Broken app
I had lover this app until less than a month ago. I opened up the calendar to see if I had any appointments and they were all erased, passed and future. I tried to recover but nothing. I will no longer use this app. It's worthless if it going to do that. What a nightmare.
Needs an update
I have used this app for YEARS and just finally updated my iPhone from 13 pro to 17 pro and now the widget doesn’t work. The app shows everything fine but the widget always shows “no events today”. I’ve tried every fix like restarting and removing the widget. Since this hasn’t been updated by the developer in 2 years, it seems to be a bug. Please fix!
Not dependable
Events keep disappearing & reappearing on my calendar. I've been using this app for years & have never had this issue until recently. I thought it was because of the low memory on my phone, but I no longer have low memory.
Cool app
I gave you three stars cause I only have one problem. I wanna be able remove holidays I don’t like like Halloween and the day of the dead

Too many birthdays
I would just as soon that this not list any birthdays. Instead of list, tons of them, including many of people, I have no idea who they are. I've really only want to list the things that I want to list. I don't really want holidays either.. I just want to keep track of things that I have to do at certain times and instead it's cluttered up with all kinds of useless information.
Please bring back the lunar calendar option
I love the previous version and have been using it for years. I just discovered this version and lots of great enhancements to the previous but missing the lunar calendar - please bring it back in future releases thank you!!!!!
Terrible customer service
I wrote to Customer Service about an issue , they said I’ll get back to me soon and I haven’t heard from them for weeks
No line wrap off mode in monthly view
Cool upgrade. How to get rid of Ads?? I paid for original version but I don’t see option to buy this one (anyway it should be discounted or free for previous owners)

Great App, just have one problem.
The app is great I love how it is simple to add events/reminders etc. Not only that, but it is also simple to read them in calendar mode. I would like the ability to control the holidays though, it lists all provinces and the holidays, obviously I don’t all the extras.
Once was awesome
The stickers no longer all are available. Updates don’t fix it. Pictures no longer show up in notes and now all the diary entries I’ve been putting in as “notes” are just blank. What is going on. This app really blows now.
Please add sticker sync between iPhone and iPad
I really enjoy using Awesome Calendar on both my iPhone and iPad. It’s very useful and the stickers make it fun to organize my schedule. However, one big frustration is that the stickers do not sync between devices. Events sync through iCloud, but the stickers are different on iPhone and iPad. It would be wonderful if stickers could also sync automatically across devices. Please consider adding this feature in a future update. Thank you!
Best Apple Calendar
Switch from Android back to apple after many years away. Tried tons of calendars on both OS and iOS. awesome calendar 2 for iOS. Bar none. If you select the right font the visual can be really easy to read on month, week and of course day. Graphically superior I think over the competition. Even the free version is good. It would be even better if the “Class Schedule” could be made an option instead of required. Unless I missed something.
Crashed. Would not record repeating events
I tried entering a repeating weekly event and it does not show up on the calendar.
App is great.
Came back to this app after previous ones kept asking for more money. Still looks great and functions great - but one complaint. On the third widget, my reminders aren’t shown after their slotted time, as well as completed reminders aren’t shown.
Too Bad
A good little calendar but removed it due to the semi-pornographic ad strip at the bottom.
I loved this calendar
I’ve had this calendar for many years, then it changed to awesome 2. I’ve never had a problem until a month ago when all my data was gone. I wrote to support twice and never received a reply other than to say they received my email. Once the subscription runs out , I’m seriously thinking of not renewing. It was a good calendar!

Sync issues
I really enjoy this app except the sync issues I am having. The app is installed on both an iPad mini 6 and an iPhone 13 max pro (both with the latest iOS). If I add a note from my iPad it syncs to the phone but the reverse does not happen. Any help on fixing the issue would be greatly appreciated.
Maybe works better on Android?
I’m an ex-android/ new iPhone user. I found Awesome Calendar 2 trying to find a widget which displayed my events full screen like the standard google calendar will on an Android phone. This widget shows half a page, which is the most iPhone will allow. I rated them low because they did not automatically update events even though it is synced with my Google Calendar and Outlook calendar. I also had to hide some events.. between google, outlook, and awesome, I display holidays 3 or 4 times. I need holidays to display exactly zero times lol.

