitar 30 menit. Itu namanya menghabiskan waktu pelanggan sia2 untuk menunggu, pelanggan tidak bisa cancel di applikasi, dan harus menghub cs untuk batalkan pesanan. Jangan buat konsumen setia berpaling untuk pengalaman menunggu yang terlalu lama. Semoga standar layanan kopken dapat terus diperbaiki.
How to cancel the driver
Klo punya aplikasi layanan pesan 24 jam dan outlet yang punya jam operasional 24 jam, sebaiknya customer service juga 24 jam. Aplikasi tidak ada layanan cancel driver yang tidak bergerak.

It’s great, but please do work your UI/UX to make sure every important buttons or rules are easily to find in the 1-2 clicks. Good to have this apps on my phone

2jam nunggu, aplikasi ga ad konfirmasi apa2. Pihak kopken tdk bisa dihubungi, driver pun tdk bisa dihubungi. Customer dibiarkan menggantung menunggu tanpa ad opsi cancel. Kalau tdk focus order lewat aplikasi. Hapus saja fiturnya jgn menyusahkan customer.

Despite the recent v2.1 update, Customers still can’t select ‘No Sugar’ for Kopi Kenangan orders. I’m compelled to unnecessarily spend 15 mins queueing at the counter to order ‘No Sugar’ Kopi Kenangan, while I could’ve waited at my desk - conveniently working, if only you’ve noticed my previous comment and fixed the app.
