ADD THIS STUFF PLEASE
Ok so me and my brothers thought this up, please add fires and a fire station, crimes like running a red light or spray painting buildings add a police station, add crashes, add emergency lanes for when the police cars and other emergency vehicles are getting through emergency vehicles when use a sirens to make other cars pull over to the shoulders dispatch centers where I could deploy a tow truck to clear up crashes faster you could add speed limits in schools so I can have school zones and also add crosswalks so citizens who are going to work have to cross those that’s a whole layer of traffic and delaying there would be a reckless drivers or speedster who would randomly go faster and increase the chance of running red light or crashes. There would also be delivery trucks and oversized vehicles which would take slower, turns and just drive slower in general, which if they fall over, would it cause a much bigger crash also VIP escorts which means I would have to make sure that their route is perfect and has nothing in its way you could also add rain, snow and ice, which would increase the chances of a crashes because it breaks stop slower cycles where they’re slower visibility so they would have to put on their headlights and there would be a new thing called the street light and I would have to add those so you can see in an areas that have less light and or less lighted up would be increased criminal activity. And you can add all this stuff in like a different game mode but if you add this stuff it would be like so epic!! Please!! Oh and I love this game I play it every day!!
Freezing. Cant play
The game is cute and fun but freezes and is unplayable. I tried restarting phone and app and no fix. All well.
Occasional Game Fail
I'm only reviewing to make a complaint. I enjoy this game normally. Sometimes, as is the case today, the Daily Challenge is impossible. Today's provides no bridges (or highways) at the beginning, and then only puts houses on the opposite side of the river from the factory. The game ends before you can get a single car to their destination. Lame! Other times the Daily (or Weekly) Challenge is incredibly boring or useless. Like "double the number of traffic signals." Who cares? Thanks, otherwise a lovely relaxing game.
Functionality annoying
The tapping in and out of build view mode and toggling between build and delete is very frustrating. Roads a built when not intended and deleted when trying to build. Annoying
Glitches Lately
Hello, i have been playing this game for about a year and my experience has been pretty great. I am making this review because I have been seeing a couple glitches lately. The first glitch, the cars have been stopping in the middle of the road for no reason (no traffic jam, or train). The second glitch, the daily challenge on 9/25 that changed at 5 PDT, I have just recently completed it and I got about 1,600; though before I go into the actual leaderboard and stats, it shows my actual score, but after when I do go into the stats and leaderboards, it shows my previous score (which was lower than today’s). One of my favorite games of all time
This game is up there with Alto’s Odyssey for my favorite games ever. I play it most nights. I love the simplicity of the game. It’s such a fun little puzzle game. One major piece of feedback I’d give is that the beginning of the game is very boring. I want a 3x speed at this stage of the game. The slowness of 1x is crazy slow, and with the ability to pause and adjust roads it’s not necessary at all to play that slow. I’d play the game more if I knew I could go much faster at the beginning of the game when it’s so simple. It’s a time commitment to sit through the first 500 or so trips and it’s not challenging at that state. Otherwise, thanks for making the game. It’s brought me a lot of relaxation and enjoyment.
Oneway streets and off-ramps for the motorways please.
I enjoy playing mini motorways ( wish I didn’t have to pay for a subscription ), but I really would like to see oneway streets and off-ramps ramps for motorways please. Just saying. Thank you.
One Way Roads
I love this game, but it desperately needs one way streets to allow for even more detailed traffic control and slip lanes!
Not saving
It’d be great if the game would save when I need to step away. Several times I’ve had so much progress lost. Does it not save locally? If I lose service or change WiFi connections does it not save? Great little concept, but I’m not going to keep a game I have to restart when I need to step away.
Keeps freezing, won’t save, can’t buy it
I would love to give this more stars. The game itself is fun and pleasant. However, it keep freezing, crashing, or not saving. There is no way to manually save, you have to rely on autosave, and it is terrible at actually saving your progress. I’ll play for a bit, complete several levels. I go back to the main menu, then to the levels page, double check that it has saved my score, then exit out of the app. When I come back the next time, it has not saved my progress, and dumps me back into a game I was working on last week that I also already completed and have done at least a dozen levels since. It’s really frustrating to try several times to complete a level, finally do so, and then have all that progress erased with nothing I can do about it. The lack of the option to buy the game outright is also incredibly frustrating. There is no way I am paying for an arcade subscription to keep playing this. If I could just spend $20 or whatever and buy it, I absolutely would. But especially with the constant freezing and lack of saving, there’s no way I’m going to continue after my free trial ends. It’s really frustrating because this is such a fun game I would absolutely love to play it for a long time! If you fix the saving issues and freezing/crashing, and let me buy it outright, I 100% would do that.

