Doesn’t work
Trying to sign up to buy a simple coffee and my account is blocked apparently because I’ve attempted to log in too much. This is despite not having a log in as I am signing up for an account. Ridiculous.

I don’t normally write reviews, but this app is particularly frustrating to me. We use it in our workplace and it’s the only option for vending machines. Logged in with Apple ID, added 10 euros to the account, spent 6, tried to spend more and was blocked because I needed to re-log in. Logged in and cannot verify my US phone number because they will not send me a PIN. Now I have tired “too many times” and they have to “lock” the account, providing no help or further support. Incredibly frustrated. Do not recommend using.
Comoda, se usasse Apple Pay e Google Pay sarebbe meglio
Comodo poter usare l’app. Ho trovato lunga la registrazione e la configurazione delle carte. Poi la tiene, ma usasse pay sarebbe comoda
Service client inutile
Ce système a été installé récemment dans le parc d’attractions où je bosse, nous avions avant un super système regretté de tous qui permettait de recharger son badge de travail en CB, ou en pièces directement sur les machines là avec cette appli, j’ai vu qu’on pouvait scanner notre badge afin de le lier au compte sauf que petit problème, la carte est reconnue que sur les distributeurs du bâtiment employés principal mais sur les autres machines, cela ne marche pas du tout. Je suis donc obligé d’utiliser le système de QR code.(quand il est pas arraché de la machine…) et donc avoir une connexion Internet, ce qui n’est pas toujours le cas dans la machine et située en dessous d’une attraction par exemple ou la connexion ne passe pas. J’ai ouvert une demande sur le service client, elle a été clôturé sans aucun retour et mon problème est toujours d’actualité.

it’s a scam, you charge your wallet and it never works, also, when you try to connect more times, it says you can’t connect anymore bc you tried (without success) too many times to connect to the vending machine. 0/5 stars

Molto facile e intuitivo
The app does not work and locked me out of my money account
After working for one day, the app logged me out and won’t let me log back in. It says it will text me a code but never does. The texts came through when I originally signed up but now nothing arrives. This just happened to another colleague at the same time. There is no way to request tech support in the app. And my account balance is locked away and I can’t access it. The worst app I’ve used.

Même problème qui a déjà été rapporté par un autre utilisateur. Lorsque j’essaie d’ajouter une nouvelle carte bleue, j’ai le message « oups un problème est survenu ». La désinstallation et réinstallation de l’app n’a rien corrigé. … donc plus possible de prendre un café :/

I spent 15-20 minutes trying to log in trying to buy a bottel of water. It doesn’t need to be this complicated - I cannot imagine the amount of money the vending machines are loosing because of this developer. Really frustrated and thirsty

Accesso ai limiti del paranoico
Avevo già effettuato l’accesso, caricato soldi, abilitato Touch ID. Pochi giorni dopo ha deciso che non era vero. E per prendere un caffè ho dovuto: - reinserire email - reinserire cellulare - inserire codice ricevuto per sms - inserire codice ricevuto per email - abilitare Touch ID Il tutto allontanandomi dal distributore dove la connessione era scadente, dava errore di continuo. Se avessi voluto fare un bonifico con l’app della banca mi avrebbero chiesto molto meno. Per farla breve: oltre 5 minuti per prendere un caffè. Bocciatissima.

The app is so long to set up it is not worth it. Also, it will not be useful to buy stuff as you will still have to phisically put the coins inside the machine.
Poco intuitiva
Applicazione poco intuitiva e difficile da usare e collegarsi. Per ricaricare il borsellino solo con carta e non con Apple Pay o Google pay. Per collegarsi alla macchinetta non funziona il qr code ma solo manuale. Insomma alla fine uno ci riesce ma con non poche difficoltà.

Grave bug
App semplice da utilizzare, ma purtroppo presenta un grave bug: se dall’app si seleziona un reparto in cui non è più disponibile alcun prodotto, il distributore avvia comunque il meccanismo di erogazione, pur non rilasciando nulla. Il risultato è che ci si ritrova con credito scalato senza aver effettivamente ricevuto il prodotto. Non sarebbe possibile aggiungere, a livello software, un controllo sulla disponibilità reale dei prodotti nel distributore, così da evitare questa situazione?

Most frustrating app ever
I tried to connect with my Apple ID. It’s been a week !!!!! It’s taken a week trying to connect. It doesn’t send me the code to my phone number for me to verify my account but it still let me originally put 10€ that I now cannot even access. Seen as my Apple ID wasn’t working I decided to just use the phone number which then made a new account (without any money) so I tried to merge them it didn’t work. So instead I tried to delete my new account (the one with no money) accept I need to wait until the 24th for it to be deleted !?!

If from the US, don’t use
The app will allow you Sign in with Apple ID and to use and refill for the first day, then will log you out. The US number cannot be verified and there is no clear way how to contact them to get your money back. Just walk to a store instead!

Спустя 20 минут скачивания приложения, длиннющей регистрации и еще 5тиминутного тыканья по меню наконец-то кофе у меня. Я просто хочу взять кофе, а не устраиваюсь на работу в Пентагон - к чему такая регистрация????
