Great game
Best strategy / war game out there
Basura
Great game but pay2win ruins it.
Games awesome I would like to say yes obviously there needs to be micro transactions for the game. But putting a hero into the game that can recruit up to 9 infantry every 45 minutes in speed runs and every 3 hours in normal is honestly game breaking. Who wants to just join into this game and have to fight against players that have spent hundreds of dollars just to be able to have a massive advantage over you with just one hero. It needs adjusting because there is no reason to have that in this game. Every single game I’ve been in the last week has had a Fiona lvl 15 by day 4-5 in game they have trippled your army and roll you with ease
Seems like an ok game…
… at first. “Moving” troops takes way too long, I can’t wait 15 minutes to move troops from one location to the next. Played for a few minutes, a game I just downloaded and never have before, but can’t create an account because my email is already in use. No point in playing at this point, deleted.
Love this game
Love this game dearly been playing it on and off for about 5 years give or take but the problem is there is nothing new with no unite upgrades people don’t do depomery god kowns how you spell it and the moment you get into again game you play for about 3 days and 99% of the players in the game are gone and then it’s just the hand full of people fighting and most of them are on the same side I just wish they added more stuff to the game as it’s been five years and all they have added was hero’s and pay to win stuff
Aura game fr
So tuf
Pay to win scam game
There is definitely fun to be had within, but I cannot recommend this game in its current state. $50 for 450 hero medals is insanity
Just annoying
I have similar feelings about this game and it’s World War II counterpart. However, this version is even more of a pain as the armies are far too large and getting resources is incredibly annoying. Therefore, I have to give this two stars instead of three.
Mejoras
Something need fixing
There are some unnecessary things in this game such as ads but very good game some of the troops are very costly but some of the provinces should produce more resources for things because my wheat , fish , gas and oil run out fast like too fast but this is a great game
Crashes frequently
After purchasing different packages while playing this game, it crashed and I have yet to be able to resume where I left off waste of money and time
Fun game when it works
The game would get 4 stars if you didn’t have delete and re download the game several times a day because of a glitch in the log in. It’s not a big deal if you have a good signal, but it usually happens at the wort time. Other than that, it’s a fun game to pass the time.
Main complaint
I enjoy the concept of this game a lot and would love to play it but I just wish the it had an offline mode. I can’t spend every hour checking to make sure I haven’t been attacked if it could just choose when to play and play against bots it would be a lot more enjoyable.
Addictive!!!!
The good news and the bad news is this game is very addictive. You will spend hours on this game moving pieces round and lay awake at night checking to make sure no one invaded you. Great game!!
No sleep.
The war goes on. Even when you sleep. Which is kind of trash. One short nights sleep and you lose a war you’ve been fighting a week. And it’s pay to win. Expect some features that other will have that you can’t have that will mop the floor with you.
It would be 5 if we could upload our own country flags and nation names
More customisation
Point not Allocated
I’m playing using Russia I’ve captured multiple provinces instead of my point to increase it kept on decreasing.
Flawed.
I immediately got into this game. It felt like a worthy successor to the Civ2 strategy i grew up with. The balance between economy, trade and military was about right. The potential to do deals with actual human rivals makes it much more interesting. However you do get a lot of ads and options for play to win. That’s in an instant deduction from the overall score, but most annoying of all was the dumbest way the game records damage to its units. Artillery doesn’t do much damage unless there’s loads of them but the most egregious episode was when I launched my light cruiser and deployed it against an enemy transport vessel…and the transport won. What happens in Supremacy 1942? Does a London Warehouse packed with dry goods manage to defeat a Heinkel bomber? Can a private of the Sherwood Foresters destroy a Panzer with a well timed punch? I was so enraged by this I brought my artillery to the shore to pound the insolent vessel and guess what? The ship won again! No idea how an unarmed transport ship managed to win its remarkable double. Answers on a postcard please. Also include any other recommendations please as I immediately deleted Supremacy 1914.
This is fun.
I love gearing up for an invasion.
