Love love love all my oils from YoungLiving. Daily use in all areas of my life. Natural healing and wellness. So very awesome
Can’t access app but continue to get charged
I haven’t used this app since buying a 1 year subscription. It doesn’t recognize my email address so I can’t cancel it. It just auto-renewed with no notification. Don’t fall victim to this one.
Fine, but for one little detail..
I like this app strictly for keeping an inventory of my oils. And the occasional reference. One thing that bothers me is the bottle color associated with each oil name is off by one. I can’t be the first to notice this. Seems like an easy fix!
Incomplete
Two things…the Guide doesn’t go beyond the letter M and you have to subscribe to get recipes.
Prices out of date
I love using the app to help people on the go…however the prices are out of date and that is frustrating!

Terrible customer service
It’s frustrating that I have to post a bad review to possibly get some kind of a response? I love the app but can’t log In. And support has not replied to the 4 emails I have sent asking for help!!
Wish you could add more
I wish that you could add all YL items, diffusers, other oils, oil sets, supplements and supplies, for a complete inventory. Still great that I can track most of my oils for the most part.
Cannot get into App
I am paid up until August 2026. It said if I wanted to stop the auto renew, I could cancel but still have the app until August 2026. Only I cannot access any of the information in the app. 🥺 therefore, I was cancelled 9 months before my script ran out. And there is NO way to contact them. I even called the Young Living office. They could not help because this app independent from them!!!

Ok I come to this reference guide a lot to refresh or if I need to create a blend to help me target my issue. Very handy and I have so much information to learn from.
Hate this.
I purchased (premium version) this app few years back. Used very, very little. Preferred internet search. Then my phone stopped working. Husband got me a new phone. I redownloaded my apps just to find out that this one wouldn’t let me sign in. Already been paying for years and didn’t use it for three. Couldn’t cancel the reoccurring annual charges from my phone OR PayPal. They kept charging PayPal after disputing the charges. 🙄. Couple of hours with Apple rep finally figured it out and she “hopefully” cancelled it. Because past two years I’m still being surprised by this apps charges. 👀👀.
Love this app
I wish there were more recipes on this app but it’s very useful when you want to know what’s in the mixed oils and what can be mixed. I have made many concoctions based on this app alone. Worth every penny
Missing Information
I subscribed and paid upfront for a year. However, information is missing from the App. I have sent two email queries through and am not getting a response.
Needs better update cadence
I have been using this app for months and I still doesn’t have some oils that have been released for quite awhile. Would be nice to see more frequent updates.

I really enjoy having my oils in a list so I can review them.
What happened???
I bought this app several years ago. Now I’m unable to look up a specific ailment and find what Oils or blends will help without paying more. My account should be grandfathered and work the same as it always has.
Convenient info
The app is great and easy to use. The only negative thing that I noticed is that the prices are not updated to the current pricing.
Huge disappointment!
Minus 1 star - There’s no way to choose a letter of the alphabet. You have to scroll forever to get to Valor & Xiang Mao! So I put Valor in the search bar—and there’s no way to get out of it other than close the app! Minus a 2nd star - NOT ALPHABETICAL! This is not the correct order of the N oils: Northern Lights Black Spruce, Neroli, Nutmeg!! For oils that have lots beginning with the same letter, this makes inventory more trouble than it’s worth. Kunzea should come after all the KidScents oils, not in the middle. Minus a 3rd star - Poor overall rating for info. Why include Cajeput when YL doesn’t sell it? “Bay” should be called Laurus Nobilis, not Bay Leaf. They’re the same, but call it by the YL name, please. “Season” should be “Season Essentials,” and the individual oil section is empty. This rating is based on my gold standard app for info, the old LSP app. Also for the user-friendly inventory that used to be available on Oily App, which I finally deleted because they never updated the oils.

I got this app thinking it would be helpful but it’s not I purchased the up grade because it asks you to do so right away it does not give me any of the recipes or the usage guide I have tried to reach out to support and get no answer ..I would not get this app and give it 0 it gets one star because it requires you to give it not because it deserves it .

Not up to date
I like all the information but I wish it had all the oils. I found these missing- believe, vanilla, loyalty and rutavala.
Purchasing for recipe
EO was list in alphabetical order which is very good to know each one benefit but to know the recipe for diffuse or use it directly to skin, you need to pay for it.. Nope. Not gonna pay for it. The EO itself pricey, and need to pay again to know for the recipe. Nope for me.
EO is amazing
EO is my go to guide for my business!! I love that I can look up the symptoms and find what essential oils are best to help my customers.
Why did some oils get removed?
I went looking and peppermint, RC, and Ylang Ylang are gone. They used to be there. I wanted an allergy remedy suggestion and I’m not finding what I need. Super disappointing. Deleting.
Missing Oils
I mainly got this app so I could keep an inventory of my oils. For the most part it’s great but there are oils missing. In my opinion there should be an option to add oils or to request an oil be added, I’m not sure what would be most efficient. The app also has a very detailed list of information on each oil, which is a really great feature and I love being able to keep notes.
Not up-to-date
It’s an great app, but it’s not up-to-date. YL has many oils that are not in their list, so keep an accurate inventory (of my oils) through the app is not worth. Also, try do not have infusion blend recipes. They only have single oil infusion recipe. Every oiler knows how to infuse a single oil.
Sudden problem
App was working great but now it won’t load anything.. quite disappointed
New to the App
I just downloaded the app and it seems to be what I am looking for. I need a place to keep my inventory. I will post another review once I use the app more.
Have to purchase to use
This is a pretty app, but they should be up front that you have to purchase to use the app to access almost all of the features
Update oils
Needs to update new oils to add to inventory. I understand when they are brand new/just released but need to “add” new titles more often to app.

Just opened it and they asked for a review, so far the only thing I’ve done is try to look up a couple of ailments, which did not exist in here. Still learning about it.

Signed up thinking it would be better than my oils reference but now you can’t even move around in there without upgrading and now I can’t get out of it to cancel!
Pleasantly surprised.
I got this app mostly for tracking inventory. It has the ability to add oils to a shopping list to track needed oils. It also has an area to make notes on usage or the oil itself so you can keep track of what you’ve learned. There is a section of reflexology charts as well as a guide. To access recipes you must upgrade. Free trial for 3 days then $3.99/ month or $29.99/ year. The biggest complaint I would have is the incompleteness of the usage guide and that some oils are missing (Progessence +). The only other complaint would be why the deception, just state the cost up front. I find it horrible that apple allows this deception by multiple apps not just this one. Don’t wonder why you appear untrustworthy. Overall, I am satisfied with the app.

I don’t trust the reviews
App is not very handy. 3 conditions I looked up were not even listed. This is for MLM purposes. “Free app” totally useless.
Good app but....
A very comprehensive guide but would be interested to see where some of the statements regarding medical conditions are coming from such as stating quite clearly that “liver cancer is caused by solidified hate.” Always check on reputable sources for these types of statements.
