Love This.
Whenever I have a question about my health, I love looking here. Now that we also have the AI up in the right hand corner to chat with, it’s even more amazing! I love asking it for additional suggestions after telling it what I have thought of so far. It has helped with so many questions- whether I or my family have pain, sickness, injury, even post op! It is so empowering to have a tool to help me know what my family needs. I know it’s not magic, it’s science- (but sometimes it feels like magic) Love This App.

Too many negative reviews to purchase
Thank for all the updated reviews. I’ve decided not to spend the $10 dollars on the app as the developers do not support or answer people’s complaints. I guess I’ll keep looking for an app for my Essential Oils
Did the app used to be free but not it is paid?
I used to love this app, and use it all the time for 9 years. I lost my phone and got a new one and now I need to pay to be able to use it. I am disappointed that I cannot just get a life membership for a good price. Instead I need to pay every year. I have also bought around 3 editions of the Essential life books too, which shows I am a long life user. Disappointing.
Helpful App
I love this app! It’s so helpful to be able to easily look up any condition or oil to know how to use the essential oils. I have the book and use it but I find myself using the app a LOT more as I always have my phone with me. Anyone who regularly uses EO’s or wants to learn how to use them needs this app!
Be Aware
Suspicious had app for 5 yrs love it and use daily. Paid for subscription yearly and this year they cancelled my subscription after i pd for it renewal date and i cant retrieve it, email and password seem to be compromised and yet to get refund. Emails from them seem suspicious. Each time i complained and demanded refund will not pay again for it not to work or have a direct contact to discuss and emails disappear after they asked for specifics about email password and bank info. i was uncomfortable answering. Use another app or research Doterra or Young Living etc. not the same but smooth operating and honest.
Love this app!
There is so much useful content here, I really love having this at my fingertips. My only complaint is that sometimes it’s hard to search for exactly what I want...I have yet to figure out how to browse topics properly (sometimes things I search come up and other times they don’t for some reason). But overall I have found this app so helpful!!
User log in problem
It has been a while since I have used this app. I have tried the password reset option but am not receiving the email for directions.
Good app
Great app but when u open an oil then a symptom then open the oils usage guide the X to close or go back is so far in the top right of the screen u can’t even tap it so u have to quit the app to go back. Dumb. iPhone 15 Pro iOS 17.2.1
Maybe improved
I used to use this all the time and get locked out. I tried to reset it and it worked. Maybe the developer has improved the app and it’s up and running again a girl can hope!
Poor service
I have been locked out of the app. I try to reset my password and the password resent link does not work. I have paid for it. The customer service will not email me back.

I have used and loved this app for awhile, and I hate to write this review but two years ago this app and the email customer service went to pot! This is the SECOND year in a row that after paying the renewal fee, I can’t log in!! I am 60 years old and am fully knowledgeable (and particular) such matters. No, neither my email nor password is incorrect. (Yes, I uninstalled & re-installed the app.) After two or so months, and only one automated email response, I gave up!! A few months later I redownloaded the app and tried to log in again and it worked. However, I paid for a full year of use only got 9 months. So it’s now renewal time again here I am with the same problem - they have my renewal fee, and I have no access to their app! Awful customer service and inconsistent app availability is not an app you want to pay for! Look into others.
No longer accessible to people who are blind
I’ve had this app for several years. My subscription recently renewed around the time of the latest changes and update. I can no longer use this app because I use a screen reader. I tried to contact the developer and that was not accessible either. The developer needs to let me know if they are going to make this app accessible again. otherwise, I will cancel my subscription. And I guess I’m just out my money for this year. Way to exclude those of us who can’t see.

Not sure what’s going on
Need support. The app has always worked great. And now it just shows a homepage of sorts and I can’t get to any of the remedies. I can’t find any customer service area to get some help. please I hope somebody can help me. I pay for the app each year and I am in good standing.

After receiving an email from Essential Life …
It would have even better if the company had contacted me immediately after I reported being unable to login to my paid account but at least they finally recognized the inherent unfairness and I am once again able to access the account. I’m happy to be back and able to find healthy solutions to life’s little problems.

I use this regularly! Most often I’m searching for oils and their companions to blend. I love other user’s recipes in here, and appreciate all the data the app shares.

My account access has been down for several weeks and the password reset and customer contact feature is not working.

Love this app so much that I wrote a big post on Facebook for my team. I think it’s the best available right now. ❤️ The content, the visual and the price. 🚫 No french version, it can’t be used to track inventory and the fact that you can only use the share feature with people that own the app.

Recent update has it crashing every time

Not honoring membership
Have had the app before the days of app subscriptions and was grandfathered in and told I would enjoy a ‘lifetime subscription’ as an original subscriber when they made the change to subscription based platform. After many years of that agreement, now they are no longer honoring it.
Easy to use
I wished they had the blends info. Otherwise very easy and useful.
Pretty well set up but deceiving
It's a very professional looking app and definitely user friendly to navigate. My main concern is when it comes to the ailments. It suggests essential oils that help with health concerns but I realized all these suggestions were sent in by random people and not backed or monitored closely. Just know the suggestions on here are coming from a random person that might have no experience with what essential oils can actually do.

Since the update, every time I try to open the app it immediately closes.

I’m in love with this app. It’s so handy. Whatever I need to look up I can just type it in and there it is. Would definitely recommend it to anyone.
OK app, awful customer service
I bought the app when it first came out. It’s been nice to have here and there, but not super helpful. Now they want to charge me a monthly or annual fee for something that I already paid for and can no longer access. NOT WORTH the money.
Just downloaded
I just downloaded the app tonight and was happy with it, until I went to correct a number on a recipe and the app shut down! The recipe wasn’t there as a draft when I was able to open it again, either. Tea tree oil is not in the drop down list on the recipes page, either. Could you perhaps put a suggestion button in the app so we can suggest changes or additions without having to come all the way back to the App Store?
Not working
Hello, I have been using this app for years and all the sudden it will not open. I have updated, reset my phone and done other things as well. This is very disappointing. Specially in the times of need.

I downloaded the app and was very happy with it. Then it said it was updating and would be a subscription and those who purchased the app would have the first two years free. So I update to and I can’t even open up the app now ? Please please get this taken care of as I do love the app and I am becoming more and more disappointed ***Update on the app! Love the book
Normally I’d give this app a 5 star rating, when it wants to work it’s fantastic. You look stuff up by searching the oil or the ailment, however their recent update has rendered it useless. If it opens at all, it freezes the screen so you can’t put your login information. You can’t do anything anymore.
