Wann gibt’s die Watch App?
An sich funktioniert die App gut. Allerdings findet sie nicht immer den Automaten und muss dann erst neu gestartet werden. Noch besser wäre eine Apple Watch App!!!!
Lenta e poco funzionale
Applicazione discreta, il problema è la connessione con la macchinetta: lentissima, spesso si scollega da sola e rimane collegata la sessione, per cui bisogna aspettare persone in coda che di fatto non ci sono. Assolutamente da rivedere.

L’app all’interno è anche bella e funzionale, ma ogni volta che ordino qualcosa e poi la chiudo, la volta successiva non riesco più a fare il login perché va in schermata di errore perenne, l’unico metodo è disinstallarla, riscaricarla e ricevere nuovamente l’OTP via mail, per poi impostare un nuovo PIN. Capite bene che dopo una manciata di volte questo processo diventa orribile da dover ripetere. Spero sistemino
Después de la actualización ha dejado de funcionar en IOS.
No funciona. La he desinstalado y la he vuelto a instalar y me dice que ha un fallo en el registro de la tarjeta. Ni siquiera llega abrirse la App. Hasta ayer iba bien.

Me he descargado la aplicación y en 5 minutos ya tenía mi cocacola, mis galletas y mis patatas, además no me han cobrado las patatas. Excelente servicio.

Pessima app
Lentissima ad aprirsi e ricercare le macchine distributrici nella stanza, spesso si disconnette prima della selezione del prodotto. Per ricaricare il credito con monete o contanti, spesso si disconnette tra l’inserimento di una moneta e la successiva e bisogna ricominciare la procedura. Quando si è selezionato il prodotto e questo è stato addebitato ed è in preparazione, non permette di collegarsi ad altre macchinette vicine fino al termine della preparazione della bevanda. Pessima, consiglio agli sviluppatori di modificarla e migliorarla
Mal gut, mal schlecht
Wir nutzen die App für unseren Kaffevollautomaten. Grundsätzlich funktioniert die App und tut das was sie soll. Eine alternative App scheint es ja auch nicht zu geben für dieses System. Das Design macht ordentlich was her und ist intuitiv bedienbar. Wir nutzen nur das lokale aufladbare Wallet. Die KollegInnen - und nicht nur technisch unbegabte - sind aber stellenweise schon richtig wütend, da die App zu den ungünstigsten Zeitpunkten immer wieder verlangt sich neu anzumelden, alle Systemfreigaben neu zu erteilen, Passwörter und Pins zurückzusetzen etc. Das nervt unglaublich. Einmal alles eingeben und dann die App einfach nutzen wäre der Traum, aber die Realität sieht anders aus. Daher die Bitte an die Entwickler das zu beheben. Nette Sidefacts wie die Info über die teuerste Kaffeebohne sind nett, aber eine funktionierende App wäre besser. Ich rede hier für ein Kollegium mit 120 Personen und ich als Organisator der Maschine bekomme täglich den Frust ab. Viele Grüße

Cant top up my wallet, anytime after the update i cant add a new card. It gets stuck on an infinite loading screen.

Problema con il bluetooth perché ci metto anche 20 minuti per prende l’acqua a scuola mi dispiace ma ormai non la userò più fa schifo

Ahora que han implementado Apple Pay, sí que lo doy las 5 estrellas, la he usado en máquina expendedora de snaks y cafetera, todo perfecto.
Waste of time
Registering took forever and you have to manually type in you card, but they don’t actually charge you card for your purchases, they make you take money out of ur bank account to then put into an in-app breasy balance?? second time I tried to use it, it told me that another device logged into my account, so I couldn’t log in, despite this device being the one I registered on! I have to change my password, but I have to do it from another device? the app doesn’t seem to have a login on the internet so I have to do all this junk on a friends phone? in general this all doesn’t make any sense.

If you are trying to lose weight this is perfect, I spent an hour trying to get a cookie and I was never able to get it! It’s like an unwinnable video game level. Horrible interface, but I think they have it right if the goal is to lose weight.

No sirve para nada
Basura de app. Un registro interminable cuando con un simple login con Google o Apple podría solucionar la inscripción ni hablar de que no deja copiar por lo cual tienes que agregar la tarjeta manualmente ni Apple Pay ni nada de facilidades todo una burocracia como una buena app italiana. Falta de UX y de cómo entender de que una app debe ser simple para funcionar.no funciona bien para hacer recargas y si no te bloquea por cualquier cosa cosa. En definitiva, una pérdida de tiempo que te dan entender que con una simple máquina, puedes integrar un TPV y dejar de lado las aplicaciones
Experiencia horrorosa
Lo hacen engorroso para crearte una cuenta. Te redirigen a otros sitios, te piden verificar el email varias veces y cuando por fin lo consigues, no funcionan los métodos de pago (ni apple pay ni tarjeta, nada, salta un error). Resultado, te quedas sin café y pierdes el tiempo.

I wanted to buy a coffee. Suddenly the app needs an update logs me out. No big deal, I’ll just re login. Well here I am an hour later waiting on the email so I can recover my account.

terrible design, doesn't actually work
It takes forever just to register. They make you fill in a bunch of information that has nothing to do with making payments. It doesn’t support Apple Pay so you have to add all the cards which are already in your apple wallet. If you’re a business thinking of working with this company to handle your payments, I would definitely recommend you look elsewhere. Even with a totally captive audience whose only option is to pay with this app, most will choose not to buy your product at all rather than deal with this. I'm extremely persistent and actually made it through the sign up process, but of course the app is broken and I can't actually buy anything with it. I wasted so much time for nothing.

This was the most overcomplicated bottle of water i had in my life. Whats wrong with a simple paypass terminal on the machine???