Terrible support
I have been playing this game for a long time and I have run into many people who send me hate mail when I conquer then it’s just part of the game. However I have never had to report someone or contact the support help before until now. I had a former ally who was being disrespectful to me and to my other coalition allies by sending us death threats, wishing us ill will along with cussing and sending us horrible messages that I can not even type into this review. I contacted support for help two weeks ago and I still have not had a response on how you the game support staff are suppose to advise me on this situation. What is even more aggravating is that it is suppose to take 24 to 48 hours for a response and again it has been 2 weeks and still no response or any punishment to this player who is causing so many issues. Like I said I have played this game for years I have never had a problem like this and the one time I contact the support team to report a player I get nothing but crickets. This is probably the last time I will play this game or any other game that that this developer makes.
Excellent
Has potential, but too many flaws.
The bones of the game are good; it’s a well-balanced strategy game, and there aren’t enough of those. But I don’t think I’ll start another round of the game because of two main factors: First, there’s a huge pay to win edge. If your game has all free to play players, it’s a fair game, but someone who has bought the premium account enjoys an insurmountable advantage. Second, there are too many glitches, and there is no good way to address them. I’ve had to deal with countdown timers that stop at 0 but never end, preventing me from doing basic game tasks like forming alliances or deploying leaders. This morning, an enemy army I had annihilated respawned, forcing me to re-fight the battle, but the forces I had lost did not respawn. Given the slow pace of the game (which I don’t otherwise mind), things like this can ruin an entire day’s planning and maneuvering. For a game that’s celebrating its 17th anniversary, I’d hope all the bugs would by ironed out by now.
Now
I feel like they should make they are waiting time to join another clan shorter, like 10 or 20 minutes or like 40
👏🏻
👍🏻
Im going to have grandkids by the time I finish one game
Too much time consuming. Don't waste your life away, go out and make money or have fun. This is no game.
Great Gameplay, Terrible Monetization
I’ve played this game on and off for well on 5 years now. I love the long match times, and the emphasis on economics and diplomacy. However, the developers have been adding increasingly more predatory monetization practices. It began with heroes, a fun addition, but costed around $5 a piece. This was concerning, but the heroes were easily earned through gameplay if you chose to not spend the money. Lately though, premium units were added lately, with both the Stormtrooper and the Zeppelin costing around $50 a piece. Both of these units are insanely strong, and are sold at an insane price tag, which can make the game impossible when up against someone with them.
Awesome game.
Although very pay to win. It is still good fun. Although the adds see to freeze for me whilst trying to watch them and after I don’t get the reward.
I love this version of the game better.
Everyone has different choices and opinion some people like the new version, some of us like the classic, please don’t ever get rid of this version I love playing this game I can’t think of anything to improve on so that’s why it’s a 5 star thanks. 🙏
Pay To Win
I downloaded Supremacy 1914 again for the first time in years because I missed the strategy. Back when I used to play, positioning, economy, diplomacy, logistics, and long-term planning decided wars. This time, it feels like strategy has taken a back seat to heroes. I started as Southern USA and spent the first week building what I believed was a textbook long-term strategy. I unified all of North America, captured Greenland, Denmark, Great Britain, and part of Spain. Rather than rushing random units, I invested heavily into infrastructure—9 factories, railroads across my homeland, and 5 artillery queued immediately so I could transition into ranged warfare as early as possible. My military was positioned around West Algeria with East Algeria as an ally, and I spent days coordinating diplomacy, intelligence, and production. Before any of those artillery pieces even finished, West Algeria attacked with a Level 6 ranged hero that has a 30-range attack and another hero that functions like an early-game submarine. That naval hero can repeatedly ambush transports while remaining effectively impossible to track in normal gameplay. Overnight, tens of thousands of troops were lost before my strategy even had a chance to come online. From that point on, every strategic adjustment was dictated by heroes instead of military planning. Originally, the plan was to land in northwest Africa and use artillery to break defensive positions. Instead, I had to reroute everything through Spain because of the ranged hero. Then I realized I couldn’t safely send a battleship because the submarine hero controlled the surrounding waters, so now I need to build submarines just to counter one hero before I can even begin producing the battleships I actually wanted. Only after that can I safely move artillery