Quick and easy thank you
Regions
Can’t get in to make payments
Great company
It’s been easy dealing with EnerBank, however, it would be nice if they had a simple option to check balances online.
Future mobile pay option?
There should be a way to pay on this app not just apply.
Drivers license scanner
Everything in the app works great but the drivers license scanner only works 1/2 of the time.
Simple
Took only moments to complete!
Very limited
We have a loan through EnerBank so I was happy to see that an app was available. That was short lived. You can’t access your accounts, make payments, transfer funds, etc. You can only start a loan application and receive status notifications of your approval or denial.
Loan
WOW this is wonderful
Downloaded twice
First time it was no use to me. No option to pay nor see my balance. Saw a link leading back here to see my balance but downloaded the second time and still no use to me. Can’t do what I need but apply for a loan
Friendly
My experience with this bank was wonderful. Easy no frills and very excellent customer support and staff. I would recommend them highly!!!
Field manager
Why was the code DPT9845 invalid? Is that only on the demo mode? How are customer’s going to feel about us going around an invalid code to proceed?
Quick & Easy!
Very simple to apply and interest free for 12 months!
No transparency and very fishy
I can’t find the balance on our Enerbank loan anywhere. We replaced an HVAC condenser earlier this year and our vendor recommended Enerbank to finance it. I’ve made regular payments of 1/12 the balance but I receive no statements from them. Their website doesn’t provide the balance. And their customer service number isn’t open today and provides no option for checking our balance. Very fishy.
Easy phone app
Nice and simple. My client liked it.
No place to start
Open the app and goes to page but no where to set up account or contact Enner Bank
App
Works great simple and easy
Quick to take your money, not to help
This app is just to apply for a loan. You can’t even get your balance, you have to call in for features like that. This app is only to take your money, not for the user.
ChaChing
With EnerBank’s quick and easy no hassle application process it has lead to a higher closing rate for our company. With this financing option we are selling more HVAC systems than ever before.
Lousy
You couldn’t answer the phone Cost me a sale
Louella
Quick and easy.
Make a way to pay on the app
Why would you not make this able to be used for payments as well? What a useless app. Delete.
Loan application
I have to say this loan application process is quick and easy. No waiting or calling anyone. It’s that easy. Thank you EnerBank! I highly recommend your company
Useless - No payment option
I have no idea why this app has been developed and installed in App Store. This app has no features at all and NO payment option too. Hope this bank or developer team watch reviews and develop.
