Messing about
They keep messing about with protein flavours so when you find a good one they discontinue it but then keep on with gimmicks like snickers or milkshakes. Plus the prices are ridiculous now and I’m tired of having to wait for ‘offers’. I’ve gone elsewhere for protein powders

Very bad delivery and help support
The delivering is very very delayed and help support is very pathetic
Poor UX for a (mostly) good service
I do like the app and I appreciate the service that it offers, allowing me to manage my subscriptions without having to go to my laptop. However, the usability is just not good enough. I have attempted to delay a subscription as I am going abroad, and my subscriptions disappear, no feedback given by the app for my action, no confirmation shown and even after logging out and back in, my subscriptions are still missing. My order history also doesn’t show when subscriptions are being taken which I find bizarre. Price increases are fine given the current climate, but when they are sold to customers as a benefit and decreasing quality of service, it is simply disappointing. I really believe MyProtein are lucky here that their competitors are no better, giving me nowhere else to go.

Half of my order was missing
I have been chasing it for last 3 weeks , every time I go through chat someone will say it’s been approved and it’s gone missing by delivery partner , but every time I chat with them after waiting for week , it’s the same story every time , horrible experience oh I still haven’t received my order till now .

Decent products - pricing strategy not so good
I hate the way this company keeps distorting the pricing structure of their goods to confuse and befuddle consumers… Tesco-maxing is not cool. This is not helpful and irritates the customer base. Be transparent about your prices

Avoid like the plague. That stuff to your basket without you putting it there they make it difficult for you to apply credits. The cost has inflated massively recently and products that used to be available in 1 kg bags now aren’t claims state for example up to 26 g of protein but they don’t tell you what the exact amount is which ranges from 22 to 26 which is fairly significant for the same price there are a better products out there

Amazing products, always deliver on time. Used for over a year! My only issue I have found within the app is it appears impossible to use your account credit; you have to do it on the website instead.

Let down by payment options
The app is well set out and easy to navigate however the overall experience is let down by the payment options, namely the lack of option to choose Apple Pay or google payment requires you to retrieve your physical card to process which in this day and age is slow cumbersome and unnecessary.

Put in my email and password which are both in key chain. Wrong password. So I use forget password. It emails me a password reset link which then directs me to the login page. I’ll use another company thanks.

The app is difficult
The products are good. The ingredients in the protein things are iffy and make sure to look at them carefully. Besides that everything is nice and good quality. I’m rating the APP though… the app doesn’t work half the time and each link I click to get there (that they send me…) the app literally won’t open. Every time I restart it it loads forever and doesn’t work. Besides that it’s fine!

Overpriced
We have been a customer of Myprotien for over 10 years and the prices are insane. For £50-£60 we would get a 5kg of whey protein - now you can’t even get a 2.7kg bag for that price! I understand inflation but this is just day light robbery!!! It’s not worth the price any more!! Such a shame!

So much buggy
Not able to create account, order placing also so much buggy. Most of the times need to retry multiple times. Sometimes sticks at one page like checkout/cart or any other page. Need to improve a lot for user friendly
Good value. Decent app. Bad support
Love the product and I feel that I get what I pay for. The app is decent. Fairly easy to navigate. The constant “sales” are a bit annoying since there’s always a sale. I wish they just reduced the prices and didn’t have clickbait sales all the time. The in app support is a joke. You send a chat and I’ve had response times between 40 minutes and over 3 hours. It wouldn’t be so bad, but then they only give you 5-10 minutes to respond before they close the ticket. You can even leave a review for the support since they close the survey after another 10 minutes. It’s unreasonable to have you wait that long for support but they close the ticket in 10 minutes. If they followed up these tickets via email that would be better. They have no respect for your time.

Great Company, terrible app
I have been using MyProtein for a while now. While the website is not the best, it did the job. I joined the mobile app to get the 5% discount, and the app is really buggy. It fails the connect me via Facebook/ email multiple time inside the checkout and the my account tab. When I was connected with my account, the 5% disappeared. However, it popped backup when I end-task the app and open it again. Summary, great products, but the application and website are buggy.