into position and fight the war I planned from the beginning. At every stage, the answer wasn’t “adapt to another player’s superior strategy.” It was “adapt to another premium hero.” What frustrates me most is that I don’t think my overall strategy was bad. In fact, I still think I’ll eventually win because my economy is vastly stronger. I built 9 factories while my opponent has only a few damaged factories, invested in long-term production instead of short-term power, and my industrial capacity will eventually overwhelm his if the game lasts long enough. But instead of rewarding that planning, the game repeatedly delays it with hero mechanics that simulate late-game units long before anyone else can reasonably produce them. Meanwhile, the leading coalition already controls nearly half the map. Whether that’s due to coordination, skill, or something else, it makes the game feel even less competitive because the strongest players snowball while everyone else is trying to overcome premium advantages. I don’t mind losing because someone outplayed me. I don’t mind changing plans because an opponent made a brilliant strategic move. That’s what grand strategy games are about. But constantly having to redesign an otherwise sound campaign because another hero appears with abilities that normally require days of research and production doesn’t feel like strategy. It feels like paying to skip the strategic part of the game. I came back hoping to play a game where logistics, production, diplomacy, and planning decided wars. Instead, it feels like those things only matter after you’ve survived the hero phase of the match. If heroes were toned down, limited more heavily, or moved to later stages of the game, I think Supremacy 1914 would become a much stronger strategy game. Right now, it often feels like the better long-term strategist is forced to spend the early game reacting to premium mechanics instead of competing on equal strategic footing.
Super spiel
P2w
Used to be a good game now is just pay to win …sorry I need to give 2 stars …what is going on in the game now hero’s for 50£ are you joking?
Wish it would function
Maybe it’s just late game on mobile but literally you have to close and reopen the app to make armies move if your on the app for too long
Don’t play! You’re gonna waste days!
Game sucks. You spend the next 14 days fighting bots because all the other players leave. If you do fight an active player. You can literally just spend money to buy army by the packs… It’s really no fun at all. Sad it has potential. Honestly we need 1914 & 1942 combined together. Good luck on the 500 players! It’s literally all bots & at the end they all just attack you! It should be called 1914 bots!
Always hard to progress
Game is good but you send 60 troops.to attack a objective with 10 troops doesn’t have any buildings or a ford and you get smashed by ai bots
Loading issues
Amazing game, but sometimes it will not load at all. No matter how good my WiFi is or I could even be on full bars 5G and this thing won’t load. If that was fixed this game would be 5 stars but it genuinely ruins the game for the most part.
Great game! But needs something
Add PvE! I want to see if that would make it better
Game is super pay to win
There is no skill gap it’s just who spend more on the game. People multi account and this game use to be fun but heros kinda ruined the game
Mobile version is now unplayable for me
(I use an iPhone 16 Pro-Max) IMO the mobile version has always had occasional gremlins, but lately it’s become significantly more unstable - to a point now where I have been unable to access the game hub for more than a few minutes per day, and this has been going on for at least the past ten days. And even then, when the game finally does load, the gameplay is usually affected by lack of responses to controls or settings. I’ve been a part of this game for several years (including regular spending) but for the first time I am seriously thinking of quitting.
Plss
Make attacking faster please. This is like impossible to play almost takes years to attack just that and it will be perfect
Great game
Fun game
Review
This game used to be amazing before, now it became a pay to win, heroes, gold, people paying hundreds just to erase me in the first day. So for me this game went from a 10/10 to a 4/10
Excellent game
The game itself is amazing, I don’t find any flaws with the gameplay mechanics itself, although the fact that premium members get access to things that others don’t. I know that’s how the game makes revenue and all, but even if it was a single payment for like £15, I’d get premium, and have a feeling others would too. Also, I think custom games would really improve the game, even custom games that have only 4 or 5 players in, so you can play with your friends.
Joke
I spent over a week playing the game I wasn’t logged in any account I spent money on the game only to try and click on I got forced to create an account and lost everything I spent my money on and also lost the game I spent 7 days messing about with to be honest it’s happened to me afew times just let people play without an account I’ve basically been robbed for 7 days of my time and my money wasted just because you won’t let people play as guests so I’m deleting the game and never downloading it again
Logged out
Really enjoy the game but fed up of being constantly logged out
