Awesome
Records everything I need to. Dr loves it and easy to give info. The only improvement I would make is to be able to print history and a way to record medication with the ability to print it.

Time consuming
The idea of the app is good. But there is so much effort in uploading your meds. I wish the app allowed you to take a photo of your med and then it would enter it for you like my food app does with my calories.
Support Lacking
Have been using the app for a few years. Unfortunately the app functionality needs some work. Requests for assistance are ignored.
Love customizable reminders
Still loving this app. I take a med every other day and wanted a free app that allows me to set and track when I take it. I love this app. If I had a more complicated prescription schedule I’d pay for this but for simple schedules this one is great!
It's ok
The app itself is fine, the constant reminders to rate it are annoying.
Good for tracking meds
Just using without premium pay to track meds so I decided not to use the schedule or any of the premium features that are only available for some meds and I like it. There’s a few things to improve - for example when trying to add “aspirin” there is no such choice which is odd - many people take low dose aspirin during pregnancy or if they have heart conditions but there’s no such option, however there’s a “Bayer super strength aspirin“ or something like that which seems so specific. Could be nice to open the medication field name to custom names that the user could make just for themselves and then pick over and over instead of restricting to the meds names that app has - even though it has a big list. Apart from that it shows me the list of meds I logged for the day and I can go back and see the previous days as well. I’m also using the weight log and it works great as well.
Not very intuitive n user friendly
I always struggle to look up past month quick look at my history. It takes multiple clicks n some are dead ends
Best I've seen
If the overall response was faster it would rate higher. The medication onterface wasgood but it would be nice if when you entered the dosage and rate , i.e. 300 mg 4x daily, it would provide a progection based on the current time for when to take each dose. Button response wasn't up to snuff. The "OnTime" option should always be present. That said a good product that I could never create, of course if you need a government run, overrun, alligators castrated, I'mm your logistics guy....

Only 3 meds tracked free, not clearly stated before downloading
The app description does tell you there are additional features unlocked by upgrading but does not specify you are limited to tracking three medications without purchasing the upgrade. The app info implies you don’t need the full upgrade unless you plan to have multiple profiles or share data with someone else. Not revealing this info until you’ve input your name and date of birth is infuriating at best. App deleted immediately. The hunt for a free tracker with options for meds taken hourly not daily continues.

Life saver but also has issues
This app has revolutionized how well I stick to my children’s medical plans. All three have different medicine needs and one has a serious chronic condition. This has allowed us to manage it so much better. My one main qualm with the app is that it does not update properly when an associated caregiver enters things in. This could be dangerous with some medications if one caregiver gives it but the app doesn’t update that, and then the other caregiver might give the medication a second time.
Great app.
I have not splurged on the premium level yet but it is valuable and helps me stay on track with three daily meds. Sometimes we get too busy and cannot remember if we actually took our meds or not, this helps with reminders. Has everything you need to keep up with weight, vitamins, and blood glucose readings.
One infuriating deal breaker
I dumped this app for one reason. I think it is shifty and dishonest for an app developer to develop an app and market as free when for all intents and purposes it is not. Yes there are some free features. But the truly slimy thing is that they have you enter in all of your data before dropping the bomb on you that you can only track a FEW of your meds for free and that for EXTRA PRICE you can actually make the app worthwhile for your purposes and have it function like it is advertised to do. Just be honest and say that the app costs a certain amount. I probably would have paid it. It’s the sneakiness that I can’t stand.
Life Organizer
I love that I can organize my whole life in this app. I just recently found out I can put spiritual activities on my reminders, so now I can schedule in Bible studies and other activities. I also love that I can keep track of things for my while family and not just myself. I slack with updating it at times, but definitely want to get better at being consistent with it!

Gone
I spent two hours inputting information into the app, which was physically painful for me.I closed the app. A couple minutes later I reopened the app. Everything is gone. And now the app will be gone too.
Only one I’ll use!
I have to take MANY medications throughout the day and it’s the only way I can keep up with all their times and knowing if I took them or not as a 22 yr old Mom!!
Crashes a lot
Just got the app. Looks cool. But so far it’s crashed 5 times in the first 20 mins of me trying to enter data. Pretty annoying for a paid app. Oh yeah, you have to pay if you want to track more than 3 things.
Great reminder tool
This app is fantastic to keep me on frack and remind me when to take my medication. No more wondering if I took it or not. I can just take a look at the app and know if I missed my dose during a hectic day and need to administer a dosage.
No sharing
I am not able contact the App team. And I am not able to share my profile with my family.

App is easy to use. Has text area for note reminders. Has some nice extras like walks and mealtime activities.

More customization and access different places would be nice
I think it’s a really cute app. I love that you can send your schedule to a friend or family member. I’d like some more ways to customize, like changing the theme color or customizing the widgets. That’d be cool. I’d also love to be able to access this on my MacBook. $4.99 a month is also a little steep really.
Sprout medication
The app works great when it’s a single user. Husband and I have it synced and multiple times a year we have issues where the two phone stop syncing together when logging meds given for our son.
Post Hospitalization Maintenance
I recently experienced a health scare which I was hospitalized for. This was very traumatic to me, an individual who was blessed with good health. For me, a bad cold requiring over the counter meds twice a year was the worst. When I was released, I was given various meds and specific instructions explaining the seriousness of my at home regimen. To say the least, I was overwhelmed! Some meds has to be taken once a day, others multiple times, some different doses each day depending on what I ate, etc. In addition, I had new doctors, doctor visits, information to remember and vitals to take as well. I checked a lot of apps but chose this one because it seemed to have the most flexibility, good user interface, allows me to save all information in one place and provided me with very needed notifications. Their customer support was great too. I posted a question and received correct instructions within 24hrs. This truly helps me in my recovery process. Thank you for this app!

Overall this app is great. Bit annoyed this morning after the clocks had gone fwd that my 9am meds were now at 10. Had to go in a change them all which was a faff.
