This is my well trusted app for cleaning, massage, and many more. I never had a bad experience with the services I booked.

App is Convenient and Sulit
The app is good its like a one stop shop for all your wellness needs. The only reason why I was not able to give 5 star is because I did not get my Php100 off for first time user discount.
Credit Card Payment won’t push through
Was recommended by a friend, but upon creating an account, I have already encountered a problem. After several tries, I couldn’t receive the OTP. So I signed in with apple, which worked. But when I was about to book an appointment, but adding my credit card keeps failing. Might be bug issues because the friend was also experiencing them.
Facebook Login Not Working Anymore
Error: “App not active: This app is not accessible right now and the app developer is aware of the issue. You will be able to log in when the app is reactivated.” Used to be my best cleaning service app but now I can’t login
Good cleaning experience, will book again
Cleaner is on time, work in the allotted schedule, finish work as quickly as she can. I’ll surely book again in the future.
App not working
Extremely disappointed with this app. My account was suddenly closed without any clear explanation, and I can no longer access it through my Facebook login. What’s even more frustrating is that I cannot create a new account because my phone number is still associated with the closed Facebook-linked account. On top of that, my credit cards can no longer be used as a payment method, leaving me with no way to continue using the service. There appears to be no straightforward solution for recovering access, unlinking my phone number, or restoring my payment options. This has created a very poor user experience and has made the app essentially unusable for me. I hope the developers address these issues and provide better account recovery and customer support options in the future.
Cannot reset password
Resetting your password is impossible; the app wont send the verification codes in SMS to proceed with the password update
App login and chat not working
I have been trying to recover my old account using fb but to no avail. Chat also does not function well. No improvements after several months.

Doesn’t let you know when booking was canceled
There’s no notification that my booking got canceled, I have gone home specifically for this and of course can’t rebook anything on super short notice. Big flaw that should be addressed
Bring back laundry service
Really loved this app up until they removed the laundry service. It was really convenient and the delivery and pick up is really within the time slot you choose. Talked with their CS and it seems the service was permanently removed because it wasn’t aligned or something. Quite disappointing as the laundry service was much more useful than the “refined” or “healurway” ones.
MUST-HAVE APP FOR CITY LIVIG
If you are busy, always on the go, and can’t seem to find them to do your chores, this is app for you. Almost all kinds of services are here! The app is easy to use and the service people are professional.
location not appearing
Regardless of the location I input, it always says “no location found”. I tried every possible location, nothing is found even the big buildings around the area. So yeah, I cannot use the app to order services from them.
Don’t recommend this app
1. The UX is not that great 2. It’s SO DIFFICULT to find a service provider, especially for massage therapists. You’d think this app makes it easier to find home service providers, but no. 3. The app doesn’t notify your ‘Suki’ provider if you’ve chosen them for another session.
Good Prices, Unreliable Schedules
I use the app mainly for laundry services. It’s such a shame cause they have good/reasonable prices but their pick-up and delivery schedules are so unreliable. They confirm schedules and assign riders, only for no one to show up without notice or explanation. Multiple instances of late pick-ups and deliveries too.

Can’t really use the app because i wanted my chair to be cleaned. It always crashes when i scroll through the upholstery menu.

Cannot log in. No customer support
I’ve been trying to log in for the past 5 days to no avail. Logged in using mobile but I didn’t receive any OTP. Tried logging in via Facebook but it shows an error. Worse, there’s no way to reach them. Not responsive in messenger nor IG.

Arrived on time and thorough cleaning - super convenient! Will be using again.
Disappointment
Feedback from my experience: 1. System did have option of comforter. luckily they accept comforter Via msger. 2. When collecting cloth. the driver said Bedsheet, pillow case, blanket is different price. after long talk (I asked them to return it if need charge individually), luckily they accept it as part of laundry. 3. i pass the clothes with 2 huge reuse-able landmark bag. didnt return it after they finished the laundry. (Driver say will check). 4. Timing option just for fun. they never follow the time, always random delivery and pick up. 5. Comforter after wash, not dry enough... smelly~ 6. Other clothes no smells, i believe washed~ Will never use this service anymore, treat the payment as Donation :)
