Great app with a few bugs
The app works great but has a few glitches: 1. When opening it will have multiple pop ups telling me the session has timed out (hadn’t used the app in days) 2. Has me login in 2x before I get logged in iOS finger print reader. Expected behavior: show login screen when opening. Login in after one finger print reader attempt.
Great App
I have experienced no glitches while using the app. Company is outstanding and can’t wait to see it flourish.

Review
Very well designed
Doesn’t Work
I am in California. Downloaded and put login info. It didn’t log me in. I inputted the same login info into Sunlight Financial website and it worked. This app is either glitchy and works for select few or it does not work.
My Finance Company
Easy to use and great company! I would highly recommend partnering with Sunlight to offer financing!
5 stars negative
I tried to pay my bill from the app but doesn’t accept my email or username .But I can do it on my computer.
App is a pain
The log in page is always in portrait mode, never in landscape mode. Once I’ve logged in it goes to landscape. The other problem is that it always tells me my password is incorrect. I have to get a new password at every single log in. The new password will then work one time and one time only. Other than problems with the portal, the company has been good to work with.
Can only login through website
I rate this app as a NEGATIVE TEN since the login function does not work on my iPhone 13. However, using the exact same info, I can login on their website. It bites!
