Migraine suffer’s friend
I have chronic migraines that I have found are primarily triggered by pressure changes. I have also discovered that I live in the county with the highest pressure variability in the USA and have no hope of moving. Therefore, this app is a Godsend!! I love that I get alerts that tell me when my trigger pressures are upcoming, so I can be prepared and not get caught out and about or without my rescue meds. I can also save data from the moment a migraine starts, to see if any new trends emerge, that I wasn’t aware of. Thank you developers! I have been looking for an app like this for years!
Don’t download! Used to be good before all the ads
I used to use this app all the time. It was my go to, but now, it’s hijacked by ads and I’ve deleted the app. It’s unfortunate for sure that the developer cannot recognize the core function of their app is to sift through the data, and you can no longer do this without an ad hijacking your phone in a frustrating loop to skip….
Nice looking
The widget is always blank when I unlock my phone
Adds
The adds now are basically for AI PORN. You get an add for every button you push. this used to be a good app, but I’m not paying just to remove adds and have a few other features.

Just what we were looking for
My husband has a lot of pain and is always saying he can tell when the pressure changes. He wanted an app that could tell him the predicted pressure changes expected for the near future so that he could prepare for the inevitable increase in his pain. He now knows when to prepare and is very happy about it. This app has also provided the information he needed to know to determine if it was an increase or decrease in the barometric pressure that was causing his pain to increase, and what range of pressure levels was involved. He even gets alerts to let him know when there’s been a change in the pressure. He was able to customize this feature by setting at what increment change he wanted to be notified. So far he’s happy with the app, which also makes me happy, so we both recommend this app.
don't download
too many ads, they glitch and you have to just close the app when the ad is done
Adverts are a joke
I understand app developers need to make money through subscription but I couldn't even get a feel as to whether it's worth it as the incessant long ads make it impossible. Deleted and will look elsewhere.
Bad update
I was a 5 star user until today when I opened the app to compare my pain level with the barometric pressure and found the app completely different. Until now I could track the pressure in small increments which has a huge impact on how I feel and to see the prediction of what's to come. Just being able to shower depends on the BP and I was able to track and prepare for it. This new update has completely changed all that and I'm severely dissatisfied about the change. I'm always telling people in my chronic pain group about your app and how helpful it is(was) but that ended today. Now I need to find a new app like the old app 😡 Why are people making changes to things to that are not broken?! 😡
Weather headaches
I am so glad I found this app. I have suffered from weather migraines since 2004. I’ve always second guessed whether barometric pressure was the cause or not. It’s so nice for the data to finally corroborate what I’ve been experiencing. I’m not a hypochondriac after all.
As if we don’t pay for enough already!!
I will not pay a subscription for a BAROMETER APP!!!! Disgusting, greedy TRASH!!!
Перестал работать!! Исправьте

Didn’t work for my needs
I need an app that tracks trends over time. Maybe the paid version is better, but the free version didn’t work for me. It makes you manually log pressure/altitude, but purges data at indeterminate times, so trends cannot be tracked. Ads are really intrusive and very hard to close. The interface is good but no better than dozens of other apps that also offer poor data capture and trend monitoring.

Great simple app
Easy to use. Free or $0.99 cents a month or $9 a year!!! What!!! That’s cheap. Most of all I can now check on the pressure the weather map and so much more. And all put down in Layman’s words so I can understand them. To the makers of this, Thank you for this. So much!!
Update 👎🏼
I loved (5/5) this app. The newest update took away my ability to see the barometric pressure in one day increments. I pay for premium on this app, and I am thinking I may have to unsubscribe from that if they don’t give this option back. It now forces you to look at the whole week’s data starting from Sunday, and doesn’t let you zoom in. Please allow users to go back to the old version!