It’s a awesome game it’s really relaxing and calming so much fun.
Non playable
Essentially paid 6.99 (monthly subscription ) just to look at a black screen for 10 minutes every time I launch the game. Not impressed, super fun demo though!
Problems
I have this on steam and it’s fine. On mobile I’m constantly running to issues where saved games are also not saving. Every time I pause a game and quit to the main menu where it says I can resume if I so choose, the save is deleted entirely. Won’t be returning until this simple thing gets fixed. Deuces.

Left Handed Mode
It would be amazing if there was a left handed option or option to move the play pause speed control to any corner. Being left handed I have to reach over the screen to adjust play speed and it gets really annoying. Having it on the bottom left would be amazing.
Decent game
This is a game I played for a 1 year and it’s been ok at first I uninstalled it because it was to confusing 🫤 but I reinstalled it and it was fun W GAME🇺🇸
Blackout screen
I love the test game and I wanted to download the actual game. And it doesn’t load. I have tried updating my phone and restarting it and it doesn’t work. Shame.
Fun game, 1 request
I’m enjoying the game. I do wish that we had an option to mark unconnected or newly appearing houses. When the map gets crowded, those sneak up on you, and it’s tiresome to have to constantly scan for new houses that have appeared.
Great Game, Terrible Touch Controls
The game itself is genuinely fun. Planning roads, fixing traffic jams, and watching the city flow better is incredibly satisfying. But the touchscreen controls are absolutely awful and seriously ruin the experience. Zooming, panning, building roads, and deleting roads all rely on overlapping touch gestures, so it is way too easy to place something incorrectly or accidentally delete a motorway. Once the map gets busy, the controls become incredibly frustrating. The worst part is that sometimes you lose not because your planning was bad, but because the UI misread what you were trying to do. For a game that requires precise planning, the mobile controls feel shockingly imprecise. After a few accidental inputs, even a great game becomes frustrating enough to quit. Please add a proper undo function, clearer build/delete modes, and redesign the touchscreen controls. The current mobile control scheme is genuinely infuriating.
Super Addicting, but Buggy!
I love Mini Motorways! It scratched my brain right in so many ways! However, the game crashes really frequently, freezes and whenever you return to the game your progress isn’t saved! I think a “save game” button would be a great feature to force saving to local device / iCloud. If it wasn’t for that, this would likely be my favorite mobile game of all time!

I absolutely love this game. I love how you have to be strategic. I just love the tiny cars everywhere. I think it’s so funny🤣 And I would love to even more if they could put in multiplayer. It’s even free if you have the Apple Arcade subscription thing Definite five stars. I had one day and well I played hours on it already hours

Really fun!
I’ve been playing mini motorways for the past 3 years and have always been fond of the games simplicity and how smooth it looks. I love the updates and new maps but there’s one thing that’s keeping this away from five stars. Progress loss. For some reason the past few times I’ve recorded good runs* but in the main screen the scores just completely disappear and it says zero. I’ve tried multiple times to resolve it but it doesn’t work. Please fix it if possible! Otherwise this is an amazing game and definitely worth playing! *(~2500 on Tokyo, ~2800 on Istanbul, and ~2400 on Los Angeles)
Frustrating
As your city grows sporadically you can largely manage the growth, but you’ll often miss a new site as the notifications don’t work half the time, or are very subtle. So very often by the time you notice it’s too late and you have wasted your time even trying. Best not to start as you will be frustrated at the end that the game has failed you. This should be easy to fix with (say) an audible alarm, the devs must be sadists not to fix this. Shame as otherwise it’s a nice game with great sound and graphic design.
Good but not great
The game play is good but the leader board often fails with no position awarded. Also noticed that playing the daily challenge at the same time as someone often has different cities, rules and/or leaderboards making it a pointless compete. This game is my only reason for Apple Arcade.