I adore this calendar because it’s customizable with colors and stickers. I also appreciate the feature that allows you to add contacts to an appointment.

Don’t need to sync calendar
I was looking for a calendar app that would act as a second calendar because I don’t want everything displayed on one. You’d be surprised by how utterly impossible it is to find an app that does such a simple concept. I literally downloaded 20+ calendar apps and tried them all. This one, along with 2 others, were the only ones that didn’t require you to sync your pre-existing Google/Apple calendar. I’m using this to add “notes”, not “events” and it works well. Has stickers as well. Gave it 4 stars because the text is really crammed for each day. Maybe they should change the font sizes.
Used to like it
I thought this was a fantastic calendar app. I even paid for it. But now I have ads at the bottom. Hate it.
Search is faulty
I play tennis several times a week. When I search using Tennis as my search term, it does not list all my future appointments. And it won’t search for words in the Notes section of the calendar.

I love this, it WAS my favorite calendar until unwanted advertising keeps showing up at the bottom and we can’t delete it. SAD.
Quirky sync issues
Would like to rate a 5 but app falls short in syncing between devices for reminders, if I add time to a reminder in iPad it doesn’t add it to iPhone and vice versa. Same for priority level. If I add it on one device it should mirror it on the other. Actually missed a call with time on iPad but didn’t flow to iPhone. Otherwise a very decent app for current price point.

A Great Personal Calendar
I’ve tried a lot (some excessively expensive) calendar apps and after using AC for while, I find it has a very agreeable UI and an intuitive menu structure. However I can’t make full use of (Apple) Reminders from within Awesome Calendar because there is no way to access url links or local links I have added (links to other apps such as Craft Notes) to reminders. Until that is fixed, I’ll have to stick with native Apple Calendar.
It is a totally Awesome calendar
I Love this calendar. I have tried so many and others don’t compare to this. I love that there are notes and it puts them on the date in the calendar. One thing I Wish they had though. I have both Android and apple. I wish they would create one for Android too. Just like this one is.
Reminders don’t work
Program very buggy reminders go to your email and when you delete it it deletes off your calendar instead of crossing it out try to change times and it doesn’t work

The date does not appear on the icon when the app is closed.
HELP!
I have sed this app for several years and pay a yearly subscription. For some reason it does not work the same on my Mac as it does on the phone and iPad.
Terrible you charge now!!
I like the old one better. My old app lost all my info and I was forced to use this one. Also, now you charge just to use the color feature. The colors are also pastel and not vibrant like the old app. It’s terrible that now I have to pay just to have color!! Not a fan!!

Ads???
So I tried the new awesome calendar 2 on my phone. The whole bottom of the screen is ads. I don’t want to see ads on my calendar. I see enough ads on the Internet on anything and everything I do. I do not want to see a bottom bar of ads trying to sell me things. I tried to find some peace and comfort in daily life. Ads are the most irritating things in the world and now you want to put them on the calendar??? Really? So I deleted it. I’m keeping the original.
Would be perfect with Siri integration
Love awesome calendar, worth every cent but it would be perfect if I could add reminders or events with Siri.

It used to work great! But now it overlaps after 2 events. It will not sync with my iPad my other phone or computer

Perfect calendar app. Gives you a full months view on your iPhone, much handier than stock app. Just needs an updated widget.
No widget
I paid for the subscription. The widgets are NOT working and are blank on the Home Screen. Please fix.

Without having the paid version it’s just ok I like having each day defined. What I’m meh about is the name and color on the icon those can go !