Too many ads
Works fine but almost not worth using due to the number of ads.
広告多すぎ。
無料はありがたいですが広告多すぎ。大音響の広告で周囲の人たちに白い目で見られました。
Nice to know
I had no idea that I could get Barometer on my iPhone. I have been having trouble with my old joints and wondered in the pressure had something to do with it. It always seemed that I would hurt when the weather changed. Now all that I need to do is to check the app. The app also has a history so I can see the trend.
App Deleted
This used to work fine. Thanks for the update that screwed everything up. I have deleted it.

WAS fantastic
This app WAS fantastic until the most recent updates when it added a commercial I very other minute and in between every page you click to! It’s ridiculous! I know apps need a way to stay viable, but with this many commercial interruptions, I’ll just delete the app and find another! I’d rather pay a small fee to purchase the app with no commercials than deal with this! It was such a great app too!
Update change?
Was there a recent update? I was using this app just fine for the past month or two, but now when I go to open it, it immediately closes. Please fix!
Altua
Excelente App en el uso de Ingenieria
Was a great app before today!
I hate the update!!! It took away all my previous history, had me in Celsius not Fahrenheit! I’m a premium member and used to love this app. Now the screen shows both the graph and the barometer reading. I hate it!!!
Simple to use
Basic and simple to use. Just what I needed.
Extensive Amount of Ads
This is a great ap. With that said, the ads are plentiful and get in the way of using the ap. I would gladly pay for an ad free version however, I cannot find a way.
Off by one unit
I set the barometer for in/ Hg, it consistently is off by one inch! Today’s reading on the weather app reads 30.19, this app 29.2 ! Why?
Barometer
This sight is the greatest thing I’ve ever used. Great for ice fishing can’t wait for summer and use on soft water!!! Thank you!
Pop up ads
There are too many pop-up ads to make it practical to even use! Deleted app Developer responded today, August 2024, nearly 5 months after my initial post in March 2024 to tell me to subscribe to their app to avoid the non-stop pop-up ads. Taking nearly 5 months to address an issue probably is indicative of how long it will take them to address any app update issues. No thanks. I'm not interested in spending money with this app.
Add 2 features please!
I like this app as I am sensitive to pressure changes. Add these things and I’d pay- A warning could be added when the pressure changes! Add a map showing the pressure in multiple locations as along with the winds & storms perhaps!? Then 5 stars would be applicable!
Calibration
They won’t respond to my questions on calibration. It is off and I want to have it fixed

Great app, terrible ads
Forced Trump ads are a disgrace.
Awful - forces you to upgrade
It persists in trying to make me upgrade, but the default content blocker warns me against going to the website.
Works now
This is an update to an earlier review. The app now works instead of instantly crashing. I tried a few barometer/altimeter apps and like this one for its simple interface.
Nice app, But...
The functions & features impressed me, I thought this is a keeper, I was wrong. The annoying ads disrupted the app too often & for too long. I was willing to pay to eliminate ads, went to do so but no such option. That single defect caused me to replace it with a different app. I’m happy with the undisrupted replacement app.
Needs improvement...
Great app but the ads have to go. I would pay to get rid of them but I guess that is not an option yet. Most annoying is the ads that pop up and can’t be closed...especially the political ads - NO thank you please!!
I’d be willing to pay to remove ads...
and i NEVER say that. i have arthritis, and being able to track exact times when my pain is bad is SO helpful. this truly has added a whole other level to taking care of my pain. THANK YOU and please let me remove ads😅
Doesn’t use the barometer sensor
it seems to be just taking barometric pressure data from weather web-sites bia internet. It doesn’t show actual pressure measured by hardware sensor. Garbage

Great App
Has everything you would need for a basic weather station. Also has altimeter. I have not had any issues with it.
How do you calibrate
Doesn’t tell how to calibrate
コマーシャルが多すぎ

Doesn’t work- totally inaccurate
His app is not even close to my analog barometer, another app, or the national weather service (which are all pretty close). I’m wondering why the app rating is so high when there are many negative reviews...
Display problem
A good app but unfortunately the metric view displays only the first digit of mBars. I’m sure I have mentioned this before and this bug has not been fixed. Marked down accordingly.