Doesn’t work
I love the intro game it’s so fun and i want to play the real game to save my progress but everytime i download it and open it the screen is black i have not even been able to play and im upset
I love the game but 1 problem.
The problem is when I play creative it doesn’t really save what I did is I turned off my phone and I came back and the roads and houses I built were gone I don’t know how that happened but please could you try fixing it. Thank you for reading.
won’t work
i’ve updated to the newest ios, deleted reinstalled, restarted and freed more space. Everytime I try loading in it black screens. Yet test drive version works and i’ve made sure im subscribed to arcade.
Honestly…
It is an ok game but not really for me. It is good and passes time but there is no point in it like there is no quests or mini games.This would make it so much better. A solid 3 star game!

Love this game!
I’ve been playing this game for years and I love it so much. Recently, it had not been saving my games. I’ll go back to play after a while and the Home Screen just opens with Play and Options, no Resume. Sad, because several of them were going really well.
Game doesn’t save
Every single time I leave the app I have to restart whatever game I was playing. I’ll get so far, answer a text, open the app and everything reset.

Great game, but…
I’ve really enjoyed Mini Motorways! It’s a fun way to strategize and troubleshoot, and it keeps you on your toes. However, there are a few small things that frustrate every time I play. Stop lights aren’t timed in a synchronized way, so it can create awkward jams and stoppages that seem preventable. There’s also no way to create turn lanes or 4-lane streets, so whenever a car has to make a sharp turn or needs to cross oncoming traffic, it stops the entire flow, so intersections can become painful to manage and control. Also, cars seem to always take the shortest route instead of the quickest. If they’d navigate around jams, it’d help prevent the huge backups that regularly occur, and keep the time from running out in the shopping centers.

The game itself is just brilliant. The idea even better. Pity it is full of downsides which makes it frustrating. Too random. You can’t decide anything. You just need to hope houses will be placed in a lucky spot. No sandbox apart from the endless game offered after you fail. No points though no counter whatsoever for this option: just pointless. If you could move buildings around then you could make your way to achievement. As is, out of a sudden, streets and places become crammed with cars and you are off even before you can do a thing. Once again: annoyingly frustrating.

I love this game I just really wish I could flat out buy it. That would make me really happy. That and if it were available on the play store and not just the App Store.
Disappointed
If you like drawing 5-6 roads and watching yellow cars driving back and forth. This game for you. Wish I could upload a screenshot to show how lame.
Mostly good
The game says I have an achievement to unlock in playing Istanbul but I don’t see that as a playable map anywhere
Crashes all the time I just lost the game because I couldn’t get the things to work the buttons and
I think I’m gonna take a break from this game. It’s fun, but it’s not fun when stuff like this happens and it freezes up no exceptions. I’m gonna go shopping for maybe another kind of game similar to it.
WHY CAN’T I LISTEN TO MUSIC WHEN USING THIS APP?
I adore this game, but if I am listening to music on Apple Music with my Beats Studio Buds+, the music goes extremely glitchy and often the right ear will cut out completely. It’s a big shame!

Decent but a bit senseless
The game is good but the distribution of items is so random and frustrating at times. My current game just ended because I had about 6 pink factories and few pink houses. I had loads of space available and it was producing green/grey/orange houses, but no pink. Then the game stopped because I couldn’t keep the pink factories open through no choice of my own. Extremely frustrating.
Great game but why no auto save?
Seems like a great game but infuriating that if you leave a game half way through it doesn’t save your progress, need to be able to pick it up and put it down whenever required otherwise it’s pointless playing :(
